The document metadata is used for describing information such as document content, background, structure and the like, and the whole flow of document design, generation, transmission, maintenance and the like. The security, the integrity and the authenticity of the electronic document are ensured through automatic analysis, decomposition, extraction, analysis and induction of metadata by a computer and a network, and the document organization, maintenance, retrieval and utilization of railway construction projects are realized.
The document creation module is used for capturing railway business system documents except for a railway construction project document bus system and building a document template according to a preset specification, specifically, the document capture is the original source of the document, and the sources of the document in the document bus system mainly comprise three types: the document bus system automatically captures documents in other business systems; other business systems actively trigger capture operations, such as submitting documents to a document bus system; a document is created within a document bus system. the access layer is connected with the application layer and is used for accessing various users and handing over the electronic documents corresponding to the document data and the knowledge data;
the physical layer is used for providing a physical environment corresponding to system operation for the railway construction project document bus system, wherein the physical environment comprises a network environment, a server environment, a storage environment and a password equipment environment of the system;
