Abstract

本发明公开一种包装材料,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯20-35份、聚碳酸酯10-20份、纤维素纤维5-10份、滑石粉3-7份、碳酸钙2-5份、增塑剂3-5份、润滑剂0.1-1份、抗静电剂2-4份。本发明将聚丙烯与聚碳酸酯混合制备包装材料,该包装材料力学性能优异,具有极好的刚性、冲击性能和良好的尺寸稳定性;本发明包装材料添加有纤维素纤维、滑石粉及碳酸钙,具有一定的降解性能。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种包装材料。 
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,国内居民的购买力水平和消费意愿也逐步增强,消费观念将趋向进一步提高生活质量。 
聚丙烯为无毒、无臭、无味的乳白色高结晶的聚合物,密度只有0. 90-0. 91g/m3,是目前所有塑料中最轻的品种之一。它对水特别稳定,在水中的吸水率仅为0. 01%,分子量约8万-15万。成型性好,但因收缩率大(为1%~2.5%).厚壁制品易凹陷,对一些尺寸精度较高零件,还难于达到要求,制品表面光泽好,易于着色。聚丙烯的结晶度高,结构规整,因而具有优良的力学性能。聚丙烯的化学稳定性很好,除能被浓硫酸、浓硝酸侵蚀外,对其它各种化学试剂都比较稳定。 
聚碳酸酯(PC),是一种无色透明(或淡黄色透明)刚硬而坚韧的材料,机械性能良好,拉伸强度、刚性、耐磨性以及电绝缘性也很好。PC耐稀酸、氧化剂、还原剂、油脂类、脂肪烃,不耐紫外光、不耐碱。而将聚碳酸酯与聚丙烯一起制作包装材料还没有出现。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包装材料。 
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现: 
一种包装材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯20-35份、聚碳酸酯10-20份、纤维素纤维5-10份、滑石粉3-7份、碳酸钙2-5份、增塑剂3-5份、润滑剂0.1-1份、抗静电剂2-4份。
包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯228份、聚碳酸酯15份、纤维素纤维7份、滑石粉5份、碳酸钙3.5份、增塑剂4份、润滑剂0.5份、抗静电剂3份。 
所述增塑剂是脂肪族多元醇。 
所述润滑剂为微晶石蜡。 
所述抗静电剂为聚氧乙烯十二烷基胺或十八烷基二乙醇胺。 
本发明的有益效果:本发明将聚丙烯与聚碳酸酯混合制备包装材料,该包装材料力学性能优异,具有极好的刚性、冲击性能和良好的尺寸稳定性;本发明包装材料添加有纤维素纤维、滑石粉及碳酸钙,具有一定的降解性能。

本发明的制备方法跟现有技术相同。 
实施例1 
一种包装材料,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯228份、聚碳酸酯15份、纤维素纤维7份、滑石粉5份、碳酸钙3.5份、脂肪族多元醇4份、微晶石蜡0.5份、十八烷基二乙醇胺3份。
实施例2 
一种包装材料,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯35份、聚碳酸酯10份、纤维素纤维10份、滑石粉7份、碳酸钙2份、脂肪族多元醇5份、微晶石蜡1份、聚氧乙烯十二烷基胺4份。
实施例3 
一种包装材料,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯20份、聚碳酸酯20份、纤维素纤维5份、滑石粉3份、碳酸钙5份、脂肪族多元醇3份、微晶石蜡0.1份、聚氧乙烯十二烷基胺2份。

1.一种包装材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯20-35份、聚碳酸酯10-20份、纤维素纤维5-10份、滑石粉3-7份、碳酸钙2-5份、增塑剂3-5份、润滑剂0.1-1份、抗静电剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装材料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:聚丙烯228份、聚碳酸酯15份、纤维素纤维7份、滑石粉5份、碳酸钙3.5份、增塑剂4份、润滑剂0.5份、抗静电剂3份。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂是脂肪族多元醇。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为微晶石蜡。
5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的包装材料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为聚氧乙烯十二烷基胺或十八烷基二乙醇胺。
