Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a media-free withdrawal transaction apparatus, as described in the following embodiments. Because the principle of the medium-less withdrawal transaction device for solving the problems is similar to that of the medium-less withdrawal transaction method, the implementation of the medium-less withdrawal transaction device can be referred to that of the medium-less withdrawal transaction method, and repeated details are omitted. the transaction account of the transaction request belongs to the transaction institution, and generates a withdrawal certificate and sends the withdrawal certificate to the client mobile terminal after the transaction related information is approved; wherein, the withdrawal voucher is any form of information for proving that the transaction request passes;
receiving a request for verifying the withdrawal certificate sent by a cash terminal, verifying the withdrawal certificate and sending a verification result to the cash terminal, sending an indication whether to allow a withdrawal transaction to the cash terminal according to the verification result, and uploading transaction data including the verification result to a block chain, wherein the cash terminal belongs to a local transaction mechanism or the cash terminal does not belong to the local transaction mechanism; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
under the condition that the verification result is passed, judging whether biological feature identification is carried out or not according to the magnitude relation between the amount of the withdrawal transaction of the withdrawal certificate and a preset threshold value, and uploading the judgment result to a block chain;

and receiving the biological characteristics of the customer identified and sent by the cash terminal, and sending an instruction for allowing the withdrawal transaction to the cash terminal when the received biological characteristics are matched with the pre-stored biological characteristics.
2. The media-less cash withdrawal transaction method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether biological feature recognition is carried out or not according to the relation between the amount of the withdrawal transaction of the withdrawal certificate and a preset threshold value, and uploading a judgment result to a block chain;
and when the judgment result is that the biological characteristic identification is carried out, sending an instruction for carrying out the biological characteristic identification and storing to the cash terminal.
3. The media-less cash withdrawal transaction method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and under the condition that the cash terminal does not belong to the transaction mechanism, after the transaction success information fed back by the cash terminal is received, reconciliation processing is carried out on the transaction data of the block chain and the transaction mechanism to which the cash terminal belongs according to the uploaded transaction data.
4. A media-less withdrawal transaction method, comprising:
receiving an input withdrawal certificate, judging whether the withdrawal certificate belongs to a transaction mechanism, if so, sending a request for verifying the withdrawal certificate to a server of the transaction mechanism, and if not, sending a request for verifying the withdrawal certificate to the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs, wherein the withdrawal certificate is generated after transaction related information of the transaction mechanism passes verification, and the withdrawal certificate is information in any form for proving that the transaction request passes; the transaction related information comprises transaction information and identity information, the transaction information comprises a transaction account number and a withdrawal amount, and the identity information comprises a client name and identity certificate information;
receiving a verification result responding to the request for verifying the withdrawal certificate, receiving an indication of whether the withdrawal transaction is allowed, and carrying out the withdrawal transaction when the withdrawal transaction is allowed, wherein the indication of whether the withdrawal transaction is allowed is sent by a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs according to the verification result, and the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs uploads transaction data including the verification result to a block chain;
receiving an instruction for performing biological feature identification sent by a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs, wherein the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs judges whether biological feature identification is performed according to the magnitude relation between the amount of withdrawal transaction of the withdrawal certificate and a preset threshold value, uploading a judgment result to a block chain, and the instruction for performing biological feature identification is sent when the amount of withdrawal transaction of the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs is greater than the preset threshold value;
and identifying the biological characteristics of the customer, sending the identified biological characteristics to a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs, receiving an instruction of allowing the withdrawal transaction, and carrying out the withdrawal transaction, wherein the instruction of allowing the withdrawal transaction is sent when the verification result is passed and the identified biological characteristics are matched with the pre-stored biological characteristics.
5. The media-less cash withdrawal transaction method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving an instruction for carrying out biological feature identification and storage sent by a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs, wherein the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs judges whether biological feature identification is carried out according to the magnitude relation between the amount of withdrawal transaction of the withdrawal certificate and a preset threshold value, a judgment result is uploaded to a block chain, and the instruction for carrying out biological feature identification and storage is sent when the amount of withdrawal transaction of the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs is larger than the preset threshold value;
the biometric of the customer is identified and the identified biometric is stored.

a transaction instruction receiving module, configured to receive an authentication result in response to a request for authenticating the withdrawal certificate, and receive an instruction whether to allow a withdrawal transaction, where the instruction whether to allow the withdrawal transaction is sent by a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs according to the authentication result, and the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs uploads transaction data including the authentication result to a block chain;

the first identification module is used for identifying the biological characteristics of a customer and sending the identified biological characteristics to a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs;
and the transaction module is used for receiving an instruction of allowing the withdrawal transaction and carrying out the withdrawal transaction, wherein the instruction of allowing the withdrawal transaction is sent by a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs when the verification result is passed and the identified biological characteristics are matched with the pre-stored biological characteristics.
10. The media-less cash withdrawal transaction apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
the first identification indication receiving module is used for receiving an indication of performing biological feature identification and storage sent by a transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs, wherein the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs judges whether biological feature identification is performed according to the size relation between the amount of withdrawal transaction of the withdrawal certificate and a preset threshold value, the judgment result is uploaded to a block chain, and the indication of performing biological feature identification and storage is sent when the amount of withdrawal transaction of the transaction mechanism to which the withdrawal certificate belongs is larger than the preset threshold value;
and the second identification module is used for identifying the biological characteristics of the client and storing the identified biological characteristics.
11. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the media-less cash withdrawal transaction method of any of claims 1 to 5.
