本发明涉及烹饪器具技术领域,具体是指一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具及其制作方法。
背景技术
厨房烹饪用品中接触火的产品通常是表面有耐热涂层的金属材质,通常为特氟龙涂层,特氟龙涂层的制造工艺单一且不粘食物的性能优异,因此适合烹饪器具,然而在使用过程中,会发生磨损或者掉漆的现象,为了解决该问题,人们研发出了具有更优性能的涂层,比如在烹饪器具的不粘锅涂层最上面形成彩色面漆,当彩色面漆磨耗时颜色发生变化,使用者可以从视觉上判断更换时间,但并未提及该面漆的组成成分,另外有些烹饪器具的涂层中添加了示温颜料,有加热变色,冷却恢复原色的效果,但是随着使用的磨损,视觉上难以察觉变色效果。因此需要一种带有新型涂层的烹饪器具,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决背景技术中提到的问题,提供一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具及其制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,包括烹饪器具本体,所述烹饪器具本体上设有不粘锅涂层,所述不粘锅涂层包括依次设有底涂涂层、图案层和面涂涂层,所述图案层和底涂涂层之中的一层为热变色组合物,所述热变色组合物与所述不粘锅涂层颜色相同;所述热变色组合物由质量百分比5%~10%的氨基烷基硅烷、0.1%~3%的无机酸、10%~30%的无机颜料、10%~20%的热敏变色颜料、10%~20%的氟树脂和30%~40%的溶剂组成;所述底涂涂层的组分为氧化铁系无机颜料、以二氧化钛或二氧化硅为主要组分的白色无机颜料、以硅烷偶联剂为主要组分的陶瓷系无机粘结剂、聚醚砜树脂、聚酰胺亚胺树脂、氟树脂、填料及添加剂所组成的组合物。
作为优选,所述氨基烷基硅烷是氨烷基为2-3个的氨基烷基硅烷。
作为优选,所述无机颜料为氧化铁系无机颜料。
作为优选,所述溶剂为水与乙醇的混合物,所述混合物中水与乙醇的质量比为6:4~9:1。

3)制作图案层:将图案层涂布于底涂涂层上,常温自然烘干;
4)制作面涂涂层:利用喷枪在图案层上喷涂面涂涂层,并在380℃~420℃的温度下热处理20~30分钟,后自然冷却。
作为一种优选方案,所述不粘锅涂层还包括中涂涂层,所述中涂涂层位于所述底涂涂层与图案层之间或位于所述图案层与面涂涂层之间,所述的底涂涂层不是热变色组合物,所述的图案层和中涂涂层的其中一层为热变色组合物。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,包括烹饪器具本体1,所述烹饪器具本体1上设有不粘锅涂层2,所述不粘锅涂层2包括依次设有底涂涂层201、图案层202和面涂涂层203,所述图案层202和底涂涂层201之中的一层为热变色组合物,所述热变色组合物与所述不粘锅涂层2颜色相同;所述热变色组合物由质量百分比8%的氨基烷基硅烷、0.5%的硫酸、22%的无机颜料、18%的热敏变色颜料、12%的PFA氟树脂和39.5%的溶剂组成;所述底涂涂层的组分为氧化铁系无机颜料、以二氧化钛或二氧化硅为主要组分的白色无机颜料、以硅烷偶联剂为主要组分的陶瓷系无机粘结剂、聚醚砜树脂、聚酰胺亚胺树脂、氟树脂、填料及添加剂所组成的组合物。
所述氨基烷基硅烷是氨烷基为2个的氨基烷基硅烷。
所述无机颜料为氧化铁系无机颜料。
所述溶剂为水与乙醇的混合物,所述混合物中水与乙醇的质量比为9:1。
一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
1)处理烹饪器具本体:将烹饪器具进行喷砂处理;
2)制作底涂涂层:利用喷枪将底涂涂层涂布于烹饪器具上,并在200℃的温度下热处理5分钟,后自然冷却;
3)制作图案层:将图案层用喷枪喷涂于底涂涂层上,常温自然烘干
4)制作面涂涂层:利用喷枪喷涂面涂涂层,并在380℃的温度下热处理30分钟,后自然冷却。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,包括烹饪器具本体1,所述烹饪器具本体1上设有不粘锅涂层2,所述不粘锅涂层2包括依次设有底涂涂层201、图案层202和面涂涂层203,所述不粘锅涂层2还包括中涂涂层204,所述中涂涂层204位于所述底涂涂层201与图案层202之间,所述图案层202和中涂涂层204之中的一层为热变色组合物,所述热变色组合物与所述不粘锅涂层2颜色相同;所述热变色组合物由质量百分比7%的氨基烷基硅烷、0.5%的硫酸、22%的无机颜料、18%的热敏变色颜料、12%的PFA氟树脂和40.5%的溶剂组成;所述底涂涂层的组分为氧化铁系无机颜料、以二氧化钛或二氧化硅为主要组分的白色无机颜料、以硅烷偶联剂为主要组分的陶瓷系无机粘结剂、聚醚砜树脂、聚酰胺亚胺树脂、氟树脂、填料及添加剂所组成的组合物。

实施例3
如图3所示,一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,包括烹饪器具本体1,所述烹饪器具本体1上设有不粘锅涂层2,所述不粘锅涂层2包括依次设有底涂涂层201、图案层202和面涂涂层203,所述不粘锅涂层2还包括中涂涂层204,所述中涂涂层204位于所述面涂涂层203与图案层202之间,所述图案层202和中涂涂层204之中的一层为热变色组合物,所述热变色组合物与所述不粘锅涂层2颜色相同;所述热变色组合物由质量百分比7%的氨基烷基硅烷、0.5%的硫酸、22%的无机颜料、18%的热敏变色颜料、12%的PFA氟树脂和40.5%的溶剂组成;所述底涂涂层的组分为氧化铁系无机颜料、以二氧化钛或二氧化硅为主要组分的白色无机颜料、以硅烷偶联剂为主要组分的陶瓷系无机粘结剂、聚醚砜树脂、聚酰胺亚胺树脂、氟树脂、填料及添加剂所组成的组合物。

对比实验
为了评估本发明的烹饪器具的特性而如下所述地做了烹饪器具。
在烹饪器具表面叠喷底涂涂层并在其上面以用于热变色涂层的组合物形成图案层后,叠喷面涂涂层制成烹饪器具。所述用于热变色涂层的组合物使用了表1所示的组合物。
第一实施例中氨基烷基硅烷使用甲基三(环己氨基)硅烷而第二实施例则使用了双(二甲氨基)二甲基硅烷。而且,第一比较例中氨基烷基硅烷使用四(二甲基氨基)硅烷而第二比较例则使用了四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)。而且,溶剂使用了以7:3的重量比混合了水与酒精的混合溶剂。第一实施例、第二实施例、第一比较例、第二比较例的配备如表1所示。

为了评估所制造的烹饪器具的基本物性而测量了涂膜厚度、光泽、表面硬度、附着力、表面状态、不粘锅性。
涂膜厚度、光泽各自使用涂膜厚度测量仪、光泽测量仪测量了9处表面,以测量值中最大测量值与最小测量值以外的其余测量值的平均值确定了最终测量值。
表面硬度利用铅笔硬度测试仪从铅笔硬度2H起以上下运动往复5~6㎝并反复10次后判断涂层表面是否异常,没有异常时增加铅笔强度再测量硬度。
为了评估附着力,在表面上以格子花纹形成瑕疵后粘、撕开胶带,反复进行10次后,评估涂层剥离与否。
表面状态评估则是通过表面分布测试以50倍率的放大镜判别涂层面的小孔(pin-hole)、龟裂等事项后进行了评估。
而且,不粘锅性在表面不涂膜食用油并且在加热到200℃以上的状态下煎蛋后检查是否从表面脱离。
其结果,第一实施例、第二实施例及第一比较例、第二比较例的涂膜厚度、光泽、表面硬度、附着力、表面状态、不粘锅性全部良好。
接着,为了评估热变色效应而加热各个烹饪器具后针对热变色涂层的图案与烹饪器具的表面颜色测量了色座标(CM5(Konica Minolta Ltd.),SCE模式(D65))。其结果如表2所示。表2中,ΔL*是室温及加热后的明度差值,Δa*、Δb*是室温及加热后的色度差值。

