Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antibacterial liquid, an antibacterial wet tissue and an antibacterial sanitary towel, and belongs to the technical field of antibacterial materials.
Background
In real life, people inevitably come into contact with various microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. Some of the harmful microorganisms can rapidly grow and reproduce under proper environmental conditions, and can spread diseases through contact, thereby affecting the health of people. In daily life, various textiles are the good survival places of the microorganisms and are important transmission sources of diseases, so that the antibacterial research of the textiles has extremely important significance.
Many antibiotic liquid on the market are antibiotic at present, but can not fine and fabrics cooperation, and the antibiotic effect of fabrics still is unsatisfactory, and simultaneously, many antibiotic liquid have irritability, can not use next to the shin.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a white non-woven fabric.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an antibacterial liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 portions of water, 10 to 15 portions of polyethylene glycol, 10 to 15 portions of chitosan, 1 to 3 portions of zinc citrate, 2 to 4 portions of compound polyhexamethylene biguanide, 2 to 4 portions of polyhexamethylene hydrochloride and 10 to 15 portions of Chinese herbal medicine extract; the compound polyhexamethylene biguanide is polyhexamethylene biguanide and bismalloyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, wherein the weight ratio of the polyhexamethylene biguanide to the bismalloyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 5-6: 1.
The antibacterial liquid is prepared from the Chinese herbal medicine extracting solution by the following steps: placing flos Lonicerae, herba Taraxaci, Coptidis rhizoma and herba Menthae together in ethanol water solution, and reflux-extracting at 80-85 deg.C for 60-80 min; and after extraction, filtering, concentrating the filtrate, fully mixing with absolute ethyl alcohol, standing for 24 hours, filtering again, and drying the obtained filter residue to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine extract.
The antibacterial liquid comprises honeysuckle, dandelion, coptis, mint and an ethanol aqueous solution in parts by weight: 10-15 parts, 3-7 parts and 60-80 parts.
The weight percentage of the ethanol in the ethanol water solution is 10-15%.
In the antibacterial liquid, the filter residue after the first filtration is extracted again by water, and is extracted for 60-80min under the condition of the temperature of 95-100 ℃; the two filtrates were combined and concentrated.
The antibacterial liquid is obtained by the following steps: mixing chitosan and water at 60-70 deg.C under stirring, adding zinc citrate and polyethylene glycol under stirring, mixing, adding compound polyhexamethylene biguanide and polyhexamethylene hydrochloric acid, mixing, adding Chinese medicinal extract, and mixing under ultrasonic condition for 20-30min to obtain antibacterial liquid.
An antibacterial wet tissue is treated by the antibacterial solution and is formed by pressing non-woven fabrics and fluff pulp, and the non-woven fabrics and the fluff pulp are firstly soaked in the antibacterial solution for 30-40 min; and then drying, soaking for 10-20min, and pressing the non-woven fabric and the fluff pulp after drying to obtain the final antibacterial wet tissue.
An antibacterial sanitary towel is treated by the antibacterial liquid, the sanitary towel comprises an antibacterial layer, and the antibacterial layer is soaked in the antibacterial liquid for 30-40 min; then drying, soaking for 10-20min, drying to obtain the antibacterial layer, and making into sanitary towel.
The invention achieves the following beneficial effects:
the antibacterial liquid provided by the invention adopts the compound polyhexamethylene biguanide and polyhexamethylene hydrochloric acid as main antibacterial components, has good antibacterial performance, and can be fully absorbed by textiles and adsorbed on the surfaces of the textiles by being supplemented with the zinc citrate and the Chinese herbal medicine extract, and meanwhile, the irritation to the skin is reduced. The compound polyhexamethylene biguanide has better antibacterial effect.
The Chinese herbal medicine extract disclosed by the invention adopts honeysuckle, dandelion, coptis and mint as main raw materials, can realize antibiosis, has wide raw material sources, has small irritation to human skin, and can meet the requirements of sterilization and full contact with the skin under the synergistic effect with the compound polyhexamethylene biguanide and the polyhexamethylene hydrochloride.
The Chinese herbal medicine is extracted by ethanol aqueous solution once and then extracted by water, so that the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine are fully extracted, the extraction process is simple, and the cost is lower.

Comparative example 2
An antibacterial liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of water, 12 parts of polyethylene glycol, 12 parts of chitosan, 2 parts of zinc citrate and 12 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract.
Comparative example 3
An antibacterial liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 110 parts of water, 12 parts of polyethylene glycol, 12 parts of chitosan, 2 parts of zinc citrate, 3 parts of polyhexamethylene biguanide, 3 parts of polyhexamethylene hydrochloride and Chinese herbal medicine extracts. The rest is the same as in example 3.
The examples and comparative examples were tested for antimicrobial activity and the results are shown in the following table.
As can be seen from the above examples and comparative examples, compared with comparative example 1, the wet tissue and sanitary towel prepared by the method provided by the invention with the Chinese herbal medicine extract has good antibacterial property; compared with the comparative example 2, the compound polyhexamethylene biguanide and polyhexamethylene hydrochloric acid are adopted, and the prepared wet tissue and sanitary towel have good antibacterial property. The Chinese herbal medicine, the compound polyhexamethylene biguanide and the polyhexamethylene hydrochloride have synergistic effect, improve antibacterial property and reduce skin irritation. Compared with the comparative example 1, the antibacterial effect of the double sunflower dimethyl ammonium chloride added with a small amount is better than that of the single use of the polyhexamethylene biguanide.
