Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent library management system, which comprises: the bookshelf is provided with a plurality of book collection units; the management server is used for establishing and storing a book index table, and the book index table comprises book information and a corresponding table of book collection units; the user terminal is provided with APP software, and a user accesses the book index table through the APP software and is used for sending a book borrowing request; the book collection unit is used for fixing the corresponding book when the book is identified and loosening the book after receiving a book borrowing instruction of the management server; and the management server generates a book borrowing instruction when the state of the book corresponding to the book borrowing request is in the library. According to the invention, a user can automatically complete book borrowing and returning operations without library management personnel, so that the automation level of the library management system is improved.

All management tasks of the traditional library are completed manually, and the workload is large. Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides an intelligent library management system:
as shown in fig. 1, an intelligent library management system includes a bookshelf 1, a management server 2, and a user terminal 3.
The bookshelf 1 is provided with a plurality of book collection units, and each book collection unit is provided with a corresponding book collection unit code. Generally, the book collection unit code of each book collection unit is unique and is used for distinguishing different book collection units and judging the positions of the book collection units, and the like, the book collection unit code is marked on the book collection units, and the book collection units are formed by letters, numbers and the like.
The book collection unit is used for fixing the corresponding book when the book is identified, and releasing the book after receiving a book borrowing instruction of the management server 2. For example, if the book corresponding to the book storage unit a001 is B, the book storage unit a001 performs the fixing operation only when the book B is recognized, and if the recognized book is C, the fixing operation is not performed.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the book collection unit includes a clamping plate 4, a first book identifier 6, a control device and a drive structure 5.
Generally, the clamping plates 4 are arranged on the bookshelf 1 and used for clamping or loosening a corresponding book, the clamping plates 4 comprise a left clamping plate and a right clamping plate, the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate clamp the book when the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate move in opposite directions, and the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate clamp the book when the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate move in opposite directions; in addition, the left splint can be fixed, and the right splint can be moved, or the left splint can be moved and the right splint can be fixed. In order to detect the clamping degree of the book, a pressure sensor may be disposed on a side of the left and/or right clamping plate facing the book, and the book is considered to be clamped when the detected pressure is greater than a preset pressure value.
The driving structure 5 is connected with the clamping plate 4 and used for driving the clamping plate 4 to clamp the corresponding book according to the clamping signal and driving the clamping plate 4 to loosen the corresponding book according to the loosening signal. Generally, the driving structure 5 can be an electric telescopic rod, the movable end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the clamping plate 4, and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod is fixed on the bookshelf.
The first book identifier 6 is used for reading book encoding information of the book. Generally, the book is provided with a first tag, the first tag stores book encoding information of the book, the book encoding information of each book is unique, and the book encoding information of the book is composed of letters, numbers and the like. The first tag may be an NFC tag, and the first book identifier 6 is an NFC reader, and is configured to read book encoding information stored in the NFC tag of the corresponding book.
In some embodiments, the first book identifier 6 is disposed on the left plate or the right plate, the first tag is disposed on a corresponding position of the book, and the first book identifier 6 can read information in the first tag only after the book is placed at a preset position, so that the user must place the book when returning the book to complete the returning operation.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate are both L-shaped structures, the formed clamping plate 4 is U-shaped, and after the book is clamped by the clamping plate 4, the user can be prevented from forcibly taking the book, so that the safety of the book is improved.
In some embodiments, each book collection unit has a limiting groove located below the clamping plate 4, and the first book recognizer 6 is disposed on a side wall of the limiting groove, and when a book is returned, the book is placed in the limiting groove and clamped by the clamping plate 4.
The control device is used for generating a loosening signal according to a book borrowing instruction of the management server 2 and generating a clamping signal when the first book recognizer 6 detects book code information of a corresponding book. Specifically, the control device is in wired connection with the driving structure 5 and the first book identifier 6 for communication, and the control device is in communication with the management server 2 through a wireless network. The control device receives the book borrowing instruction sent by the management server 2, generates a corresponding loosening signal after receiving the book borrowing instruction, and sends the loosening signal to the corresponding driving structure 5. The control device receives the book code information read by the first book recognizer 6, judges whether the book code information is consistent with the book code information corresponding to the book collection unit, generates a clamping signal if the book code information is consistent with the book code information corresponding to the book collection unit, and sends the clamping signal to the corresponding driving structure 5. Generally, the control device includes a first processor, a memory and a first communication chip, and the first processor is connected to the memory and the first communication chip, respectively, as shown in fig. 4.
In some embodiments, to reduce the cost, a control device may be shared by a plurality of book keeping units, i.e. the control device communicates with a plurality of drive structures 5 and a plurality of first book identifiers 6 through wired connections.
Further, if the book code information does not match the book code information corresponding to the book collection unit, the control device transmits a return error notification message to the management server 2, and the management server 2 transmits the return error notification message to the user to notify the user of a return position error.
The management server 2 is used for establishing and storing a book index table, and the book index table comprises book information and a corresponding table of book collection units. Generally, the book storing unit codes of the book storing units and the book information of the books are stored in the management server 2, the book information includes book code information and book introduction information, the book code information is associated with the book introduction information and the book storing unit codes, when a user views the book index table, the user can view the book introduction information of the books and also can view the book storing unit codes of the book storing units storing the books, and the user can conveniently and quickly find the corresponding books. In addition, in order to reduce the invalid operations of the user, the book index table further includes book status information, that is, the user can check whether the book is in stock or loaned.
