本发明公开了汽车技术领域的一种四连杆充电口盖结构,包括:底座板总成;两个连接结构,两个所述连接结构的一端一前一后安装在所述底板总成的顶部左侧前后两端;外盖板总成,所述外盖板总成的底部右侧安装在所述连接结构的另一端上,本发明四连杆机构稳定性更强,前部口盖造型大小允许更宽泛,摆脱了造型尺寸受限的束缚,较普通单铰链式充电口盖的稳定性更好,不仅不受口盖形状大小、质量的限制,使用寿命较长,充电口盖为整体式,可直接正面安装在保险杠上,拆卸非常方便,便于后期维修更换,充电口盖自带限位凸台,凸台上设有缓冲垫,可有限避免开启后主动连杆和从动连杆之间撞击产生咣咣声。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体为一种四连杆充电口盖结构。
背景技术
我国国家最新标准《汽车和挂车类型的术语和定义》(GB/T 3730.1—2001)中对汽车有如下定义:由动力驱动,具有4个或4个以上车轮的非轨道承载的车辆,主要用于:载运人员和(或)货物、牵引载运人员和(或)货物的车辆和特殊用途等。
随着能源危机的加剧以及环境的不断恶化,纯电动汽车或混合动力汽车越来越受到人们的重视,从而使纯电动汽车或混合动力汽车逐渐的成为一种发展的趋势,汽车的充电口盖是纯电动汽车或混合动力汽车的一个重要的结构单元。大部分前置充电口盖偏小且设计为单铰链式,当前盖板造型增大时单铰链机构的稳定性与寿命将大打折扣。
传统充电口盖尺寸质量较小设计为单铰链式,当充电口盖形状大、质量较重时,单铰链机构的作用与寿命将大打折扣;且单铰链机构多位于车身侧面,而现在汽车的快速充电机构普遍在车身前部,所以此机构的适用性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种四连杆充电口盖结构,以解决上述背景技术中提出的传统充电口盖尺寸质量较小设计为单铰链式,当充电口盖形状大、质量较重时,单铰链机构的作用与寿命将大打折扣;且单铰链机构多位于车身侧面,而现在汽车的快速充电机构普遍在车身前部,所以此机构的适用性较差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种四连杆充电口盖结构,包括:
底座板总成;
两个连接结构,两个所述连接结构的一端一前一后安装在所述底板总成的顶部左侧前后两端;
外盖板总成,所述外盖板总成的底部右侧安装在所述连接结构的另一端上。
优选的,所述底座板总成包括:
底座板本体;
底座包胶,所述底座包胶安装在所述底座板本体的顶部外轮廓上。
优选的,所述底座板本体的内腔安装有照明灯。
优选的,所述连接结构包括:
从动连杆;
从动连杆限位凸台,所述从动连杆限位凸台安装在所述从动连杆的顶部折弯处;
缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫安装在所述从动连杆限位凸台的顶部;
主动连杆,所述主动连杆在所述从动连杆的上端,所述主动连杆的底部与所述缓冲垫的顶部接触。
优选的,所述外盖板总成包括:
外盖板;
内板,所述内板通过螺钉安装在所述外盖板的底部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明四连杆机构稳定性更强,前部口盖造型大小允许更宽泛,摆脱了造型尺寸受限的束缚,较普通单铰链式充电口盖的稳定性更好,不仅不受口盖形状大小、质量的限制,使用寿命较长,充电口盖为整体式,可直接正面安装在保险杠上,拆卸非常方便,便于后期维修更换,充电口盖自带限位凸台,凸台上设有缓冲垫,可有限避免开启后主动连杆和从动连杆之间撞击产生咣咣声,从动连杆限位凸台为电动推杆,充电口外盖板总成打开到底状态时,通过从动连杆限位凸台高度调节限位角度,可确保开启角度过小充电枪与外盖板总成干涉,外盖板总成与底座板总成通过lpp锁结构实现两部分开闭转态,关闭实现方式:关闭状态时按压外盖板可实现打开,此时外盖板弹开约手指厚度,执行器控制照明灯灯亮,手动扶起外盖板总成至约一半行程松手即可实现完全打开,开启实现方式:开启状态时手扶外盖板到底按压外盖板lpp锁位置即可实现关闭,此时执行器控制照明灯灯灭,该充电口盖结构设计合理,充电口盖结构装在前保险杠上,安装及拆卸均很方便,无须拆装保险杠,便于后期维修。

