Abstract

Description
技术领域
本专利申请要求2017年9月8日提交的法国专利申请FR 17/70945的优先权,所述法国专利申请以引用的方式并入到本文中。
本发明涉及通过空气对环境进行消毒的领域。在本领域中已知,喷洒杀菌产品等处理产品的方式是将其与喷射剂空气混合,使其以细滴的形式扩散到环境中,这样来对表面进行处理。
背景技术
为此目的,已知使用设备20,例如图1中所示出的设备,其包括处理产品储槽21、运送构件(例如包括泵22和将此产品送到喷嘴24(或1)的管道25(或4)),以及能够将空气吹到所述喷嘴24的电动风扇23。喷嘴24的功能是喷洒处理产品,将其与喷射剂空气混合,且允许空气/产品混合物扩散到待处理的环境中。
如图2和3中所示,此类雾化喷嘴1是一个大致上绕轴线2旋转的部件,包括大体上圆柱形腔室3,所述腔室的轴线与轴线2重合。处理产品通过管道4进入喷嘴1。这个管道通向腔室3的底部5,优选地位于所述底部5的中心。喷嘴1进一步包括进气口 6。这个进气口6从电动风扇接收空气。所述进气口是围绕腔室3外周的圆形,以便允许空气进入腔室3。叶片7布置于进气口6与腔室3之间,以便导引空气流。喷嘴1进一步包括开口朝外、大体上锥形的扩散器8,所述扩散器的轴线与喷嘴1的轴线2对齐。此扩散器8在与底部5相对的侧面附接到腔室3。根据现有技术,如图2和3中更具体地示出,叶片7平坦且相对于轴线2大体上是径向的。
此类喷嘴1允许处理产品喷洒和扩散到环境中。然而,从此类喷嘴1流出的粒度分析显示极宽且不规则的液滴粒径谱,如图4中所示,这对消毒效果不利。
因此,应对设备20和/或喷嘴1进行改进以便均匀化液滴粒径,减小液滴粒径谱,以便改进消毒效果。
发明内容
本发明解决了这许多缺点,且根据第一目的,提供一种通过空气进行表面消毒的设备的雾化喷嘴,所述雾化喷嘴大致上绕一条轴线旋转,包括:大体上圆柱形腔室,所述腔室的轴线与喷嘴的轴线重合;通向腔室底部的管道,所述管道优选地位于所述底部的中心,能够供应处理产品;绕过腔室外周的进气口;布置于进气口与腔室之间的叶片;以及开口朝外、大体上锥形的扩散器,所述扩散器的轴线与喷嘴的轴线对齐,且在与底部相对的侧面附接到腔室,其中叶片弯曲。
根据另一特征,叶片平行于喷嘴的轴线,且等角度地围绕喷嘴轴线分布。
根据另一特征,叶片圆弧的凹面朝向喷嘴内部。
根据另一特征,叶片具有螺旋形状,所述螺旋形状从以喷嘴轴线为中心的圆上开始。
根据另一特征,螺旋形状是对数型的。
根据另一特征,叶片数目介于3到10之间,并且优选地等于5。
根据另一特征,扩散器在它的内部后缘处具有圆形倒角。
根据另一特征,扩散器包括远离腔室的以下各项:第一锥、具有较大直径的第二锥,以及两个锥之间的阶梯。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的(更具体地,图5和6中所示的)第一特征,喷嘴在所有的方面都与图2和3中所示的现有技术喷嘴相同。然而,它的不同之处和特征在于叶片7弯曲。这一弯曲有利于使进入腔室3的空气在涡流中呈现圆周运动。此涡流的存在使得可以更好地喷洒处理产品,使得液滴的均匀性更好,且粒径谱不会太广。这在图7中明确可见,图7示出了从图5和6中带弯曲叶片7的喷嘴中获得的射流的粒度分析。粒度分析以粒径谱的形式呈现,条形图的横坐标为液滴直径(以微米表示),且纵坐标为频率(以百分比表示),且连续曲线的纵坐标为总体积(以百分比表示)。因此,通过比较图4中对应于现有技术喷嘴的粒径谱与图7中示出、对应于本发明喷嘴的粒径谱,能够观察到,液滴的分布具有更好的规律性,大体上呈高斯谱,尤其有利的是具有小得多的范围。此类窄范围谱提高了扩散锥的控制力。液滴的分布还有一个优点是具有小得多的平均直径,这进一步提升雾化效果。
根据另一特征,叶片7平行于喷嘴1的轴线2。此外,有利的是,所述叶片等角度地围绕喷嘴1的轴线2分布。
为了优化由于叶片7的圆弧而获得的涡流效应,所有叶片7的这个圆弧相同,且使得圆弧的凹面面向喷嘴1内部。
根据优选实施例,叶片7的曲线具有螺旋形状。为了使腔室3的一部分保持自由,叶片7从以喷嘴1的轴线2为中心的圆9上开始。
根据更优选实施例,所述螺旋形状是对数型的。
叶片数目可以是任意数目。根据优选实施例,它介于3到10之间。根据更优选实施例,它等于5。
可以看到扩散器8具有圆锥形状。在扩散器8的标准内部后缘中,在扩散器8的末端可以观察到大的液滴粒径积聚。这些液滴不会出现在粒径谱上,因为它们被阻止越过测量仪。然而,这个现象是有害的,因为它造成了一种浪费:处理产品未经扩散,所以实际上没有效用。
为了消除这一有害影响,扩散器在它的内部后缘处具有倒圆角10。这个倒圆角10优选地为圆形,且凹面面向锥外部。
扩散器8的这种修改不会显著改变粒度谱。图8和9中所示的喷嘴因此保留了本发明的优点。
根据另一特征(更确切地说,图10和11中所示的特征),扩散器8包括远离腔室3 的以下各项:第一锥11、具有较大直径的第二锥12,以及两个锥11、12之间的阶梯13。
此类布置有利地允许减小锥的长度,减小到第一锥11的长度,可能与扩散后的流接触,因此减少扩散后的混合物和扩散器8之间的摩擦。第二锥12的贡献是有利地在不接触的情况下保护扩散后的流。
出于与上文相同的原因,阶梯13有利地具有圆形倒角,其类似于倒圆角10。
扩散器8的这种修改不会显著改变粒度谱。图10和11中所示的喷嘴因此保留了本发明的优点。
Claims (10)