The management server 2 is further configured to receive a book borrowing request sent by the user terminal 3, acquire state information of a book corresponding to the book borrowing request, generate a book borrowing instruction if the state of the book is in the library, send the book borrowing instruction to the corresponding control device, and return prompt information that the book is borrowed if the state of the book is in the loan.
The user terminal 3 is provided with APP software, and a user accesses the book index table through the APP software and sends a book borrowing request. Specifically, a user registers a system account through the APP software and sets a password for the system account, wherein the password can be one or more of a character password, a fingerprint password and a face password. When a user needs to borrow a book, the user logs in the system account number of the user, accesses the book index table, checks book introduction information and book collection unit codes, selects a book borrowing option after determining the book to be borrowed, generates a book borrowing request by the APP software, and sends the book borrowing request to the management server 2.
In some embodiments, the management server 2 has a map module for building and updating a three-dimensional model of the library.
The APP software is provided with a navigation module, and the navigation module is used for acquiring the library three-dimensional model and displaying the position of a target book in the library three-dimensional model according to book information or book collection unit codes.
The navigation module is further used for obtaining the current position of the user, generating a navigation route from the current position of the user to the position of the target book in the library three-dimensional model, and displaying the navigation route to the user, so that the user can conveniently and quickly reach the position of the target book to finish book borrowing and returning operations.
The method for acquiring the current position of the user comprises the following steps: the user inputs the book collection unit code of any book collection unit around through the APP software, and the navigation module acquires the position of the book collection unit in the three-dimensional library model as the current position of the user according to the book collection unit code. Namely, the user checks the book collection unit code of any book collection unit around the current position, inputs the book collection unit code into the APP software, and the navigation module acquires the position of the book collection unit in the three-dimensional library model and takes the position as the current position of the user. The scheme of this embodiment can conveniently, accurately fix a position the user, has solved the great problem of present indoor positioning error.
In some embodiments, the intelligent library management system further comprises an access control device, which is configured to acquire and verify the identity information of the user, and open the library gate 8 after the identity information of the user is successfully verified. Generally, entrance guard control device includes first camera, second treater, door body headstock gear, second memory and second communication chip, the second treater is connected with first camera, door body headstock gear, second memory and second communication chip respectively, door body headstock gear is connected with library gate 8, the second treater realizes the communication with management server 2 through second communication chip. The first camera is used for collecting identity information of a user and sending the identity information to the management server 2 for verification, the management server 2 judges whether the user has the authority of entering the library, if so, the identity information is returned to verify successfully, otherwise, the identity information is returned to verify unsuccessfully; if the identity information is successfully verified, the second processor sends a door opening signal to the door opening and closing device, the door opening and closing device opens the library gate 8, and the library gate 8 is closed after a user enters the library; and if the identity information verification fails, returning corresponding prompt information to the user. The solutions of the embodiments can realize personalized management for users, that is, libraries which each user can enter can be individually defined; meanwhile, the access control device cannot store the identity information of the user, and the safety of the identity information of the user is improved. The mode of collecting the identity information of the user is as follows: after a user logs in a system account of the user in APP software, the user selects to generate an identity two-dimensional code of the user, and the first camera scans the identity two-dimensional code, so that identity information is collected.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the access control device is further configured to obtain book encoding information of a book in a preset area, obtain a state of the book according to the book encoding information of the book, and close the library gate 8 when the book is in a library state.
Specifically, a second tag is arranged on the book, book coding information of the book is stored in the second tag, the access control device further comprises a second book recognizer 7, the second book recognizer 7 is used for reading the book coding information stored in the second tag on the book in the preset area, the second processor acquires the state of the book from the management server 2 according to the book coding information of the book, and if the current state of the book is in the library, the second processor sends a door closing signal to the door opening and closing device, closes the library door 8 and sends alarm information to the management server 2. In addition, an alarm can be arranged in the library and connected with the second processor, when the current state of the book is in the library, the second processor sends an alarm signal to the alarm, and the alarm gives an alarm. The solutions of the embodiments can prevent the user from taking the book away from the library under the condition that the book borrowing process is not completed, and ensure the safety of the book in the library. Typically, the second tag may be an RFID tag, and the second book identifier 7 may be an RFID reader.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the book storing unit further includes a tension sensor for detecting tension applied to the clamping plate 4, and the control device determines whether a person forcibly takes a book according to a detection result of the tension sensor. Furthermore, the intelligent library management system further comprises a monitoring device, wherein the monitoring device is used for collecting the video images of the corresponding book collection units when the control device considers that a person forcibly takes a book, and judging whether the person forcibly takes the book or not again according to the video images, so that the accuracy of forcible book taking detection is improved. Specifically, monitoring device includes third treater, third memory, third communication chip and second camera, the third treater is connected with third memory, third communication chip and second camera respectively, and when controlling means detected someone and got the book by force, the video image of corresponding book collection unit department was gathered to the second camera, and whether someone got the book by force in the video image that the third treater detected and gathered, if yes, then sent alarm information to management server 2. Claims (9)
1. An intelligent library management system, comprising:
the bookshelf (1) is provided with a plurality of book collection units;
the management server (2) is used for establishing and storing a book index table, and the book index table comprises book information and a corresponding table of book collection units;
the user terminal (3) is provided with APP software, and a user accesses the book index table through the APP software and sends a book borrowing request;
a book collection unit for fixing the corresponding book when the book is recognized and releasing the book after receiving a book borrowing instruction from the management server (2);
and the management server (2) generates a book borrowing instruction when the state of the book corresponding to the book borrowing request is in the library.
2. The intelligent library management system of claim 1, wherein the book collection unit comprises:
