Abstract
The application discloses a method for a public network terminal to dial back a private network terminal, which comprises the following steps: reserving n reserved numbers in a private network, and applying for n public network numbers from a public network, wherein n is greater than 1; configuring the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers on a PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX equipment; and the command dispatching center maintains the association relationship between the private network number of the private network terminal and the reserved number, and modifies the calling number of the call into the public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal when the private network terminal calls the public network terminal during the association between the private network number and the reserved number Xi. By applying the technical scheme disclosed by the application, when the public network terminal dials back the private network terminal, direct dial-back can be realized without additionally dialing the extension number in the private network.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and a system for a public network terminal to dial back a private network terminal.
Background
At present, a plurality of industries use private network systems, private network terminals in private networks can call public network terminals through PSTN/PLMN voice gateways or PBXs, but the private network terminals are called back from the public network, and the following problems exist:
according to the traditional scheme, only the switchboard number of the private network can be seen on the public network terminal, after the switchboard number is called back to connect the private network switchboard, the private network terminal can be connected only by dialing the extension number of the private network terminal or manually transferring, the operation is inconvenient, and the private network extension number is difficult to effectively transmit to the public network user. How a public network terminal can directly call back an incoming call number to contact a private network terminal is a technical problem to be solved urgently.
One possible implementation is: if the private network user is to be directly called back without adding extension number, a large number of public network numbers are applied, and relevant configuration is carried out on PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX of the private network, and private network internal extension numbers and public network numbers are mapped one by one.
The method needs to apply a large number of numbers from the public network, has high application difficulty, needs to use large-specification voice gateways or PBX equipment even if the application is successful, occupies a large number of public network numbers and has high use cost. With the expansion of private network number scale, the difficulty of applying public network numbers and the use cost (expansion of gateway and PBX equipment and increase of public network numbers) will increase continuously.
Therefore, the prior art does not solve the technical problem of how to directly call back the incoming call number to contact the private network terminal by the public network terminal.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a method and a system for a public network terminal to dial back a private network terminal, so that when the public network terminal dials back the private network terminal, the private network terminal can be directly dialed back without adding an extension number in the private network.
The application discloses a method for a public network terminal to dial back a private network terminal, which comprises the following steps:
reserving n reserved numbers in a private network, and applying for n public network numbers from a public network, wherein n is greater than 1;
configuring the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers on a PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX equipment;
the command dispatching center maintains the association relationship between the private network number of the private network terminal and the reserved number, and when the private network terminal calls the public network terminal in the period that the private network number is associated with the reserved number Xi, the calling number of the call is modified into the public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal;
wherein, 1< ═ i < ═ n.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
when the public network terminal dials back the public network number Yi, the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or the PBX device determines a reserved number Xi corresponding to the public network number Yi according to the binding relation, the command and dispatch center determines a private network number associated with the reserved number Xi according to the reserved number Xi, and the call is connected to the private network terminal corresponding to the private network number.
Preferably, the method further comprises:
the command and scheduling center makes a condition for releasing the association relationship;
when the conditions are met, the association relation between the private network number and the reserved number is released;
and after the association relationship is released, the corresponding reserved number is brought into the internal resource pool again for being associated with other private network terminals for use.
Preferably, the conditions include, but are not limited to: the task is finished and associated for more than a certain time.
The application also discloses a system for realizing the callback of the private network terminal by the public network terminal, which comprises the following steps: PSTN/PLMN pronunciation gateway or PBX equipment, command dispatch center, private network terminal and public network terminal, wherein:
reserving n reserved numbers in the private network, and applying n public network numbers to the public network, wherein n is greater than 1;
the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX equipment is used for configuring and storing the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers;
the command dispatching center is used for maintaining the association relationship between the private network number of the private network terminal and the reserved number, and when the private network terminal calls the public network terminal in the period of associating the private network number with the reserved number Xi, the command dispatching center modifies the calling number of the call into the public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal;
wherein, 1< ═ i < ═ n.
Preferably, when the public network terminal dials back the public network number Yi, the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or the PBX device is configured to determine, according to the binding relationship, a reserved number Xi corresponding to the public network number Yi, and the command and scheduling center is configured to determine, according to the reserved number Xi, a private network number associated therewith, and connect a call to a private network terminal corresponding to the private network number.
