The drainage device 100 of the dishwasher of the present embodiment further includes a water inlet and outlet pipe 50, one end of the water outlet pipe 50 is connected to the water outlet 14, and the other end of the water outlet pipe 50 is connected to the drainage pipe of the dishwasher 1000, so that in the closing process of the door 300, the door 300 pushes the piston rod assembly 12 to move towards the bottom of the inner cavity of the pump body 11, and generates thrust in the inner cavity of the pump body 11, and then discharges the residual washing water sucked in the pump body 11 out of the pump body 11 through the water outlet pipe 50, and finally discharges the washing water out of the dishwasher 1000 through the drainage pipe. Through opening and closing at door body 300 in-process to remaining washing water discharge in the drinking cup, improved dish washer 1000's washing and inside drying effect, reduce the production of peculiar smell in dish washer 1000, improve dish washer 1000's wholeness ability, improve customer experience and feel.
As shown in fig. 15, the inlet pipe 40 of the present embodiment is provided with a first check valve 41, and the opening direction of the first check valve 41 is set to be directed toward the inflow direction of the piston pump 10. The direction of the arrow on the first check valve 41 in fig. 15 is the inflow direction of the washing water, so as to ensure that the washing water in the water inlet pipe 40 can only flow into the pump body 10 and can not flow back into the cup.
As shown in fig. 16, the outlet pipe 50 of the present embodiment is provided with a second check valve 51, and the opening direction of the second check valve 51 is set to be opposite to the direction in which the piston pump 10 flows out. The direction of the arrow on the second check valve 51 in fig. 16 is the outflow direction of the washing water, so as to ensure that the washing water in the outlet pipe 50 can only flow into the outlet pipe, but not flow back into the pump body 10.
As shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment, the water inlet 13 is disposed above the water outlet 14 along the height direction of the dishwasher 1000, so as to further ensure that the washing water in the pump body 11 is firstly discharged into the water outlet pipe 50 through the water outlet 14 during the movement of the piston rod assembly 12 toward the bottom of the inner cavity of the pump body 11, thereby effectively preventing the washing water in the pump body 11 from flowing back into the water cup through the water inlet 13, and ensuring thorough discharge of the washing water.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, after the dishwasher 1000 finishes washing dishes, the door 300 is opened and drives the door hinge 310 to rotate around its rotation axis, the door hinge 310 drives the first connecting rod 21 to move, the first connecting rod 21 drives the second connecting rod 22 to rotate counterclockwise around the axis of the fourth connecting hole 222, the second connecting rod 22 drives the third connecting rod 23 to swing while rotating, the other end of the third connecting rod 23 drives the slider 32 to slide along the guide slot 312, and simultaneously drives the fourth connecting rod 24 and the piston assembly 12 to move, so that the piston rod assembly 12 moves in a direction away from the pump body 11, thereby forming a negative pressure in the pump body 11, and further sucking residual water in the water cup into the pump body 11 through the water inlet pipe 40.
When the door body 300 is closed, the door body 300 drives the door hinge 310 to rotate and pushes the first connecting rod 21 to move, the first connecting rod 21 drives the second connecting rod 22 to rotate clockwise, the second connecting rod 22 pushes the third connecting rod 23 to swing, the third connecting rod 23 drives the sliding block 32 to move in the guide groove 312, the third connecting rod 23 pushes the fourth connecting rod 24 and the piston rod assembly 12 to move, so that the piston rod assembly 12 moves towards the pump body 11, and the rubber plug 122 discharges the washing water in the pump body 11 into the water discharge pipe of the dishwasher 1000 through the water discharge pipe 50 and finally discharges the washing water out of the dishwasher 1000.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
