一种环氧地坪底涂复合物及其施工工艺,包括环氧树脂为主的A组份,还包括以固化剂B组份,还包括C组份,按重量份计算:氧化钙粉末30份;水50份;陶砂,粒径1‑2mm,15份;高吸水性树脂颗粒5份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1‑0.3mm,吸水后粒径3‑5mm;还包括D组份,按重量份计算:石灰石粉,粒径0.03‑0.075mm,35份;饱和碳酸水,65份。本发明复合物与底面之间粘结力更强,耐久性更优。

Description

一种环氧地坪底涂复合物及其施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环氧地坪施工中使用的底涂材料,具体涉及一种能够有效附着非常规地面的底涂复合物。
背景技术
地坪涂料主要应用于工业厂房、仓库、停车场、商场、运动场、学校、医院和办公室等场所的建筑地面装饰。地坪涂料可分为环氧地坪涂料、聚氨酯地坪涂料、乙烯基地坪涂料和丙烯酸酯地坪涂料等种类。
室内停车场常使用环氧地坪涂料对停车场的建筑地面进行涂装,而室外停车场通常使用聚氨酯涂料对停车场的建筑地面进行涂装。室内停车场的行车区域和停车区域的地坪涂层不同,停车区域为平滑的环氧地坪涂层,行车区域为防滑的环氧地坪涂层。平滑的环氧地坪涂层具有易清洁和耐磨等特点,但其不防滑,因此车辆在此区域易打滑而产生刺耳的声音。防滑的环氧地坪一般采用撒播粗颗粒的石英砂等骨料,再在撒播的骨料层上滚涂一层环氧面漆,这种涂层防滑效果好,但有菱角的骨料对轮胎的磨损比较大,汽车行驶时会产生较大的摩擦声音,并且这种涂层很难清洁。此外,由于环氧地坪涂层的户外耐久性较差,易黄变,易粉化,所以环氧地坪涂层只适用于室内使用。而目前室外停车场所使用的聚氨酯地坪涂料,其含有大量的有机溶剂,施工过程中会释放大量挥发性有机物,环保性差并且不利于施工人员的身体健康。同时,现阶段有大量厂房改建成商用饭店等场所,室内外地面通常有大量油污,油污处理不干净,则很难进行施工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种在厂房改建地坪工程中能够高强度粘结地面的环氧地坪底涂复合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括环氧树脂为主的A组份,还包括以固化剂B组份,
还包括C组份,按重量份计算:
氧化钙粉末30份;
水50份;
陶砂,粒径1-2mm,15份;
高吸水性树脂颗粒5份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1-0.3mm,吸水后粒径3-5mm;
还包括D组份,按重量份计算:
石灰石粉,粒径0.03-0.075mm,35份;
饱和碳酸水,65份。
进一步的,所述A组份包括E51环氧树脂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物。
进一步的,按重量份计算,所述E51环氧树脂97份、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份。
进一步的,所述B组份包括脂肪胺作为固化剂以及γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步的,按重量份计算脂肪胺99份、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1份。
一种涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)石灰石粉与饱和碳酸水混合,使石灰石粉处于悬浮状态,二者同时以3-5Mpa压力冲击地面,单位平方厘米饱和碳酸水体积1-3ml;
(2)抛洒氧化钙粉末,单位平方米用量0.4-0.6kg,抛洒后半小时喷水,喷水后1-2小时抛洒混合好的陶砂和高吸水性树脂颗粒;静置3-5小时后清理地面;
(3)混合AB组份喷涂或辊涂地面。
本发明能够有效的提高环氧地坪底涂复合物与底面之间的粘结强度,提供坚持的地坪基础层。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对发明做详细描述。
一种高粘结力环氧地坪底涂复合物,以重量份计算A组份,包括E51环氧树脂97份作为双酚A环氧树脂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份作为偶联剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份,B组份包括脂肪胺99份作为固化剂、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1份;
还包括C组份,按重量份计算:
氧化钙粉末30份;
水50份;
陶砂,粒径1-2mm,15份;
高吸水性树脂颗粒5份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1-0.3mm,吸水后粒径3-5mm;
还包括D组份,按重量份计算:
石灰石粉,粒径0.03-0.075mm,35份;
饱和碳酸水,65份。
涂装工艺步骤如下:
(1)石灰石粉与饱和碳酸水混合,使石灰石粉处于悬浮状态,二者同时以3-5Mpa压力冲击地面,单位平方厘米饱和碳酸水体积1-3ml,石灰石粉冲击油污将油污冲散,碳酸一方面分解油污,同时碳酸释放二氧化碳,将油污发泡分散,并与底面分离;
(2)抛洒氧化钙粉末,单位平方米用量0.4-0.6kg,抛洒后半小时喷水,喷水后1-2小时抛洒混合好的陶砂和高吸水性树脂颗粒;静置3-5小时后清理地面。氧化钙与碳酸中的水反应放热,加快油污分解,同时中和酸,使地面液体成碱性;陶砂和高吸水性树脂颗粒快速吸收地面上的液体。清理后,地面成碱性,氢氧化钙在地面表面会自行与水泥内的氢氧化钙以及水化硅酸钙接触结晶,加强地表强度。
(3)混合AB组份喷涂或辊涂地面。

1.一种环氧地坪底涂复合物,包括环氧树脂为主的A组份,还包括以固化剂B组份,其特征在于,
还包括C组份,按重量份计算:
氧化钙粉末30份;
水50份;
陶砂,粒径1-2mm,15份;
高吸水性树脂颗粒5份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1-0.3mm,吸水后粒径3-5mm;
还包括D组份,按重量份计算:
石灰石粉,粒径0.03-0.075mm,35份;
饱和碳酸水,65份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环氧地坪底涂复合物,其特征在于,所述A组份包括E51环氧树脂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环氧地坪底涂复合物,其特征在于,按重量份计算,所述E51环氧树脂97份、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环氧地坪底涂复合物,其特征在于,所述B组份包括脂肪胺作为固化剂以及γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环氧地坪底涂复合物,其特征在于,按重量份计算脂肪胺99份、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷1份。
6.一种使用权利要求1-4所述的环氧地坪底涂复合物,包括以下步骤
(1)石灰石粉与饱和碳酸水混合,使石灰石粉处于悬浮状态,二者同时以3-5Mpa压力冲击地面,单位平方厘米饱和碳酸水体积1-3ml;
(2)抛洒氧化钙粉末,单位平方米用量0.4-0.6kg,抛洒后半小时喷水,喷水后1-2小时抛洒混合好的陶砂和高吸水性树脂颗粒;静置3-5小时后清理地面;
(3)混合AB组份喷涂或辊涂地面。
