一种高粘结力环氧地坪底涂复合物及涂装工艺,包含环氧树脂以及稀释剂和增韧剂的A组份和包括固化剂、偶联剂的B组份,其特征在于,还包括还包括C和D组份:其中C组份包括,所述C组份按重量份计算:氧化钙20份;水65份;1‑3mm粒级的木屑10份;圆形高吸水性树脂颗粒15份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1‑0.2mm,吸水状态下粒径2‑3mm;所述D组份按重量份计算:0.1‑0.2mm粒级铁粉30份;0.05‑0.15mm粒级的四氧化三铁10份。浓度15‑25%稀硝酸60份。本发明能够有效的提高环氧地坪底涂复合物与地面之间的粘结强度。

Description

一种高粘结能力的环氧树脂底涂复合物及涂装工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及环氧地坪领域,具体涉及一种与底面粘结力高,抗环境影响因素强的底涂复合物。
背景技术
环氧树脂具有优良的粘结性能、绝缘性能、成型加工性能和耐化学溶剂性能等,一直以来,环氧树脂以其优异的粘接性能常常被人们用作底涂材料,能够和很多基材起到良好的粘接效果。在环氧地坪涂装行业中,环氧底涂与地面层和砂浆层优异地结合在一起,不仅起到了很好的粘接作用,还起到封闭地面的效果,作用非常重要。
环氧底涂复合物的种类比较多,常规的复合物是双酚A环氧树脂搭配聚酰胺、脂肪胺、芳香胺、脂环胺等胺类固化剂。然而仅仅树脂和固化剂的搭配得到的底涂粘接能力有限,于是为了进一步提高粘接强度,会考虑在A组份里添加γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷 (KH560)等带环氧基的硅烷偶联剂,B组份里添加γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH580)等带氨基或巯丙基的硅烷偶联剂,这种方法可以在一定程度上提高底涂对基面的粘接能力。
但是在一些很光滑的地面以及湿度较大的地面上使用现有的环氧底涂复合物进行粘接就存在很大的问题,特别是在有持续水压地面进行长期粘接的效果上受限很大。在上述条件下,由于受到持续水汽侵蚀和重物压力的影响,底涂层就会和基面剥离,从而影响使用。所以,如何能提高环氧底涂复合物和光滑、潮湿基面的粘接就成了一直以来人们考虑的问题。尤其是地面上有油污的情况下,要提高附着力非常困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够在地面上有油污的情况下提高附着力的环氧树脂底涂复合物。
为了实现上述目的,本发明包括包含环氧树脂以及稀释剂和增韧剂的A组份和包括固化剂、偶联剂的B组份,其特征在于,还包括还包括C和D组份:
其中C组份包括,所述C组份按重量份计算:
氧化钙20份;
水65份;
1-3mm粒级的木屑10份;
圆形高吸水性树脂颗粒15份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1-0.2mm,吸水状态下粒径2-3mm;
所述D组份按重量份计算:
0.1-0.2mm粒级铁粉30份;
0.05-0.15mm粒级的四氧化三铁10份。
浓度15-25%稀硝酸60份。
进一步的,所述算A组份,包括E51环氧树脂、C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚作为活性稀释剂、丁腈橡胶作为增韧剂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、乙醇作为溶剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物,B组份包括脂肪胺作为固化剂、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚作为促进剂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷作为偶联剂、甲苯作为溶剂。
进一步的,
所述算A组份按重量份计算,包括E51环氧树脂45份,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚5份、丁腈橡胶5份、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、乙醇4份、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份。
进一步的,
B组份按重量份计算包括脂肪胺45份、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份、甲苯49份。
一种涂装工艺,步骤如下:
(1)混合D组份中的铁粉和四氧化三铁,气压3-5MPa,与地面距离5-10m冲击地面,单位平方厘米停留时间1-2s,喷完铁粉和四氧化三铁后,喷洒稀硝酸,停留1-2小时;电磁铁或是永磁体吸附地面;
(2)喷洒氧化钙单位平方米抛洒0.3-0.5kg,静置30分钟后,喷水;喷水后抛洒木屑和高吸水性树脂颗粒,静置1-3小时,清理地面。
(3)待地面干燥后,混合A-B组份喷涂底涂复合物。
本发明有益效果在于,能够有效清理地面油污,复合物能够高强度的与底面粘结。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对发明做详细描述。
一种高粘结力环氧地坪底涂复合物,以重量份计算A组份,包括E51环氧树脂45份作为双酚A环氧树脂、C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚5份作为活性稀释剂、丁腈橡胶5份作为增韧剂、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5作为偶联剂、乙醇42作为溶剂、有机硅改性环氧化合物a2.5,B组份包括脂肪胺45份作为固化剂、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚5份作为促进剂、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份作为偶联剂、甲苯49份作为溶剂。
为了提高在有油污的地面上的附着力或是粘结强度,还包括C和D组份:
其中C组份包括:
所述C组份按重量份计算:
氧化钙20份;
水65份;
1-3mm粒级的木屑10份;
圆形高吸水性树脂颗粒15份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1-0.2mm,吸水状态下粒径2-3mm;
所述D组份按重量份计算:
0.1-0.2mm粒级铁粉30份;

