In addition, the plastic film 6 can be automatically supplemented or replaced on the residue collector 2 by driving the first driving motor, manual replacement or supplementation is not needed, user operation is simplified, and user experience is improved.
In order to prevent the residues from spilling after entering the plastic film 6, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, a sealing device 23 cooperating with the plastic film 6 is arranged at the opening position of the residue collector 2 for sealing the plastic film 6 in the residue collector 2. The sealing device 23 includes two second driving motors 231 respectively disposed at two sides of the residue collector 2 and two heating rods 232 disposed oppositely, and the heating rods 232 are sleeved on the driving shafts of the second driving motors 231 through first via holes disposed at two ends. The heating rods 232 have a sealing position close to each other and a finishing position far from each other by the driving of the second driving motor.
As a preferred embodiment, one end of the driving shaft close to the second driving motor 231 is provided with a first thread, one end of the driving shaft far from the second driving motor 231 is provided with a second thread, the first thread is connected with the second thread and has an opposite rotation direction, and a third thread cooperating with the first thread and the second thread is arranged on the inner side of the first through hole.
When the sealing device 23 is started, the two second driving motors 231 work simultaneously, and the two heating rods 232 are close to each other due to the opposite rotation directions of the first thread and the second thread, and when the two threads are attached, the plastic film 6 in the open position is sealed. When the sealing is completed, the two second driving motors are operated in reverse, so that the two heating rods 232 are moved away from each other to reach the completion position.
It should be noted here that after the plastic film 6 is sealed, the plastic film 6 is not broken between the first roller 3 and the second roller 4, but a hole is formed at a position that is in contact with the open position of the accommodating chamber 24, so that the plastic film 6 can be automatically replenished or replaced on the residue collector 2 by driving the first driving motor.
According to the invention, the sealing device 23 is arranged at the top of the residue collector 2, so that the plastic film 6 with the collected food residues and residual washing water can be sealed, the food residues and the drained residual water can be recovered together, the food residues and the washing water which cannot be completely drained can be recovered together while the food residues are drained, and the drying performance of the dishwasher is improved. Need not the user through setting up closing device 23 and clear up, only need with the plastic film 6 after sealing throw away the garbage bin can, simplified user's operation flow, optimized user's use and experienced, promoted user's use.
As another embodiment, the first thread and the second thread are only required to be arranged on the driving shaft of one second driving motor, and the driving shaft of the other second driving motor can be replaced by the smooth rod with the same diameter.
As another embodiment, the sealing device 23 may further include two first push rod motors disposed opposite to each other, and a heating rod 232 connected to a telescopic rod of the first push rod motor. The heating rod 232 has a sealing position close to each other and a finishing position far from each other by the driving of the first push rod motor.
In the embodiment of the invention, the body 1 is also provided with a driving device and a control device, the driving device is connected with the residue collector 2, and the control device is electrically connected with the driving device. The invention provides a driving device and a control device, after the dishwasher completes the cleaning task, the control device automatically controls the driving device to drive the residue collector 2 to the discharge port 14 under the self-removing effect. The user only need to the residue of food in the residue collector 2 clear up can to need not the manual discharge port 14 of pulling out the residue collector 2 of user, reduced user's operation procedure, convenience of customers clears up, labour saving and time saving, and then has greatly optimized user's use and experienced.
In the prior art, some users do not clear up the food residues inside the dish washer after the dish washer finishes the cleaning task, so that bacteria are bred inside the dish washer, and the use of the users is influenced. The invention provides a drive device and a control device, after the dishwasher completes the cleaning task, the control device automatically controls the drive device to drive the residue collector 2 to the discharge port 14 under the action of the control device. Thereby the user can directly clear up food waste, and then prevents that the user from not in time clearing up to make food waste breed the bacterium, cause tableware secondary pollution, influence user's is healthy.
After the user used clearance finish residue collector 2, control drive arrangement through controlling means, can directly drive residue collector 2 to the collection position, convenient saving trouble.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving device may be a screw motor 7 and a threaded screw 5 cooperating with the screw motor 7, the screw motor 7 is disposed at the bottom of the body 1, and the residue collector 2 is connected to the threaded screw 5. During the driving of the residue collector 2 by the drive means, the screw motor 7 can move the residue collector 2 directly to the discharge opening 14 via the threaded screw 5. Then, the residue collector 2 is moved to the collection position by the threaded screw 5 by controlling the screw motor 7 by the control means.
Of course, as another embodiment, the driving device may also be a push rod motor and a telescopic rod cooperating with the push rod motor, and the telescopic rod is electrically connected to the residue collector 2. The specific operation process is not described in detail herein, and reference is made to the working process of the screw motor 7.
In this embodiment, the body 1 is provided with a cover plate adapted to close the discharge opening 14, the cover plate being rotatably coupled to the body 1. Of course, the body 1 is further provided with a fourth driving motor, the cover plate is connected with a driving shaft of the fourth driving motor, and the fourth driving motor is electrically connected with the control device. Through being connected apron and fourth drive motor, can further improve the performance of dish washer with opening and closing the complete automation of flow of apron, optimize user's use and experienced, promoted user's use.

