A seal card management method is characterized by comprising the following steps: receiving a service and executing a seal card management operation according to the service type, wherein the seal card management operation comprises seal card account opening operation and seal card changing operation; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

acquiring a signature card of a user;

the seal card storage cabinet automatically opens the drawer and puts in the seal card;
storing the seal card information generated by the account opening operation and the image obtained by scanning the seal card into a database to finish the account opening operation of the seal card;
-said signature card altering operation comprising:
receiving a seal card change request, wherein the seal card change request comprises a seal card number of a seal card to be changed;
acquiring a new seal card of a user;
scanning a new seal card and sending the acquired image to a seal checking system for comparison, if the information is accurate and error-free, sticking an electronic tag, reading the electronic tag by using an RFID card reader and binding the electronic tag with the new seal card, and automatically inheriting the storage position of the old seal card; otherwise, reporting an error, returning the new seal card, and quitting the seal card change operation;
the seal card storage cabinet automatically opens the drawer corresponding to the old seal card serial number, takes out the old seal card and puts in a new seal card;
and storing the seal card change information generated by the change operation and the image obtained by scanning the new seal card into a database to finish the seal card change operation.

The seal card management method according to claim 1, wherein: the seal card information generated by the seal card account opening operation comprises one or more of but not limited to seal card serial number, seal card RFID information, account number, account name, account opening line number, account opening line name, seal card storage cabinet serial number, drawer number, seal card state, operator information, account opening person information and storage time;
the seal card change information generated by the seal card change operation comprises one or more of a new seal card number, seal card RFID information, a new account number, a new account name, a new account opening row number, an old seal card number, an old account name, an old account opening row number, an old account opening row name, a seal card state and operator information.
3. A signature card management method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a signature card user operation comprising:
receiving an authentication card user request, wherein the authentication card user request comprises an account number of a user to be authenticated;
recording the reason of sales account;
searching all seal card numbers corresponding to the account;
the seal card storage cabinet automatically opens the drawer corresponding to each seal card serial number in sequence and takes out the seal cards;
and deleting the related record corresponding to the account number in the database to finish the seal card user selling operation.
4. A signature card management method according to claim 1, further comprising a signature cartridge spotting operation comprising:
acquiring a checking request of a client, wherein the checking request comprises a seal card storage cabinet number for storing a seal card, a drawer number and checking time;
generating an inventory task according to the inventory request;
opening a first drawer in the checking task at a preset checking time, acquiring information of each seal card to be checked in the drawer, and comparing the information with the information of the seal card prestored in the database respectively; if the information is inconsistent, recording the abnormal information of the seal card of the drawer; if the information is consistent, automatically comparing the information of the next seal card of the drawer until all the seal cards in the drawer are checked;
closing the first drawer and automatically opening the next drawer until all the seal cards in the drawers to be checked in the whole checking task are checked;
and generating an inventory report of the current inventory task.

The signature card management method according to claim 1, further comprising: carrying out self-checking on all drawers or set drawers according to the request of a client or according to preset time so as to verify whether the drawers can work normally, reporting actions of the drawers in the self-checking to a background, if the drawers are found to be faulty in the processes of opening and/or closing and searching the drawers, forbidding the drawers, recording fault information of the drawers, and waiting for manual processing; if the disabled drawer is found to be normally open, the drawer is enabled.
6. A signature card management system, comprising: the seal card account opening module, the seal card changing module and the database; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the seal card account opening module is used for responding to a seal card account opening request of the client, verifying the acquired seal card, writing seal card codes into the seal card, and putting the seal card codes into a seal card storage cabinet;
the seal card changing module is used for responding to a seal card changing request of the client, acquiring the seal card number of the seal card to be changed, verifying the acquired new seal card, writing the seal card code into the seal card code, and replacing the old seal card in the drawer corresponding to the seal card number;
and the database is used for storing and updating the information of the seal card and the shot image in real time in the seal card account opening operation and the seal card change operation.