请参阅表2的结果,第一实施例、第二实施例及第一比较例、第二比较例全部因为加热而发生热变色现象并且在呈现出色度差异。尤其是,第一实施例及第二实施例中加热所致明度差异较大而能以视觉方式更明显地观察到热变色所引起的颜色变化。
而且,为了评估形成于所述烹饪器具的热变色涂层的耐久性,针对第一实施例及第一比较例的烹饪器具以不涂抹食用油并且加热到200℃以上的状态下煎鸡蛋后在餐具清洁器清洗所述烹饪器具,反复进行该过程300次后测量了其和初始状态的明度及色度差异。其结果,第一实施例的烹饪器具在试验前及试验后的热变色涂层没有发生较大的变化,但第一比较例在比较试验前及试验后时呈现出试验后热变色涂层的图案模糊的现象,因此能预测到其在长时间使用时热变色涂层将劣化。第一比较例的烹饪器具在初始状态下涂膜厚度、光泽、表面硬度、附着力、表面状态、不粘锅性没有问题但长时间使用时发生表面损伤而使得形成于面涂涂层下面的热变色涂层受到影响。
以该结果适用本发明的热变色涂层的话就能以视觉方式明显地查看烹饪器具表面的变色效应所致图案,烹饪时能轻易查悉烹饪器具表面的温度变化,长时间使用时也能在热变色涂层性能没有下降的状态下使用烹饪器具。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,包括烹饪器具本体,所述烹饪器具本体上设有不粘锅涂层,所述不粘锅涂层包括依次设有底涂涂层、图案层和面涂涂层,其特征在于:所述图案层和底涂涂层之中的一层为热变色组合物,所述热变色组合物与所述不粘锅涂层颜色相同;
所述热变色组合物由质量百分比5%~10%的氨基烷基硅烷、0.1%~3%的无机酸、10%~30%的无机颜料、10%~20%的热敏变色颜料、10%~20%的氟树脂和30%~40%的溶剂组成;
所述底涂涂层的组分为氧化铁系无机颜料、以二氧化钛或二氧化硅为主要组分的白色无机颜料、以硅烷偶联剂为主要组分的陶瓷系无机粘结剂、聚醚砜树脂、聚酰胺亚胺树脂、氟树脂、填料及添加剂所组成的组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,其特征在于:所述氨基烷基硅烷是氨烷基为2-3个的氨基烷基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,其特征在于:所述无机颜料为氧化铁系无机颜料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水与乙醇的混合物,所述混合物中水与乙醇的质量比为6:4~9:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水与异丙醇的混合物,所述混合物中水与异丙醇的质量比为6:4~9:1。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)处理烹饪器具主体:将烹饪器具进行喷砂处理;
2)制作底涂涂层:利用喷枪将底涂涂层涂布于烹饪器具上,并在200℃的温度下热处理5~10分钟,后自然冷却;
3)制作图案层:将图案层涂布于底涂涂层上,常温自然烘干;
4)制作面涂涂层:利用喷枪在图案层上喷涂面涂涂层,并在380℃~420℃的温度下热处理20~30分钟,后自然冷却。
7.一种如1-5任一项所述的一种带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具,其特征在于:所述不粘锅涂层还包括中涂涂层,所述中涂涂层位于所述底涂涂层与图案层之间或位于所述图案层与面涂涂层之间,所述的底涂涂层不是热变色组合物,所述的图案层和中涂涂层的其中一层为热变色组合物。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)处理烹饪器具本体:将烹饪器具进行喷砂处理;
2)制作底涂涂层:利用喷枪将底涂涂层涂布于烹饪器具上,并在200℃的温度下热处理5~10分钟,后自然冷却;
3)制作中涂涂层:利用喷枪将中涂涂层涂布于底涂涂层上,并在200℃的温度下热处理5~10分钟,后自然冷却;
4)制作图案层:将图案层印于中涂涂层上,常温下自然烘干;
5)制作面涂涂层:利用喷枪在图案层上喷涂面涂涂层,并在380℃~420℃的温度下热处理20~30分钟,后自然冷却。
9.一种如权利要求7所述的带有热变色涂层的烹饪器具的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
1)处理烹饪器具本体:将烹饪器具进行喷砂处理;
2)制作底涂涂层:利用喷枪将底涂涂层涂布于烹饪器具上,并在200℃的温度下热处理5~10分钟,后自然冷却;
3)制作图案层:将图案层印于底涂涂层上,常温下自然烘干;
4)制作中涂涂层:利用喷枪将中涂涂层涂布于图案层上;
5)制作面涂涂层:利用喷枪在中涂涂层上喷涂面涂涂层,并在380℃~420℃的温度下热处理20~30分钟,后自然冷却。