浓度15-25%稀硝酸60份.
涂装工艺如下:
(1)混合D组份中的铁粉和四氧化三铁,气压3-5MPa,与地面距离5-10m冲击地面,单位平方厘米停留时间1-2s,喷完铁粉和四氧化三铁后,喷洒稀硝酸,停留1-2 小时;电磁铁或是永磁体吸附地面;铁粉和四氧化三铁粉磨会进入油污中或附着在其表面,硝酸一方面分解油污,一方面与铁反应产生氢气将油污发泡。电磁铁或是永磁体收集铁粉或四氧化三铁能够将大块的未分解的油污吸出来;
(2)喷洒氧化钙单位平方米抛洒0.3-0.5kg,静置30分钟后,喷水;喷水后抛洒木屑和高吸水性树脂颗粒,静置1-3小时,清理地面。氧化钙遇水反应生产氢氧化钙,并发热,碱一方面中和硝酸,硝酸中和完分解油污,碱性环境对水泥地面也没有侵蚀。木屑粘附未分解的并漂浮的油污,高吸水性树脂颗粒吸水;
(3)待地面干燥后,混合A-B组份喷涂底涂复合物。

1.一种高粘结力环氧地坪底涂复合物,包含环氧树脂以及稀释剂和增韧剂的A组份和包括固化剂、偶联剂的B组份,其特征在于,还包括还包括C和D组份:
其中C组份包括,所述C组份按重量份计算:
氧化钙20份;
水65份;
1-3mm粒级的木屑10份;
圆形高吸水性树脂颗粒15份,未吸水状态下粒径0.1-0.2mm,吸水状态下粒径2-3mm;
所述D组份按重量份计算:
0.1-0.2mm粒级铁粉30份;
0.05-0.15mm粒级的四氧化三铁10份。
浓度15-25%稀硝酸60份。

所述算A组份按重量份计算,包括E51环氧树脂45份,C12-C14烷基缩水甘油醚5份、丁腈橡胶5份、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、乙醇4份、有机硅改性环氧化合物2.5份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高粘结力环氧地坪底涂复合物,其特征在于,
B组份按重量份计算包括脂肪胺45份、2,4,6-三(二甲基安吉甲基)苯酚5份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1份、甲苯49份。
5.一种使用权利要求1-4复合物的涂装工艺,其特征在于,
(1)混合D组份中的铁粉和四氧化三铁,气压3-5MPa,与地面距离5-10m冲击地面,单位平方厘米停留时间1-2s,喷完铁粉和四氧化三铁后,喷洒稀硝酸,停留1-2小时;电磁铁或是永磁体吸附地面;
(2)喷洒氧化钙单位平方米抛洒0.3-0.5kg,静置30分钟后,喷水;喷水后抛洒木屑和高吸水性树脂颗粒,静置1-3小时,清理地面。
(3)待地面干燥后,混合A-B组份喷涂底涂复合物。
