技术领域
本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料。
背景技术
社会经济的迅猛发展,养殖业的需求撬开了饲料市场,随着人们对生活质量的高要求,致使位于养殖前端的饲料质量也愈来愈受重视,在信息快速传播、物流便捷的今天,靠原料、靠配方很难创造出差异化优势,但要提升自身竞争力还需要保持在先进饲料配方的基础上打造饲料制造业的工匠精神。
我国习惯于把体重小于15kg~20kg这个阶段的猪称为乳猪,刚出生的乳猪体温调节功能不完善、免疫力弱及消化系统也不完整,但是乳猪阶段是生长发育最强烈、可塑性最大、饲料利用率最高的阶段,同时也是亡率最高、饲养管理最繁杂的一个阶段,乳猪的管理在养猪生产中占有至关重要的地位,因为只有培育好乳猪,才能获取较高的成活率、断奶体重和抗病能力,也直接决定养猪场的经济效益。
而断奶后的乳猪因消化酶分泌不足、肠绒毛萎缩等原因会出现消化功能紊乱、食欲下降、采食量不足、消化不良甚至腹泻等问题,从而造成营养缺乏、生长停滞、易患疾病和死亡,目前,对于乳猪存在的断奶应激和断奶后生长受阻等问题一直未得到彻底解决,而目前现有的乳猪配合饲料大都存在消化利用率低、适口性差等问题,乳猪改吃配合饲料时会存在一系列的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对以上现有技术所述的现有乳猪配合饲料存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,该饲料对乳猪来说具有好的适口性和高消化利用率,能够诱导乳猪大量采食,且采食后乳猪不易出现腹泻,促进乳猪健康成长的同时,也进一步保证了乳猪的生长速度和育成率,也进一步保证了养猪场的经济效益。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,由以下原料组分制成:膨化玉米、熟化玉米、膨化大豆、膨化大豆粕46、小麦麸一级、面粉、碎米、进口超级鱼粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、溢美蛋白、氨基酸、维生素、氯化胆碱、微量元素、复合酶、植酸酶、益生素、果奶香、椰子油粉、磷酸氢钙、甲酸钙、氯化钠、蒙脱石。
进一步地,所述氨基酸为赖氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸的组合。
进一步地,所述乳猪配合饲料由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:18-25份膨化玉米、25-30份熟化玉米、4-8份膨化大豆、6-12份膨化大豆粕46、2-8份小麦麸一级、5-12份面粉、5-14份碎米、0.5-3份进口超级鱼粉、1-5份大豆浓缩蛋白、1-5份溢美蛋白、0.3-0.9份氨基酸、0.01-0.05份维生素、0.02-0.15份氯化胆碱、0.1-0.3份微量元素、0.01-0.05份复合酶、0.01-0.1份植酸酶、0.01-0.1份益生素、0.01-0.1份果奶香、1-2份椰子油粉、0.8-1.5份磷酸氢钙、0.6-1.5份甲酸钙、0.2-0.8份氯化钠、0.1-0.8份蒙脱石。
进一步地,所述0.3-0.9份氨基酸包括以下质量份数的氨基酸:0.2-0.5份赖氨酸、0.05-0.3份苏氨酸、0.05-0.1份蛋氨酸。
优选地,所述乳猪配合饲料由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:20份膨化玉米、29份熟化玉米、5份膨化大豆、10份膨化大豆粕46、4份小麦麸一级、10份面粉、10份碎米、1份进口超级鱼粉、2份大豆浓缩蛋白、4份溢美蛋白、0.62份氨基酸、0.03份维生素、0.08份氯化胆碱、0.14份微量元素、0.02份复合酶、0.02份植酸酶、0.02份益生素、0.02份果奶香、1.25份椰子油粉、1.1份磷酸氢钙、1份甲酸钙、0.4份氯化钠、0.3份蒙脱石。
进一步地,所述0.62份氨基酸包括以下质量份数的氨基酸:0.42份赖氨酸、0.12份苏氨酸、0.08份蛋氨酸。
所述膨化玉米是指玉米经过水分、热、机械剪切、摩擦、揉搓及压力差综合作用下的淀粉糊化过程,其色泽淡黄、粉细蓬松、具有爆米花香、易溶于水,将玉米经过膨化处理,破坏玉米淀粉的晶体结构,使淀粉颗粒膨胀并糊化,淀粉分子链被打开,增加了食糜颗粒的表面积,提高了消化率,同时蛋白质发生变性,氨基酸的消化率提高;所述熟化玉米是将玉米进行熟化处理,对玉米加热后由生变熟的过程。
所述膨化大豆保留了大豆本身的营养物质,蛋白质变性,淀粉糊化,脂肪外露富含油脂,氨基酸平衡,且高温高压杀死了病菌,是具有极高营养价值的饲料蛋白原料,所述膨化大豆中蛋白质和脂肪的含量都很高,在乳猪配合饲料中,既可提供动物所需蛋白,还可以提供充足的能量,且膨化大豆的加入可降低乳猪腹泻率、减少胰蛋白酶抑制因子含量和蛋白抗原对乳猪生长的影响、减轻仔乳猪从母乳到饲料过度的应激、提高乳猪日增重及提高乳猪饲料利用率等。
