背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,国内居民的购买力水平和消费意愿也逐步增强,消费观念将趋向进一步提高生活质,在购买物品经常用到包装材料,尽管目前国内外对环保材料的研究及报道很多,但是仍有许多问题阻碍了该类材料的推广和应用,不能满足用户的使用要求,透明度低,价格偏高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提供一种可降解包装材料,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚己内酯15-25份、辛基丁二酸淀粉酯10-20份、纤维素纤维5-10份、甘露聚糖2-6份、碳酸钙1-4份、增塑剂3-5份、润滑剂0.1-1份、抗静电剂2-4份。
优选的,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚己内酯15份、辛基丁二酸淀粉酯20份、纤维素纤维5份、甘露聚糖4份、碳酸钙4份、增塑剂3份、润滑剂0.5份、抗静电剂3份。
优选的,所述润滑剂为微晶石蜡。
本发明的有益效果是所选的原料,聚己内酯、辛基丁二酸淀粉酯、纤维素纤维、甘露聚糖、碳酸钙、增塑剂、润滑剂、抗静电剂,增加了包装材料的防水性能、拉伸性能和可降解性,具有极好的刚性、冲击性能和良好的尺寸稳定性,且生产工艺简单,成本降低。
