技术领域
本发明属于特种经济动物饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种貉子膨化配合饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
貉具有很高的经济价值,其毛皮具有针毛长、底绒丰厚、细柔灵活耐磨,光泽好,皮板结实,保温力很强的特点。其主要产品貉皮属大毛细皮,具有坚韧耐磨、柔软轻便、保温美观等优点,是制做大衣、皮领、帽子和皮褥等裘制品的优质原料。貉针毛和尾毛是制造高级化妆用毛刷、胡刷和毛笔等的主要原料。在貉养殖生产中,很多养殖者由于缺乏貉子营养知识和养殖知识,使用一些鲜鱼、冻鱼和动物屠宰副产品等经简单加工后作为饲料饲喂貉子,这些饲料原料不仅来源单一、营养物质含量单一,无法满足貉子生长发育各阶段的营养需要,不能使貉发挥最佳生产性能,产出最优质的毛皮。而且上述原料价格较高,大大增加了貉子养殖的经济成本。
貉子属于肉食性动物,传统养殖貉子所用的饲料原料主要以鲜鱼、冻鱼、鲜肉和猪、鸡、鸭等屠宰副产物为主,近些年传统貉子饲料原料资源难以满足貉子养殖量不断扩大的需求,同时大量使用动物源性饲料原料致使养殖成本增加。貉的食性和消化生理特点使貉子无法对生玉米、生大豆等植物性饲料很好的消化与吸收,加之生玉米和生大豆对貉子的适口性不好,因此在貉饲料中许多廉价且营养丰富的植物性饲料的使用量受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有貉子饲料成本高、营养物质单一的问题,提供一种成本低,可满足貉子全部营养需求、安全、高效的貉子膨化配合饲料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种貉子膨化配合饲料,所述饲料按照重量百分含量由玉米35~45%、豆粕12~18%、玉米胚芽饼12~16%、玉米酒精糟6~10%、鱼粉2~6%、鸡肉粉4~6%、膨化大豆5~8%、水解羽毛粉2~4%、鸡油4~6%、石粉1~1.5%、磷酸氢钙0.5~0.8%、赖氨酸0.2~0.4%、蛋氨酸0.2~0.4%、氯化胆碱0.1~0.2%、氯化钠1~3%、预混料0.5~0.8%组成。
一种上述的貉子膨化配合饲料的制备方法,所述方法为:将玉米、豆粕、玉米胚芽饼、玉米酒精糟充分混合后用2.0筛片粉碎后经饲料膨化机膨化,膨化后的物料经自然冷却到环境温度后用1.0筛片粉碎,将粉碎后的膨化料与鱼粉、鸡肉粉、膨化大豆、水解羽毛粉、鸡油、石粉、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、氯化胆碱、氯化钠、预混料投入混合机混合150秒后,装入成品包装袋,成为成品。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果为:本发明使用膨化机对植物性饲料进行膨化处理,在高温、高压的作用下使原料膨胀、疏松、熟化,并杀死饲料原料中的病菌、微生物、虫子等,使饲料易于消化,且更加卫生,降低了貉子疾病的发生率,有利于貉子的健康。经过膨化后,玉米淀粉颗粒膨胀并糊精化,淀粉分子链被打开,增加了食糜颗粒的表面积,可快速消化,淀粉含量高于未经膨化处理的玉米和其它谷物;淀粉消化指数可达90%以上,提高了貉子对玉米的消化吸收率,很大程度减少了貉子因采食生玉米造成消化不良的现象,并且具有特殊膨化玉米香味,能大幅度提高玉米在貉子饲料中的添加量。经过膨化能减轻因豆粕和其它植物性原料中抗性因子所造成的腹泻。经膨化后的豆粕,除去了豆粕特有的豆腥味,使豆粕产生特有的香味,可大幅提高貉子饲料中豆粕和其它植物性饲料添加量,从而降低饲料成本。由于膨化工艺会破坏饲料中一些不耐热的成分,如各种维生素、复合酶制剂、复合微生态制剂等。所以本发明只将对貉子适口性、采食量和消化率有影响的植物性饲料进行膨化处理,在增加饲料利用率的同时又保证了饲料产品的安全高效性。

对比例1:
一种貉子饲料,所述饲料按照重量百分含量由冷冻海鱼32%、鸡骨架25%、玉米粉30%、膨化大豆粉10%、氯化钠2%、预混料1%组成。使用的预混料与实施例1的预混料不同,为自购标称河北涌信饲料厂生产的添加1%狐貉貂预混料的常规预混料。将冷冻海鱼和鸡骨架用绞肉机绞碎后与玉米粉和膨化大豆粉、氯化钠混匀后煮熟,放凉后加入预混料。
下面通过试验进行对比说明
选用体重在5公斤左右的、健康状态良好的貉子40只,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组饲喂本发明饲料,对照组饲喂自配料。试验期为20天,试验在黑龙江省哈尔滨市巴彦县大板房貉子养殖小区进行,每天8:00和16:00各饲喂一次,试验采用自由采食、自由饮水,每天记录各组采食量、观察记录貉子状态,试验结果见表1。

上述对比试验得出的结果是:使用本发明饲料饲喂的貉子末体均重、日均采食量、日均体增重、腹泻率均优于对照组,饲料花费低于对照组。使用本发明饲料可给人工养殖貉子带来更大的经济效益。