所述膨化大豆粕46是大豆粕经过膨化工艺处理得到的,大豆粕是以大豆为原料,用低温预压浸提法取油而制备的饼粕饲料,所述膨化大豆粕46作为乳猪配合饲料的主要蛋白来源,其适口性较好。
所述小麦麸一级中粗蛋白质≥15.0份,粗纤维<9.0份,粗灰分<6.0份,小麦麸为小麦磨取面粉后筛下的种皮,所述小麦麸结构疏松、体积大、容重小、吸水膨胀性强,在饲料中添加一定的小麦麸对乳猪可达到轻泻作用;饲料中所述面粉称为“次粉”,是指面粉与麸皮间的部分,在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的面粉可增强饲料的粘性,同时面粉有一定的收敛作用,适量添加可以减少乳猪的腹泻,且可增加饲料的适口性。
所述碎米是稻谷在脱壳、碾米等机械加工过程中产生的破碎米粒,在饲料中添加一定量的碎米可增加乳猪的采食量、日增重和饲料转化率,增加乳猪对饲料的消化率,还可进一步缓减乳猪腹泻和保持其肠道健康。
所述进口超级鱼粉为用一种或多种鱼类为原料,经去油、脱水、粉碎加工后的高蛋白质饲料原料,进口超级鱼粉具备适口性好、消化吸收率非常高、氨基酸平衡、能量含量高、钙磷含量高及含有很高的微量元素和丰富的B族维生素,是理想的乳猪配合饲料。
所述大豆浓缩蛋白是以大豆为原料,经过粉碎、去皮、浸提、分离、洗涤、干燥等加工工艺,去除了大豆中的油脂、低分子可溶性非蛋白组分后,所制得的含有65份以上蛋白质的大豆蛋白产品,大豆浓缩蛋白由于去除了一般豆制品中的抗营养因子,所以在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的大豆浓缩蛋白有助于提高乳猪对蛋白质和氨基酸的消化率。
在饲料中添加一定量的氨基酸满足乳猪需要、促进生长,也可进一步改善乳猪饲料摄入营养的氨基酸平衡,进一步提高饲料利用率,赖氨酸、蛋氨酸为限制性氨基酸,少量添加可促进乳猪的生产,进一步提高饲料利用率。
在对乳猪进行饲喂的过程中,需要额外补充维生素,才能满足猪快速生长的需要,所述维生素为常规的乳猪配合饲料所需要添加的维生素。
所述氯化胆碱别名为增蛋素,维生素B4,是该乳猪配合饲料的胆碱补充剂,在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的氯化胆碱可促进乳猪的生长发育、降低饲料消耗,对乳猪的代谢和生长具有重要的作用。
所述微量元素对乳猪的健康生长发育、繁殖及生产性能具有至关重要的作用,如若微量元素严重缺乏或长期得不到补充时,就会引起发病,甚至死亡。
所述复合酶主要含有木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶、果胶酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶等,可有效分解乳猪配合饲料中的抗营养因子,释放营养物质,使其能被乳猪充分消化吸收,进一步提高饲料的利用率,改善动物的生产性能。
在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的植酸酶能提高营养物质的利用率,减少饲料被污染的几率,提高饲料的质量,降低饲料成本。
所述益生素是一种微生态制剂,是由来自动物有机体共生微生物的活性制剂、培养物或发酵产品,在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的益生素,能达到改善乳猪消化道菌群平衡、迅速提高机体抗病力、代谢能力以及饲料的吸收利用能力,从而达到防治消化道疾病和促进生长的作用。
所述果奶香为饲料的一种香味剂,在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的香味剂,可有效促进乳猪的采食。所述椰子油粉是一种从椰肉提取的功能性植物油脂粉,其独特的脂肪酸组成赋予其良好的生物学功能,椰子油粉作为乳猪良好的脂肪来源,可有效缓解乳猪断奶应激,提高乳猪生产性能。所述磷酸氢钙作为乳猪配合饲料中钙、磷等矿物质营养的的补充剂,乳猪极易消化吸收,可加速乳猪的生长发育、快速增重,能提高乳猪的成活率,同时具有增强乳猪抗病耐寒能力,可对乳猪的软骨症、白痢症、瘫疾症起到一定的防治作用。所述甲酸钙作为乳猪配合饲料的添加剂,可达到促进乳猪食欲和降低腹泻率的效果,且甲酸具有酸化、防霉、抗菌等功效,钙离子可以补充钙质。所述氯化钠是维持生命活动所必不可少的营养成分。所述蒙脱石为是一种层状结构、片状结晶的硅酸盐黏土矿,蒙脱石是一种良好的胃黏膜防护剂,对大肠杆菌、霍乱弧菌、空肠弯曲菌、金葡菌和轮状病毒、胆盐及霉菌毒素都有较好的吸附作用,在乳猪配合饲料中添加一定量的蒙脱石可达到止泻、脱霉、止血消炎等效果。
其中,以上所述的任意一种原料组分均可在市场上进行直接购买。
以上所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中猪消化能:3.37MC/Kg、猪代谢能:3.1MC/Kg。
