Abstract
本发明涉及铜线存储领域,具体地说,是一种用于储存铜线的装置。主要包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有绕线圈,所述绕线圈的外部包裹有吸水层,所述吸水层设有凸起,所述绕线圈的内部设有自动绕线机,所述绕线机进行绕圈运动,所述箱体的外部设有入线轨道,所述箱体的另一端设有出线轨道。采用干燥器以及吸水层的作用,能够快速将箱体内保持干燥的状态,易于铜线的保存,同时绕线圈的自动绕线模式能够减少人为的干预绕线,减少人为的氧化,同时多个绕线圈可以保存多组铜线,增加保存量,整体结构简单,易于操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及铜线存储领域,具体地说,是一种用于储存铜线的装置。
背景技术
铜线在储存时,首先要禁止与酸性、碱性及腐蚀性物质接触 ,隔离单独存放。绝缘电线电缆应储存在干燥通风的库房内,库内适宜温度为5--30度,相对湿度不得超过75%。库房向阳窗上的玻璃应涂白漆,以免日光直射,避免绝缘层过早老化。电线电缆储存场所周围不得有能够破坏绝缘层或能够腐蚀导体金属的有害气体存在。在将铜线绕在绕线辊上长期存放时,通常需要适当包裹以隔离空气,但目前的包裹手段由于密封不好,不能起到很好的包裹效果,也就不能解决抗氧化存放问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于储存铜线的装置,采用干燥器以及吸水层的作用,能够快速将箱体内保持干燥的状态,易于铜线的保存,同时绕线圈的自动绕线模式能够减少人为的干预绕线,减少人为的氧化,同时多个绕线圈可以保存多组铜线,增加保存量,整体结构简单,易于操作。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,主要包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有绕线圈,所述绕线圈的外部包裹有吸水层,所述吸水层设有凸起,所述绕线圈的内部设有自动绕线机,所述绕线机进行绕圈运动,所述箱体的外部设有入线轨道,所述箱体的另一端设有出线轨道。
本发明进一步改进,所述箱体外部设有干燥器,所述干燥器通过管道连接于箱体内部。干燥器通过管道将箱体内的湿度进行循环干燥,使得箱体的内部一直保持干燥状态。
本发明进一步改进,所述箱体设有进线孔和出线孔,所述进线孔与出线孔的设有封闭装置。封闭装置的设定可以将箱体内部尽量少的接触不到外面的空气与水汽,以防外部的水汽进入,从而导致的氧化问题。
本发明进一步改进,所述自动绕线圈的控制装置设在箱体的外表面,所述控制装置可以控制绕线的速度与圈数。绕线速度与圈数的可设定性,可以更加智能快速的满足企业的生产需求,同时根据实际的绕圈的环境进行评测决定绕圈的数量与圈数。
本发明进一步改进,所述自动绕线圈的数量为多个,且线圈之间的距离均等。同等距离的线圈设定可以将绕线圈最多数量的保存在箱体内,并且可以将各个绕线圈的绕线数量进行规定,方便后期的统计工作。
本发明进一步改进,所述自动绕线圈当达到绕线圈数后自动停止绕线。将自动绕线圈的自动化处理,可以减少人为的干预,减少人工操作的风险,并且自动化处理也可以保证准确性。
本发明进一步改进,所述箱体的上部分设有上盖。上盖部分的设计是为了更加方便后期的取出与存放的简易程度。
本发明的有益效果:采用干燥器以及吸水层的作用,能够快速将箱体内保持干燥的状态,易于铜线的保存,同时绕线圈的自动绕线模式能够减少人为的干预绕线,减少人为的氧化,同时多个绕线圈可以保存多组铜线,增加保存量,整体结构简单,易于操作。

实施例:如图1和图2所示,一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,主要包括箱体1,所述箱体1内部设有绕线圈2,所述绕线圈2的外部包裹有吸水层3,所述吸水层3设有凸起,所述绕线圈2的内部设有自动绕线机4,所述绕线机2进行绕圈运动,所述箱体1的外部设有入线轨道5,所述箱体1的另一端设有出线轨道6。
本实施例中,所述箱体1外部设有干燥器7,所述干燥器7通过管道8连接于箱体1内部。干燥器7通过管道将箱体1内的湿度进行循环干燥,使得箱体1的内部一直保持干燥状态。
本实施例中,所述箱体1设有进线孔10和出线孔9,所述进线孔10与出线孔9的设有封闭装置。封闭装置的设定可以将箱体内部尽量少的接触不到外面的空气与水汽,以防外部的水汽进入,从而导致的氧化问题。
本实施例中,所述自动绕线机2的控制装置11设在箱体1的外表面,所述控制装置11可以控制绕线的速度与圈数。绕线速度与圈数的可设定性,可以更加智能快速的满足企业的生产需求,同时根据实际的绕圈的环境进行评测决定绕圈的数量与圈数。
本实施例中,所述自动绕线圈2的数量为多个,且线圈之间的距离均等。同等距离的线圈设定可以将绕线圈最多数量的保存在箱体内,并且可以将各个绕线圈的绕线数量进行规定,方便后期的统计工作。
本实施例中,所述自动绕线圈2当达到绕线圈数后自动停止绕线。将自动绕线圈2的自动化处理,可以减少人为的干预,减少人工操作的风险,并且自动化处理也可以保证准确性。
本实施例中,所述箱体1的上部分设有上盖12。上盖12部分的设计是为了更加方便后期的取出与存放的简易程度。

1.一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,主要包括箱体,所述箱体内部设有绕线圈,所述绕线圈的外部包裹有吸水层,所述吸水层设有凸起,所述绕线圈的内部设有自动绕线机,所述绕线机进行绕圈运动,所述箱体的外部设有入线轨道,所述箱体的另一端设有出线轨道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,所述箱体外部设有干燥器,所述干燥器通过管道连接于箱体内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,所述箱体设有进线孔和出线孔,所述进线孔与出线孔的设有封闭装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,所述自动绕线圈的控制装置设在箱体的外表面,所述控制装置可以控制绕线的速度与圈数。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,所述自动绕线圈的数量为多个,且线圈之间的距离均等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于储存铜线的装置,其特征在于,所述自动绕线圈当达到绕线圈数后自动停止绕线。