Claims (15)

1. A dishwasher, comprising:
a body (1) provided with a cleaning space (15) for cleaning tableware therein, the body being provided with a discharge port (14);
a residue collector (2) arranged at the bottom of the cleaning space (15) and provided with an opening arranged towards the cleaning space (15); the residue collector (2) has a collecting position at the bottom of the cleaning space (15) and a cleaning position extending out of the discharge opening (14) under the drive of an external force.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising a filter screen (11) adapted to cover a water inlet of a drain pump (12) and a water inlet of a washing pump (13) in the body (1), the filter screen (11) being provided with a residue inlet and a residue outlet, the residue outlet being disposed above the opening of the residue collector (2).
3. The dishwasher of claim 2, characterized in that the residue collector (2) comprises:
a bottom plate (21) disposed in the accommodation chamber (24);
the accommodating cavity (24) is provided with the opening.
4. The dishwasher of claim 3, characterized in that the residue collector (2) is provided with a piston pump (22), a piston rod (221) of the piston pump (22) being connected with the floor plate (21), the piston pump (22) driving the floor plate (21) in a piston movement in the receiving chamber (24).
5. The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the residue collector (2) is provided with a first roller (3) and a second roller (4) on both sides, respectively; one of the first roller (3) and the second roller (4) is provided with a plastic film accommodating part for accommodating a plastic film (6), and the other one of the first roller (3) and the second roller (4) is provided with a plastic film traction head.
6. The dishwasher of claim 5, characterized in that the residue collector (2) is further provided with a first drive motor, the drive shaft of which is connected with the first roller (3) or the second roller (4) provided with the plastic film traction head.
7. The dishwasher of claim 6, characterized in that the open region of the residue collector (2) is provided with a closure device (23) cooperating with the plastic film (6) for closing the plastic film (6) in the residue collector (2).
8. The dishwasher of claim 7, characterized in that the closing device (23) comprises two first push rod motors arranged oppositely and a heating rod (232) connected with the telescopic rod of the first push rod motor; the heating rod (232) is driven by the first push rod motor to have a sealing position close to each other and a finishing position far away from each other.
9. The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the closing device (23) comprises two second driving motors (231) respectively disposed at both sides of the residue collector (2) and two heating rods (232) oppositely disposed, the heating rods (232) are sleeved on the driving shafts of the second driving motors (231) through first through holes opened at both ends; the heating rod (232) has a closing position close to each other and a finishing position far from each other by the driving of the second driving motor (231).

The dishwasher of claim 9, characterized in that the end of the drive shaft close to the second drive motor (231) is provided with a first thread and the end far from the second drive motor (231) is provided with a second thread, the first thread and the second thread are connected and have opposite directions; and a third thread which is matched with the first thread and the second thread for working is arranged on the inner side of the first through hole.
11. The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a driving means provided to the body (1) and connected to the residue collector (2), and a control means electrically connected to the driving means.
12. The dishwasher of claim 11, wherein the drive means comprises:
the screw motor (7) is arranged at the bottom of the body (1);
a threaded screw (5) which is matched with the screw motor (7) to work;
backup pad (25), with residue collector (2) are connected, be provided with the second via hole on backup pad (25) and pass through the second via hole is connected screw thread lead screw (5), second via hole inboard be provided with screw thread screw (5) cooperation work's screw thread.
13. The dishwasher of claim 11, wherein the drive means comprises:
the second push rod motor is arranged at the bottom of the body (1);
and the telescopic rod is matched with the second push rod motor to work, and is connected with the residue collector (2).
14. The dishwasher of any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the body (1) is provided with a cover adapted to close the discharge opening (14), the cover being rotatably connected to the body (1).
15. The dishwasher of claim 14, characterized in that the body (1) is further provided with a fourth drive motor, the cover being connected to a drive shaft of the fourth drive motor; and the fourth driving motor is electrically connected with the control device.
