Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗失速扩压器,具有一个叶片扩压器、左盖板,叶片扩压器环装设在叶轮出口外,左盖板与叶轮的廓线刚性连接或通过传动装置连接同时转动,左盖板与叶片扩压器的叶顶之间无连接。相邻叶片组成的扩压槽道朝向转动盖板的一侧为开放结构,扩压槽道内的流体与转动的左盖板接触。左盖板的转动方向与流体进入扩压器方向角α周向分速度方向一致。根据流体与旋转盖板接触抽吸表面低密度流体,均衡扩压器内流体分布的作用原理,将扩压器内轴向分速度与盖板反向一侧的盖板改为可转动结构,维持扩压器有效通流面积与扩压性能,提高抗失速性能。

抗失速扩压器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种离心式透平压缩机或叶片泵,尤其是一种离心式透平压缩机或叶片泵的叶轮出口处的扩压器。
背景技术
离心式透平压缩机或叶片泵的叶轮出口,通常装扩压器,扩压器的形式分为叶片扩压器、无叶扩压器,扩压器中动能转换压力势能。图1和图2所示为传统设计离心式叶轮和出口叶片扩压器结构示意图,在叶轮出口外,半径D2~D3间的环状流道内装设扩压器,扩压器左、右盖板静止不转。左、右盖板是叶片扩压器相邻叶片两侧端壁,流体被相邻的叶片分隔成独立的扩压槽道。由于轴向子午流线偏向出口的影响,槽道内低压侧流体边界层内分离的涡流强度、体积增大,可能形成横越槽道的通道涡,扩压器易失速和扩压效率偏低成为影响这类装置扩压性能与稳定性的难题。因此,需要设计一种抗失速扩压器。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种抗失速扩压器,目的是抽吸扩压器低压侧端壁上涡团,抑制通道涡发展,促进高压侧流体向低压侧的流动,维持扩压器有效通流面积与扩压性能,提高抗失速性能。
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗失速扩压器,具有一个叶片扩压器、左盖板,所述叶片扩压器环装设在叶轮出口外,所述左盖板与叶轮的廓线刚性连接或通过传动装置连接绕同一轴转动,所述左盖板与叶片扩压器的叶片的叶顶之间无连接。
进一步,相邻叶片组成的扩压槽道朝向转动的左盖板一侧为开放结构,扩压槽道内的流体与转动的左盖板接触。
进一步,所述左盖板的转动方向与流体进入扩压器方向角α周向分速度方向一致。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
将扩压器内轴向分速度与盖板反向的低压侧的盖板改为可转动结构,叶片扩压器或无叶扩压器内流体与转动的盖板接触,接触面上低密度的流体涡团被运动边界层抽吸,同一半径上高压侧盖板流体向转动盖板侧一侧运动,维持并扩大扩压器有效通流面积。
紧贴转动盖板的流体轴向运动趋势与盖板反向,盖板表面存在低密度流体流体涡团。扩压器出口轴向压力分布不均引起回流,上述因素作用下低压侧涡团体积、强度增强,可能形成横越扩压器的通道涡。现在,涡团受盖板转动的盖板表面边界层内抽吸作用体积、强度降低,扩压器内同一半径上高压侧流体向低压的运动盖板一侧流动,维持和提高扩压器有效通流面积和扩压性能,提高抗失速性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明抗失速扩压器的设计作进一步详细描述。
如图3所示,本发明的抗失速扩压器,具有一个叶片扩压器3、左盖板2,扩压器3环装设在叶轮1出口外,左盖板2与叶轮1的廓线C-D刚性连接(例如图中D点所在半径线上焊接,或经传动装置连接)绕同一轴转动,左盖板2与扩压器3边缘连线E-F无连接,使扩压器内的流体与转动的左盖板2接触。
图3中,对于叶片扩压器,A-B连线代表转动左盖板2左侧的固定端壁,连线E-F代表叶片扩压器3边缘,经扩压后流体进入出口流道。左盖板2与固定端壁A-B、叶片扩压器3边缘连线E-F之间留有间隙,与E-F间隙内安装防漏的密封。相邻叶片叶顶E-F之间不安装内围带或封闭的盖板,使扩压槽道内的流体与转动的左盖板2接触。左盖板2转动方向与流体进入扩压器方向角α周向分速度方向一致。
本发明用创新理论,完整解释流体与旋转盖板接触下抽吸对抑制涡团发展和均衡扩压器内流体径向运动的作用原理,设计的抗失速扩压器可提高扩压装置的增压和阻止回流的能力。
本发明的抗失速扩压器作为离心式叶轮或叶片泵的叶轮出口扩压器中,流体轴向分速度相反一侧盖板设计为转动结构,叶片扩压器或无叶扩压器内流体与转动的盖板直接接触。转动的盖板抽吸表面流体的涡团,促进高压侧流体向低压侧的流动,维持扩压器有效通流面积,提高装置扩压性能和抗失速性能。
根据流体与旋转盖板接触,抽吸表面流体的涡团,促进高压侧流体向低压侧的流动作用原理,将扩压器内轴向分速度与盖板反向一侧的盖板改为可转动结构,维持和提高扩压器有效通流面积和扩压性能,提高抗失速和阻止回流的性能。

1.一种抗失速扩压器,具有一个叶片扩压器、左盖板,所述叶片扩压器环装设在叶轮出口外,其特征在于:所述左盖板与叶轮的廓线刚性连接或通过传动装置连接且绕同一轴转动,所述左盖板与叶片扩压器的叶顶之间无连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗失速扩压器,其特征在于:相邻叶片组成的扩压槽道朝向转动的左盖板一侧为开放结构,扩压槽道内的流体与转动的左盖板接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗失速扩压器,其特征在于:所述左盖板的转动方向与流体进入扩压器方向角α周向分速度方向一致。
