Meanwhile, book tags on the handheld books can be scanned through the radio frequency identification device when the book borrowing operation is carried out, and the obtained book information is sent to the background server to update the book borrowing state. Therefore, the non-contact radio frequency technology can be used for realizing rapid scanning, and the book borrowing efficiency is improved. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
Claims (10)
1. A book management system based on radio frequency identification technology is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a card identification device, a radio frequency identification device, a display screen, an access control device and a background server; wherein:
the card identification device is used for acquiring user information and sending the user information to the background server;
the background server is used for inquiring the borrowing authority state of a user corresponding to the user information according to the received user information and returning a borrowing instruction to the display screen when the borrowing authority state is borrowable;
the display screen is used for showing the interface of borrowing according to the instruction of borrowing received, the interface of borrowing is used for reminding the user to borrow the operation by oneself, the operation of borrowing includes: borrowing and returning the book;
the radio frequency identification device is used for scanning book tags based on the borrowing operation of a user and sending book information obtained by scanning the book tags to the background server;
the background server is also used for updating the borrowing state of the corresponding book according to the received book information;
the access control device is used for judging whether a user carries a book or not when the user finishes borrowing operation and leaves, and giving an alarm when the user carries the book and the borrowing state of the book is not borrowed; otherwise, the user is released.
2. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the card identification means is specifically configured to obtain user information by reading an HID card of a user, wherein the user information includes: user name and job number.
3. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the backend server is further configured to return the borrowing status or book classification information corresponding to the user based on a self-help query operation of the user.
4. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the radio frequency identification device is specifically configured to scan book tags of a plurality of books based on a borrowing operation of a user, and send a plurality of book information obtained by scanning the book tags to the backend server.
5. The book management system of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a radio frequency identification device is mounted on the access control device;
the radio frequency identification device is used for scanning book labels and feeding back a scanning result to the access control device;
the access control device is used for receiving the scanning result, inquiring the borrowing state of the book corresponding to the book information if the scanning result is that the book information is acquired, giving an alarm if the borrowing state is that the book is not borrowed, and releasing the user if the borrowing state is that the book is borrowed; and if the scanning result is that the book information is not acquired, releasing the user.
6. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the backend server is specifically configured to: when the borrowing operation is a book borrowing operation, updating the borrowing state of the book corresponding to the book information into a borrowed state; or,
and when the borrowing operation is the book returning operation, updating the borrowing state of the book corresponding to the book information into the non-borrowing state.
7. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the backend server is further configured to count book information of books borrowed by the user and adjust the borrowing authority status of the user according to the counting result.
8. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the backend server is further configured to update the corresponding book information based on a borrowing operation of a user.
9. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the backend server stores therein a correspondence between a user and book information of the book borrowed by the user;
the background server is further used for returning book information corresponding to the user based on self-service query operation of the user, and the query operation comprises fuzzy query operation.
10. A book management method based on radio frequency identification technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the card identification device acquires user information and sends the user information to a background server;
the background server inquires the borrowing authority state of a user corresponding to the user information according to the received user information, and returns a borrowing instruction to the display screen when the borrowing authority state is borrowable;
the display screen shows the interface of borrowing according to received instruction of borrowing, the interface of borrowing is used for reminding the user to borrow the operation by oneself, the operation of borrowing includes: borrowing and returning the book;
the radio frequency identification device scans the book tags based on the borrowing operation of the user and sends book information obtained by scanning the book tags to the background server;
the background server updates the borrowing state of the corresponding book according to the received book information;
the method comprises the steps that when a user leaves after borrowing operation is completed, the door control device judges whether the user carries books or not, and when the user carries the books and the borrowing state of the books is non-borrowing, an alarm is given out; otherwise, the user is released.