Preferably, the command and dispatch center is further configured to formulate a condition for disassociating the relationship;
when the conditions are met, the command and scheduling center releases the association relationship between the private network number and the reserved number;
and after the association relationship is released, the corresponding reserved number is brought into the internal resource pool again for being associated with other private network terminals for use.
Preferably, the conditions include, but are not limited to: the task is finished and associated for more than a certain time.
According to the technical scheme, the technical scheme provided by the application can obtain the following beneficial effects:
1. for a private network with a large number of users, only a small number of public network numbers need to be applied for sharing and use, so that the deployment is easy, and the maintenance and use cost is low.
2. As long as the number of the shared public network numbers is unchanged, the internal capacity expansion of the private network can not increase the maintenance and use cost.
3. The command and dispatch center only needs to maintain the association relationship between the private network number and the reserved number and does not need to modify the voice gateway or the PBX.
4. During the association period, the public network terminal can directly call back the incoming call number to connect with the corresponding private network terminal.
5. The command dispatching center can cancel or reconfigure the association relationship between the private network reserved number and the private network internal number according to the requirement so as to be used by other private network users.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below by referring to the accompanying drawings and examples.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the present application provides a method for a public network terminal to dial back a private network terminal, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: n reserved numbers (X1, X2... Xn) are reserved in the private network as an internal resource pool, and n public network numbers (Y1, Y2... Yn) are applied to the public network.
Step 102: and configuring the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers in the internal resource pool on the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX and other equipment.
For example: x1 and Y1, X2 and Y2, and. Therefore, the n public network numbers can be shared by users in the private network in a time-sharing manner, so that the application of massive public network numbers is avoided.
Step 103: when a private network terminal calls a public network terminal during the association of the private network number and Xi (1< ═ i < ═ n), the command scheduling center modifies the calling number of the call into a public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal, so that the incoming call is displayed on the public network terminal as the public network number Yi bound with the Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal (1< ═ i < > n), and the public network terminal dials back to Yi and can directly connect the corresponding private network terminal. The private network number and the private network terminal are in one-to-one correspondence.
The private network system accessing the PSTN is exemplified below.
Suppose that:
800001, 800002, …, internal resource pool number reserved for private network, used for connecting with public network terminal;
84935001, 84935002 and … are public network numbers applied to the public network;
configuring the binding relationship between the public network number and the private network internal resource pool number on the voice gateway/PBX, and the form can be shown as table 1:

When private network user A (private network number: 1101111) and public network terminal (public network number: 137 XXXXXXX) need to call directly each other, the command and dispatch center inside the private network selects number 800001 from the internal resource pool to associate with private network user A's private network number 1101111, as shown in Table 2:

During the association period shown in table 2, the private network terminal and the public network terminal incoming/outgoing call flow is shown in fig. 2, and includes two major parts, namely, a private network terminal outgoing call and a public network terminal incoming call, which are described below.
Calling by the private network terminal:
step 11: the private network terminal initiates a call to the command dispatching center, and the called number is a public network number: 0137XXXXXXXX, the calling number is the private network number of the private network terminal: 1101111.
step 12: the command dispatching center selects a number 800001 from the internal resource pool to be associated with a private network number 1101111 of the private network terminal, records the association relationship, and initiates a call to the voice gateway/PBX, wherein the called number is a public network number: 0137XXXXXXXX, calling number private network number: 800001.
step 13: the voice gateway/PBX determines that the public network number bound to the private network number 800001 is 84935001 according to the binding relationship in table 1, modifies the calling number of the call to 84935001, and then continues to initiate the call to the PSTN.
Step 14: PSTN to public network number: 0137 XXXXXXXXX initiates a call, and the calling number displayed on the public network terminal is 84935001.
Calling a public network terminal:
step 21: the public network terminal initiates a call to the PSTN, and the called number is a public network number: 84935001, the calling number is the public network number of the public network terminal: 137 XXXXXXXX.
Step 22: the PSTN forwards the call to the voice gateway/PBX device.
Step 23: and the voice gateway/PBX equipment determines that the private network number bound with the public network number 84935001 is 800001 according to the binding relation in the table 1, and initiates a call to the private network number 800001 to the command and dispatch center.
Step 24: and the command dispatching center determines that the private network number corresponding to the private network number 800001 is 1101111 according to the recorded association relationship, and then initiates a call to the private network terminal corresponding to the private network number 1101111.