以上所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中各营养组分的百分占比分别为:粗蛋白17.73%、赖氨酸1.24%、蛋氨酸0.35%、蛋胱氨酸0.63%、苏氨酸0.8%、色氨酸0.2%、异亮氨酸0.74%、亮氨酸1.53%、精氨酸1.11%、缬氨酸0.84%、组氨酸0.45%、苯丙氨酸0.88%、苯丙酪氨酸1.42%、钙0.68%、总磷0.6%、非植酸磷0.36%、钠0.19%、氯0.29%。
以上所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中铜含量19.61mg/Kg、铁含量122.1mg/Kg、锌含量65.34mg/Kg、锰含量37.55mg/Kg。

一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,由以下原料组分制成:膨化玉米、熟化玉米、膨化大豆、膨化大豆粕46、小麦麸一级、面粉、碎米、进口超级鱼粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、溢美蛋白、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素、氯化胆碱、微量元素、复合酶、植酸酶、益生素、果奶香、椰子油粉、磷酸氢钙、甲酸钙、氯化钠、蒙脱石。
一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:20份膨化玉米、29份熟化玉米、5份膨化大豆、10份膨化大豆粕46、4份小麦麸一级、10份面粉、10份碎米、1份进口超级鱼粉、2份大豆浓缩蛋白、4份溢美蛋白、0.62份氨基酸、0.03份维生素、0.08份氯化胆碱、0.14份微量元素、0.02份复合酶、0.02份植酸酶、0.02份益生素、0.02份果奶香、1.25份椰子油粉、1.1份磷酸氢钙、1份甲酸钙、0.4份氯化钠、0.3份蒙脱石,0.62份氨基酸中包括0.42份赖氨酸、0.12份苏氨酸及0.08份蛋氨酸。
依据以上各原料组分的质量份数,以质量份数一份为10kg为例,一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,需要的原料组分及质量具体如下:200kg膨化玉米、290kg熟化玉米、50kg膨化大豆、100kg膨化大豆粕46、40kg小麦麸一级、100kg面粉、100kg碎米、10kg进口超级鱼粉、20kg大豆浓缩蛋白、40kg溢美蛋白、6.2kg氨基酸、0.3kg维生素、0.8kg氯化胆碱、1.4kg微量元素、0.2kg复合酶、0.2kg植酸酶、0.2kg益生素、0.2kg果奶香、12.5kg椰子油粉、11kg磷酸氢钙、10kg甲酸钙、4kg氯化钠、3kg蒙脱石,6.2kg氨基酸中包括4.2kg赖氨酸、1.2kg苏氨酸及0.8kg蛋氨酸。
实施例3
一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,由以下原料组分制成:膨化玉米、熟化玉米、膨化大豆、膨化大豆粕46、小麦麸一级、面粉、碎米、进口超级鱼粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、溢美蛋白、赖氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸、维生素、氯化胆碱、微量元素、复合酶、植酸酶、益生素、果奶香、椰子油粉、磷酸氢钙、甲酸钙、氯化钠、蒙脱石。
一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:25份膨化玉米、30份熟化玉米、8份膨化大豆、12份膨化大豆粕46、8份小麦麸一级、12份面粉、14份碎米、3份进口超级鱼粉、5份大豆浓缩蛋白、5份溢美蛋白、0.9份氨基酸、0.05份维生素、0.15份氯化胆碱、0.3份微量元素、0.05份复合酶、0.1份植酸酶、0.1份益生素、0.1份果奶香、2份椰子油粉、1.5份磷酸氢钙、1.5份甲酸钙、0.8份氯化钠、0.8份蒙脱石,0.9份氨基酸包括0.5份赖氨酸、0.3份苏氨酸及0.1份蛋氨酸。
依据以上各原料组分的质量份数,以质量份数一份为10kg为例,一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,需要的原料组分及质量具体如下:250kg膨化玉米、300kg熟化玉米、80kg膨化大豆、120kg膨化大豆粕46、80kg小麦麸一级、120kg面粉、140kg碎米、30kg进口超级鱼粉、50kg大豆浓缩蛋白、50kg溢美蛋白、9kg氨基酸、0.5kg维生素、1.5kg氯化胆碱、3kg微量元素、0.5kg复合酶、1kg植酸酶、1kg益生素、1kg果奶香、20kg椰子油粉、15kg磷酸氢钙、15kg甲酸钙、8kg氯化钠、8kg蒙脱石,9kg氨基酸包括5kg赖氨酸、3kg苏氨酸及1kg蛋氨酸。
实施例4
