In one implementation manner, the second determining module 260 is further configured to determine, after the obtaining the first user attribute corresponding to the first joint defense number, a second user attribute corresponding to the help requirement type according to the help requirement type if the help requirement type does not match the first user attribute; the second obtaining module 250 is further configured to obtain a plurality of second joint defense numbers corresponding to the second user attribute according to a mapping relationship between the community joint defense numbers and the user attribute, and initiate a call to user equipment corresponding to the plurality of second joint defense numbers.
In one implementation, the determining device further includes: and the sending module is used for sending the call record between the first user equipment and the second user equipment to user equipment corresponding to other joint defense numbers in the community joint defense numbers under the condition that the call between the first user equipment and the second user equipment is ended.
In one implementation, the first determining module 240 determines the help request type of the first user device according to the call content between the first user device and the second user device, including: carrying out semantic analysis on call content between the first user equipment and the second user equipment; and determining the help-seeking requirement type of the first user equipment according to the semantic analysis result.
The determining device for effectively sending the help-seeking information provided by the embodiment of the application can realize each process realized by the determining method embodiment for effectively sending the help-seeking information, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.

The embodiment of the application further provides a readable storage medium, on which a program or an instruction is stored, where the program or the instruction implements each process of the determining method embodiment for effectively sending the help seeking information when being executed by a processor, and the same technical effects can be achieved, so that repetition is avoided, and no redundant description is provided herein.

Claims (10)

1. The method for determining the effective transmission of the help information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a call initiated by first user equipment, wherein the called number of the call is a target help-seeking short number;
acquiring a plurality of community joint defense numbers corresponding to the target help seeking short number according to the corresponding relation between the help seeking short number preset by the first user equipment and the community joint defense numbers, and initiating calls to the user equipment corresponding to the community joint defense numbers;
under the condition that a call response of second user equipment is received, establishing a call path between the first user equipment and the second user equipment, wherein the second user equipment is user equipment corresponding to a first joint defense number in a plurality of community joint defense numbers;
determining a help-seeking requirement type of the first user equipment according to the call content between the first user equipment and the second user equipment;
acquiring a first user attribute corresponding to the first joint defense number according to the mapping relation between the community joint defense number and the user attribute;
and under the condition that the help-seeking requirement type is matched with the first user attribute, determining that the help-seeking information of the first user equipment is effectively transmitted.
2. The method according to claim 1, further comprising, after said determining that the help information transmission of the first user equipment is valid:
judging whether the help-seeking demand type is associated with community resource reservation, wherein the community resource reservation is the resource reservation corresponding to the first joint defense number;
and under the condition that the help-seeking demand type is associated with community resource reservation, adjusting the resource quantity corresponding to the help-seeking demand type, the first joint defense number and the telephone number of the first user equipment, which are recorded in a resource record database, according to the help-seeking demand type, the first joint defense number and the telephone number of the first user equipment.
3. The method of determining according to claim 1, further comprising, after the obtaining the first user attribute corresponding to the first joint defence number:
determining a second user attribute corresponding to the help-seeking requirement type according to the help-seeking requirement type under the condition that the help-seeking requirement type is not matched with the first user attribute;
and acquiring a plurality of second joint defense numbers corresponding to the second user attributes according to the mapping relation between the community joint defense numbers and the user attributes, and initiating calls to user equipment corresponding to the second joint defense numbers.
4. The determination method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
and under the condition that the call between the first user equipment and the second user equipment is ended, sending call records between the first user equipment and the second user equipment to user equipment corresponding to other joint defense numbers in the community joint defense numbers.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the help request type of the first user device according to the call content between the first user device and the second user device includes:
carrying out semantic analysis on call content between the first user equipment and the second user equipment;
and determining the help-seeking requirement type of the first user equipment according to the semantic analysis result.
6. A determination device for effectively transmitting help information, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a call initiated by the first user equipment, wherein the called number of the call is a target help-seeking short number;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of community joint defense numbers corresponding to the target help short number according to the corresponding relation between the help short number preset by the first user equipment and the community joint defense numbers, and initiating calls to the user equipment corresponding to the community joint defense numbers;
the system comprises a building module, a communication module and a communication module, wherein the building module is used for building a communication path between first user equipment and second user equipment under the condition of receiving a call response of the second user equipment, wherein the second user equipment is user equipment corresponding to a first joint defense number in a plurality of community joint defense numbers;
the first determining module is used for determining the help-seeking requirement type of the first user equipment according to the call content between the first user equipment and the second user equipment;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a first user attribute corresponding to the first joint defence number according to the mapping relation between the community joint defence number and the user attribute;
and the second determining module is used for determining that the help seeking information of the first user equipment is effectively transmitted under the condition that the help seeking requirement type is matched with the first user attribute.
7. The determination device according to claim 6, further comprising: the judging module and the adjusting module are used for judging whether the current state of the current state is changed,
the judging module is configured to judge whether the help-seeking requirement type is associated with a community resource reserve after the help-seeking information of the first user equipment is determined to be effective, where the community resource reserve is a resource reserve corresponding to the first joint defense number;
the adjusting module is configured to adjust, when the help-seeking demand type is associated with community resource reservation, the number of resources corresponding to the help-seeking demand type, the first joint defense number and the phone number of the first user equipment, which are recorded in the resource record database, according to the help-seeking demand type, the first joint defense number and the phone number of the first user equipment.
8. The determining apparatus of claim 6, wherein,
the second determining module is further configured to determine, after the obtaining the first user attribute corresponding to the first joint defense number, a second user attribute corresponding to the help-seeking requirement type according to the help-seeking requirement type if the help-seeking requirement type is not matched with the first user attribute;
the second obtaining module is further configured to obtain a plurality of second joint defense numbers corresponding to the second user attribute according to a mapping relationship between the community joint defense numbers and the user attribute, and initiate a call to user equipment corresponding to the plurality of second joint defense numbers.
9. The determination device according to claim 6, further comprising:
and the sending module is used for sending the call record between the first user equipment and the second user equipment to user equipment corresponding to other joint defense numbers in the community joint defense numbers under the condition that the call between the first user equipment and the second user equipment is ended.
10. The determining device of claim 6, wherein the first determining module determines a help requirement type of the first user device according to call content between the first user device and the second user device, comprising:
carrying out semantic analysis on call content between the first user equipment and the second user equipment;
and determining the help-seeking requirement type of the first user equipment according to the semantic analysis result.