本发明提供一种四连杆充电口盖结构,四连杆机构稳定性更强,前部口盖造型大小允许更宽泛,摆脱了造型尺寸受限的束缚,请参阅图1,包括:底座板总成100、连接结构200和外盖板总成300;
请参阅图1,底座板总成100包括:
底座板本体110的内腔安装有照明灯,底座板本体110的内腔还安装有执行器,执行器与照明灯电性连接;
底座包胶120安装在底座板本体110的顶部外轮廓上,由于对底座板本体110的顶部的外轮廓进行保护;
请参阅图1-3,两个连接结构200的一端一前一后安装在底板总成100的顶部左侧前后两端,连接结构200包括:
从动连杆210
从动连杆限位凸台220安装在从动连杆210的顶部折弯处,从动连杆限位凸台220为电动推杆,充电口外盖板总成300打开到底状态时,通过从动连杆限位凸台220高度调节限位角度,可确保开启角度过小充电枪与外盖板总成300干涉;
缓冲垫230安装在从动连杆限位凸台220的顶部;
主动连杆240在从动连杆210的上端,主动连杆240的底部与缓冲垫230的顶部接触,主动连杆240一端通过塑料销轴与外盖板总成300相连,主动连杆240另外一端通过旋转销轴与底座板本体110相连;
请参阅图1-4,外盖板总成300的底部右侧安装在连接结构200的另一端上,外盖板总成300包括:
外盖板310;
内板320通过螺钉安装在外盖板310的底部,内板320通过塑料销轴与主动连杆240,外盖板总成300与底座板总成100通过lpp锁结构实现两部分开闭转态,关闭实现方式:关闭状态时按压外盖板可实现打开,此时外盖板弹开约手指厚度,执行器控制照明灯灯亮,手动扶起外盖板总成至约一半行程松手即可实现完全打开,开启实现方式:开启状态时手扶外盖板到底按压外盖板lpp锁位置即可实现关闭,此时执行器控制照明灯灯灭,该充电口盖结构设计合理,充电口盖结构装在前保险杠上,安装及拆卸均很方便,无须拆装保险杠,便于后期维修。
综上所述,本发明较普通单铰链式充电口盖的稳定性更好,不仅不受口盖形状大小、质量的限制,使用寿命较长,充电口盖为整体式,可直接正面安装在保险杠上,拆卸非常方便,便于后期维修更换,充电口盖自带限位凸台,凸台上设有缓冲垫,可有限避免开启后主动连杆和从动连杆之间撞击产生咣咣声。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

底座板总成(100);
两个连接结构(200),两个所述连接结构(200)的一端一前一后安装在所述底板总成(100)的顶部左侧前后两端;
外盖板总成(300),所述外盖板总成(300)的底部右侧安装在所述连接结构(200)的另一端上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四连杆充电口盖结构,其特征在于:所述底座板总成(100)包括:
底座板本体(110);
底座包胶(120),所述底座包胶(120)安装在所述底座板本体(110)的顶部外轮廓上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种四连杆充电口盖结构,其特征在于:所述底座板本体(110)的内腔安装有照明灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种四连杆充电口盖结构,其特征在于:所述连接结构(200)包括:
从动连杆(210);
从动连杆限位凸台(220),所述从动连杆限位凸台(220)安装在所述从动连杆(210)的顶部折弯处;
缓冲垫(230),所述缓冲垫(230)安装在所述从动连杆限位凸台(220)的顶部;
主动连杆(240),所述主动连杆(240)在所述从动连杆(210)的上端,所述主动连杆(240)的底部与所述缓冲垫(230)的顶部接触。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种四连杆充电口盖结构,其特征在于:所述外盖板总成(300)包括:
外盖板(310);
内板(320),所述内板(320)通过螺钉安装在所述外盖板(310)的底部。