对比试验:将本发明实施例的乳猪配合饲料(实施例组)和传统的乳猪配合饲料(对照组),分别喂养50头乳猪进行对比试验,实施例组共计3组,分别为:实施例1、实施例2、实施例3,对照组为1组,共计4组,每组50头乳猪,乳猪选择品种、出生日龄相近及出生体重相近。进行试验过程中,分别称取初重及喂养至40天时的终重,计算得出平均体重、增重及增重率,喂养过程中,同时记录各组别的腹泻、发病和死亡情况,计算腹泻率、发病率和死亡率,结果如表1所示:

对比试验结果表明:相比于传统的乳猪配合饲料,采用本发明提供的乳猪配合饲料对乳猪进行喂养,对乳猪的增重、腹泻率及成活率都具有明显的改善效果,也进一步说明本发明提供的乳猪配合饲料对乳猪来说具有好的适口性和高消化利用率,能够诱导乳猪大量采食,且采食后乳猪不易出现腹泻,促进乳猪健康成长的同时,也进一步保证了乳猪的生长速度和育成率。
对通过本发明技术方案制备得到的乳猪配合饲料中的配方营养进行测试,结果如表2所示:

从以上表2可知,该乳猪配合饲料采用精良的配方,饲料配方营养丰富且全面。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的具体实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请保护范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请技术方案构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料由以下原料组分制成:膨化玉米、熟化玉米、膨化大豆、膨化大豆粕46、小麦麸一级、面粉、碎米、进口超级鱼粉、大豆浓缩蛋白、溢美蛋白、氨基酸、维生素、氯化胆碱、微量元素、复合酶、植酸酶、益生素、果奶香、椰子油粉、磷酸氢钙、甲酸钙、氯化钠、蒙脱石。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为赖氨酸、苏氨酸、蛋氨酸的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:18-25份膨化玉米、25-30份熟化玉米、4-8份膨化大豆、6-12份膨化大豆粕46、2-8份小麦麸一级、5-12份面粉、5-14份碎米、0.5-3份进口超级鱼粉、1-5份大豆浓缩蛋白、1-5份溢美蛋白、0.3-0.9份氨基酸、0.01-0.05份维生素、0.02-0.15份氯化胆碱、0.1-0.3份微量元素、0.01-0.05份复合酶、0.01-0.1份植酸酶、0.01-0.1份益生素、0.01-0.1份果奶香、1-2份椰子油粉、0.8-1.5份磷酸氢钙、0.6-1.5份甲酸钙、0.2-0.8份氯化钠、0.1-0.8份蒙脱石。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述0.3-0.9份氨基酸包括以下质量份数的氨基酸:0.2-0.5份赖氨酸、0.05-0.3份苏氨酸、0.05-0.1份蛋氨酸。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料由以下质量份数的原料组分制成:20份膨化玉米、29份熟化玉米、5份膨化大豆、10份膨化大豆粕46、4份小麦麸一级、10份面粉、10份碎米、1份进口超级鱼粉、2份大豆浓缩蛋白、4份溢美蛋白、0.62份氨基酸、0.03份维生素、0.08份氯化胆碱、0.14份微量元素、0.02份复合酶、0.02份植酸酶、0.02份益生素、0.02份果奶香、1.25份椰子油粉、1.1份磷酸氢钙、1份甲酸钙、0.4份氯化钠、0.3份蒙脱石。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述0.62份氨基酸包括以下质量份数的氨基酸:0.42份赖氨酸、0.12份苏氨酸、0.08份蛋氨酸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中猪消化能为3.37MC/Kg、猪代谢能为3.1MC/Kg。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中各营养成分占比分别为:粗蛋白17.73%、钙0.68%、总磷0.6%、非植酸磷0.36%、钠0.19%、氯0.29%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中各种氨基酸占比分别为:赖氨酸1.24%、蛋氨酸0.35%、蛋胱氨酸0.63%、苏氨酸0.8%、色氨酸0.2%、异亮氨酸0.74%、亮氨酸1.53%、精氨酸1.11%、缬氨酸0.84%、组氨酸0.45%、苯丙氨酸0.88%、苯丙酪氨酸1.42%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高消化利用率的乳猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述乳猪配合饲料的配方营养中铜含量为19.61mg/Kg、铁含量为122.1mg/Kg、锌含量为65.34mg/Kg、锰含量为37.55mg/Kg。