In the above process, the command and dispatch center may formulate a policy disassociation relationship (i.e., formulate a condition for disassociating the relationship), for example, when a task is completed and the association exceeds a certain time, the association relationship between the private network number and the reserved number is disassociated, and after the disassociation relationship is disassociated, the reserved number is reintroduced into the internal resource pool for associating with other private network users.
Corresponding to the above method, the present application provides a system for implementing callback of a private network terminal by a public network terminal, where the system includes devices that refer to fig. 2, and includes: PSTN/PLMN pronunciation gateway or PBX equipment, command dispatch center, private network terminal and public network terminal, wherein:
reserving n reserved numbers in the private network, and applying n public network numbers to the public network, wherein n is greater than 1;
the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX equipment is used for configuring and storing the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers;
the command dispatching center is used for maintaining the association relationship between the private network number of the private network terminal and the reserved number, and when the private network terminal calls the public network terminal in the period of associating the private network number with the reserved number Xi, the command dispatching center modifies the calling number of the call into the public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal;
wherein, 1< ═ i < ═ n.
Preferably, when the public network terminal dials back the public network number Yi, the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or the PBX device is configured to determine, according to the binding relationship, a reserved number Xi corresponding to the public network number Yi, and the command and scheduling center is configured to determine, according to the reserved number Xi, a private network number associated therewith, and connect a call to a private network terminal corresponding to the private network number.
Preferably, the command and dispatch center is further configured to formulate a condition for disassociating the relationship;
when the conditions are met, the command and scheduling center releases the association relationship between the private network number and the reserved number;
and after the association relationship is released, the corresponding reserved number is brought into the internal resource pool again for being associated with other private network terminals for use.
Preferably, the conditions include, but are not limited to: task completion, association over a certain time, etc.

Claims (8)
1. A method for a public network terminal to dial back a private network terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
reserving n reserved numbers in a private network, and applying for n public network numbers from a public network, wherein n is greater than 1;
configuring the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers on a PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX equipment;
the command dispatching center maintains the association relationship between the private network number of the private network terminal and the reserved number, and when the private network terminal calls the public network terminal in the period that the private network number is associated with the reserved number Xi, the calling number of the call is modified into the public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal;
wherein, 1< ═ i < ═ n.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the public network terminal dials back the public network number Yi, the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or the PBX device determines a reserved number Xi corresponding to the public network number Yi according to the binding relation, the command and dispatch center determines a private network number associated with the reserved number Xi according to the reserved number Xi, and the call is connected to the private network terminal corresponding to the private network number.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
the command and scheduling center makes a condition for releasing the association relationship;
when the conditions are met, the association relation between the private network number and the reserved number is released;
and after the association relationship is released, the corresponding reserved number is brought into the internal resource pool again for being associated with other private network terminals for use.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein:
such conditions include, but are not limited to: the task is finished and associated for more than a certain time.
5. A system for realizing the callback of a private network terminal by a public network terminal is characterized by comprising: PSTN/PLMN pronunciation gateway or PBX equipment, command dispatch center, private network terminal and public network terminal, wherein:
reserving n reserved numbers in the private network, and applying n public network numbers to the public network, wherein n is greater than 1;
the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or PBX equipment is used for configuring and storing the binding relationship between the n reserved numbers and the n public network numbers;
the command dispatching center is used for maintaining the association relationship between the private network number of the private network terminal and the reserved number, and when the private network terminal calls the public network terminal in the period of associating the private network number with the reserved number Xi, the command dispatching center modifies the calling number of the call into the public network number Yi bound with the reserved number Xi associated with the private network number of the private network terminal;
wherein, 1< ═ i < ═ n.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein:
when the public network terminal dials back the public network number Yi, the PSTN/PLMN voice gateway or the PBX device is used for determining a reserved number Xi corresponding to the public network number Yi according to the binding relation, and the command and dispatching center is used for determining a private network number associated with the reserved number Xi according to the reserved number Xi and connecting a call to the private network terminal corresponding to the private network number.
7. The system according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that:
the command scheduling center is also used for formulating the condition of relieving the incidence relation;
when the conditions are met, the command and scheduling center releases the association relationship between the private network number and the reserved number;
and after the association relationship is released, the corresponding reserved number is brought into the internal resource pool again for being associated with other private network terminals for use.
