本发明公开了一种可降解的环保型纸质餐具,包括10‑25重量份聚丁二酸乙二醇酯、5‑10重量份聚3‑羟基烷酸酯、5‑10重量份聚乳酸、30‑50重量份草浆、20‑35重量份苇浆、30‑50重量份纸浆、1‑3重量份偶联剂、1‑3重量份增稠剂、1‑3重量份润湿剂;所述餐具具有无毒无害,能够在自然环境中降解,不对土壤和空气造成污染的优点;而且草、芦苇和树木是可再生资源,来源丰富,可节省大量的石油资源;所述餐具成型后具有良好的耐高温、耐低温、耐水、耐油、防渗透性和高硬度,具有广泛适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐具技术领域,特别涉及一种可降解的环保型纸质餐具。
背景技术
一次性餐具自1984年在我国首次使用以来,以聚苯乙烯为主要原料的发泡餐具迅速遍布我国的每个角落,形成巨大的消费市场,但是聚苯乙烯不可降解,难以回收等缺点,给处理工作带来了很大的不便,对自然环境产生很大的污染。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种可降解的环保型纸质餐具,旨在解决现有技术中聚苯乙烯餐具难以降解,对环境的污染大的技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种可降解的环保型纸质餐具,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚丁二酸乙二醇酯 10-25份,
聚3-羟基烷酸酯 5-10份,
聚乳酸 5-10份,
草浆 30-50份,
苇浆 20-35份,
纸浆 30-50份,
偶联剂 1-3份,
增稠剂 1-3份,
润湿剂 1-3份。
所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚丁二酸乙二醇酯 15-25份,
聚3-羟基烷酸酯 6-10份,
聚乳酸 5-8份,
草浆 30-45份,
苇浆 22-35份,
纸浆 30-45份,
偶联剂 1-2份,
增稠剂 1-2份,
润湿剂 1-1.5份。
所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚丁二酸乙二醇酯 22份,
聚3-羟基烷酸酯 8份,
聚乳酸 8份,
草浆 35份,
苇浆 30份,
纸浆 40份,
偶联剂 1份,
增稠剂 2份,
润湿剂 1份。
所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具中,所述的聚3-羟基烷酸酯包括聚3-羟基丁酸酯、聚羟基戊酸酯以及它们的共聚物中的一种或多种。
所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具中,所述的增稠剂为聚丙烯酸钠。
所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具中,所述的餐具中还包括1-3重量份羟甲基乙基纤维素。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种可降解的环保型纸质餐具,通过使用可降解的树脂和生物材料作为只要原材料,搭配其它成分,使所述餐具具有无毒无害,能够在自然环境中降解,不对土壤和空气造成污染的优点;而且草、芦苇和树木是可再生资源,来源丰富,可节省大量的石油资源;所述餐具成型后具有良好的耐高温、耐低温、耐水、耐油、防渗透性和高硬度,具有广泛适用性。

聚丁二酸乙二醇酯 10-25份,
聚3-羟基烷酸酯 5-10份,
聚乳酸 5-10份,
草浆 30-50份,
苇浆 20-35份,
纸浆 30-50份,
偶联剂 1-3份,
增稠剂 1-3份,
润湿剂 1-3份。

优选地,所述的聚3-羟基烷酸酯包括聚3-羟基丁酸酯、聚羟基戊酸酯以及它们的共聚物中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的增稠剂为聚丙烯酸钠。
优选地,所述的餐具中还包括1-3重量份羟甲基乙基纤维素。

偶联剂 1-3份,
增稠剂 1-3份,
润湿剂 1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:
聚丁二酸乙二醇酯 15-25份,
聚3-羟基烷酸酯 6-10份,
聚乳酸 5-8份,
草浆 30-45份,
苇浆 22-35份,
纸浆 30-45份,
偶联剂 1-2份,
增稠剂 1-2份,

4.根据权利要求3所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具,其特征在于,所述的聚3-羟基烷酸酯包括聚3-羟基丁酸酯、聚羟基戊酸酯以及它们的共聚物中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为聚丙烯酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的可降解的环保型纸质餐具,其特征在于,所述的餐具中还包括1-3重量份羟甲基乙基纤维素。
