Specifically, the high-rise building in the present embodiment refers to a building having seven or more stories, and may be applied to a high-rise building specified by the national standard. The room 1 used as the refuge safe room is preferably an existing house such as a house price using a fire-fighting ascending surface, a bedroom, a toilet, a kitchen or a storage room. The rooms 1 each include a floor wall 1.1, a ceiling wall, and a plurality of side walls 1.2, generally four side walls 1.2, which are not described in detail. On the building there are a number of water pipes 6 running from the top floor through to the bottom floor or even underground, depending on the water and sewage demand. In the high-rise building fire refuge safety room provided by the embodiment, when a fire occurs, if trapped people cannot escape from a fire scene, the trapped people should quickly hide in the refuge safety room and close the fire door 3 and the fire window 4, since the fire door 3 and the fire window 4 can withstand a fire for at least one hour or more, and can mostly withstand a fire for two hours or more, generally speaking, it is difficult for a fire inside a house, particularly on the outside of the fire door 3, to continuously burn for two hours or more, the air tightness of the house is difficult to be completely sealed, the smoke gas does not enter the refuge safety room completely, in order to provide the most basic pure oxygen supply for the trapped people and prevent the trapped people from being injured and killed by inhaling the smoke gas, the trapped people open the valve 8 and breathe through the ventilation pipeline 7, even if the refuge safety room is filled with smoke, as long as the inside of the refuge safety room is not on fire, people can breathe through the ventilation pipeline 7 to wait for rescue or extinguish the fire. The ventilation pipeline 7 is arranged to have another function that when a fire disaster occurs in a high-rise building, fire rescue personnel may not provide rescue for trapped people trapped by big fire at all due to the fire and the building height, and in the embodiment, the blower can be connected with the ventilation pipeline 7 to continuously input air to the ventilation pipeline 7, so that positive pressure can be provided for the refuge safety room, and smoke can be prevented from entering the refuge safety room. Therefore, fire rescue personnel provide direct survival and rescue for trapped people on the top or bottom of the building, a safe space is provided in a fire disaster, and more importantly, psychological comfort is provided, which is beyond the reach of a plurality of technologies in the prior art.
According to the high-rise building fire refuge safety room provided by the embodiment of the invention, the air duct 7 is directly arranged by an opener during construction, and only two additional ducts are required to be arranged when the water duct 6 is arranged.
According to the high-rise building fire refuge safety room provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two ventilating pipelines 7 are arranged in parallel with the water pipeline 6 and respectively communicated with the roof and the bottom layer, so that the most basic living environment is maintained through the ventilating pipelines 7 when a fire disaster occurs, and the fire disaster is not suffocated by smoke. In another embodiment provided by the invention, further, a plurality of head covers 9 and connecting pipes are placed in the isolation space 5, the bottom of each head cover 9 is open, the top of each head cover 9 is provided with an air inlet hole, the air inlet holes are used for connecting the valves 8 through the connecting pipes, the head covers 9 are used for covering the heads, air inlet is realized through the connecting pipes, and thus an environment without smoke is provided for the heads. Optionally, the bottom opening of the hood 9 is attached to the neck of the trapped person by an elastic telescopic device, such as a structure similar to an elastic waistband, and a one-way valve is arranged on the hood 9, so that the hood 9 is inflated by the valve 8 and deflated by the one-way valve.
In another embodiment of the present invention, further, a manual air supply device 10, such as a housing, may be disposed in the isolation space 5, wherein a cavity is disposed inside the housing, blades are disposed in the cavity, two ends of a central rotating shaft of the blades penetrate through the housing and are provided with a rocking handle, specifically, the cavity is spherical or cylindrical, a plurality of blades are disposed on the central rotating shaft in a central scattering manner, edges of the blades are in clearance fit with an inner wall of the cavity, so that an air flow can be obtained by rotation of the rocking handle, when in use, two ends of the housing are respectively communicated with the valve 8 and the duct through the interface, air in the ventilation duct 7 can be input into the hood 9 or the isolation space 5 at a relatively high speed through the rocking handle, even a positive pressure environment is manually formed in the room 1, so as to prevent smoke from entering.
In still another embodiment provided by the present invention, further, the partition wall 2 includes a closing door 11 for closing the communication port, the closing door 11 is a plate, one side of the closing door 11 is rotatably connected in the room 1, and the other side of the closing door 11 is limited by an abutting piece 12; the abutting piece 12 is arranged in the isolation space 5, the abutting piece 12 is configured to be broken when being impacted by more than 800N, the abutting piece 12 can be a wooden structure or a metal structure which is easy to bend, namely, in daily conditions, the partition body 2 is not allowed to be opened, the valve 8 is not allowed to be opened, when fire emergency rescue occurs, trapped people can forcibly impact the closed door 11 by the whole body to break the abutting piece 12, so that the closed door 11 is opened, generally speaking, the impact of the whole body of people over ten years can reach 800N, and then the closed door 11 can be opened.
Furthermore, a sealing component and a high-temperature-resistant adhesive piece are arranged in the isolation space 5, and the shape of the sealing component is set as follows: it is used for pasting through high temperature resistant pasting piece sealed in on the door frame of fire door 3, the seal assembly can be the rectangle, the appearance can cover in the clearance that door frame AND gate formed, perhaps the seal assembly is a plurality of rectangular, like four rectangular, can paste respectively on four sides AND gate of door frame formed four clearances, high temperature resistant pasting piece is used for pasting seal assembly on the door frame, high temperature resistant pasting piece can place the subsides that paste in isolation space 5, like heat-resisting resin polymer, will paste the cream and paint on the seal assembly during the use, paste seal assembly again and realize sealedly on the door frame, again perhaps high temperature resistant pasting piece is for setting up the subsides area 11.2 on the seal assembly, it has the protection film to cover on pasting area 11.2, tear the protection film during the use, paste on the door frame through pasting area 11.2.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a high-rise building, wherein at least one safety room is arranged on each of at least more than six floors, the safety rooms are the safety rooms, preferably, the safety rooms on all the floors are positioned at the same position, and thus, the arrangement of the through manholes is facilitated.
