the seal card checking module 303 is used for scanning all seal cards in the drawer to be checked at a preset checking time, acquiring information of the seal cards, and comparing the acquired information with the seal card information prestored in the database to realize automatic checking of the seal cards;
and a database 305 for storing and updating the information of the seal card and the photographed image in real time in the seal card borrowing operation, the seal card returning operation, and the seal cartridge clicking operation.
The information of the seal card includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a seal card number, an account name, an account opening number, a seal card storage cabinet number, a drawer number and a seal card state.

The memory 401 may be used for storing the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor 401 may implement various functions of the computer device by executing or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory 401 and calling data stored in the memory 401.
In summary, the seal impression card management method and system provided by the invention can perform borrowing operation, returning operation and the like on the seal impression card, solve the problem that a large amount of manpower is consumed for seal impression card management in the prior art, reduce the manpower cost, ensure the complete traceability of information in the life cycle of the seal impression card, greatly reduce the use risk and workload of the seal impression card, improve the safety and reliability, and facilitate the integrity maintenance of the seal impression card.

Claims (10)

1. A seal card management method is characterized by comprising the following steps: receiving a service and executing a seal impression card management operation according to the service type, wherein the seal impression card management operation comprises a seal impression card borrowing operation and a seal impression card returning operation; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

receiving a seal card borrowing request sent by a terminal, wherein the seal card borrowing request comprises personal information of a borrower and information of a seal card to be borrowed by the borrower;
verifying personal information of a borrower, and confirming whether the seal card to be borrowed is stored in a drawer of a seal card storage cabinet;
if the personal information of the borrower passes the verification and the seal card to be borrowed by the borrower is placed in the drawer of the seal card storage cabinet, the personal information of the borrower is input, and the seal card storage cabinet automatically opens the drawer for storing the seal card to be borrowed by the borrower to finish the borrowing of the seal card;
if the verification of the personal information of the borrower fails and/or the seal card to be borrowed by the borrower is not stored in the drawer of the seal card storage cabinet, sending information incapable of being borrowed to the terminal, and quitting the seal card borrowing operation;
-said signature card return operation comprising:
receiving a seal card returning request sent by a terminal, wherein the seal card returning request comprises personal information of a returning person and information of a seal card to be returned by the returning person;
acquiring a seal card;
inputting information of a return person;
scanning the seal card and sending the obtained image to a seal checking system for comparison;
if the seal card information is accurate, the storage position of the seal card in the seal card storage cabinet is obtained in the database, and the seal card storage cabinet automatically opens the drawer corresponding to the seal card to be returned to finish the return of the seal card;
if the seal card information is wrong, the information which can not be returned is sent to the terminal, and the seal card returning operation is quitted.
2. The seal card management method according to claim 1, wherein: the personal information comprises one or any combination of fingerprint information, IC card information, identity card number information, name information, mobile phone numbers and photo information;
the information of the seal card includes, but is not limited to, one or more of a seal card serial number, an account name, an account opening number, a seal card storage cabinet serial number, a drawer number and a seal card state.
3. A signature card management method according to claim 1, further comprising a signature cartridge spotting operation comprising:
acquiring a checking request of a client, wherein the checking request comprises a seal card storage cabinet number for storing a seal card, a drawer number and checking time;
generating an inventory task according to the inventory request;
opening a first drawer in the checking task at a preset checking time, acquiring information of each seal card to be checked in the drawer, and comparing the information with the information of the seal card prestored in the database respectively; if the information is inconsistent, recording the abnormal information of the seal card of the drawer; if the information is consistent, automatically comparing the information of the next seal card of the drawer until all the seal cards in the drawer are checked;
closing the first drawer and automatically opening the next drawer until all the seal cards in the drawers to be checked in the whole checking task are checked;
and generating an inventory report of the current inventory task.

The signature card management method according to claim 1, further comprising: carrying out self-checking on all drawers or set drawers according to the request of a client or according to preset time so as to verify whether the drawers can work normally, reporting actions of the drawers in the self-checking to a background, if the drawers are found to be faulty in the processes of opening and/or closing and searching the drawers, forbidding the drawers, recording fault information of the drawers, and waiting for manual processing; if the disabled drawer is found to be normally open, the drawer is enabled.
5. The signature card management method according to claim 1, further comprising: the RFID radio frequency antenna reads the RFID electronic tag on the seal card and feeds the RFID electronic tag back to the reader-writer when the seal card is taken out and/or put into the drawer after the drawer is automatically opened, and the reader-writer identifies the RFID electronic tag and displays the information of the identified seal card through a display interface and/or prompts the information through voice.
6. A signature card management system, comprising: the seal impression card borrowing module, the seal impression card returning module and the database; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the seal card borrowing module is used for responding a seal card borrowing request sent by the terminal, verifying personal information of a borrower, inputting the personal information of the borrower, acquiring a corresponding storage position of the seal card in the seal card storage cabinet, and automatically opening a drawer for storing the seal card to be borrowed by the borrower to finish the seal card borrowing;
the seal card returning module is used for responding to a seal card returning request sent by the terminal, acquiring a seal card, inputting the information of a returning person, verifying the acquired seal card, acquiring the corresponding storage position of the seal card in the seal card storage cabinet, and automatically opening the drawer corresponding to the seal card to be returned by the seal card storage cabinet to finish the return of the seal card;
and the database is used for storing and updating the information of the seal card and the shot image in real time in the borrowing operation and returning operation of the seal card.

The seal card management system according to claim 6, wherein: the automatic seal checking system further comprises a seal card checking module for scanning all seal cards in the drawer to be checked at preset checking time, acquiring information of the seal cards, and comparing the acquired information with the seal card information prestored in the database to realize automatic checking of the seal cards.

The seal card management system according to claim 6, wherein: the drawer self-checking system further comprises a drawer self-checking module used for carrying out self-checking on all the drawers or the set drawers according to the request of the client or according to preset time so as to verify whether the drawers can work normally or not.
9. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by: stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer device, characterized by: comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in said memory and executable on said processor, said processor implementing the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 5 when executing said computer program.
