(4) And finally, summarizing document scheme data storage, photo scheme data storage and audio and video scheme data storage to comprehensively form a mixed metadata scheme for comprehensive management of the multi-carrier door electronic archives.
Example (b):
for the management of litigation files of a court, the conventional management mode is to electronize paper materials for litigation, scan litigation photos into document materials for management, record court hearing audio and video files of cases into optical disks or store the files separately, and cannot summarize the existing litigation files or form the whole electronic files. The key technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
(1) management of mixed type metadata scheme of multi-carrier and multi-format files.
(2) Files with multiple carriers and multiple formats can be connected in series and in parallel through various unified information such as electronic file numbers, case numbers, electronic file numbers and the like, and finally an integral mixed electronic file is formed.
(3) The mixed metadata scheme solves the defect that the single scheme cannot solve the management of various carriers and format files, and truly realizes the comprehensive management of electronic files and electronic files.
In summary, the present invention performs targeted analysis and description on the management mode of the existing electronic file, can perform unified and efficient management on the multi-carrier file, solves the problem that the existing single file system cannot solve the comprehensive management of the multi-carrier door, and realizes the centralized and unified comprehensive management of case file files including paperwork materials, photo materials, and audio/video materials, such as law enforcement, litigation, tax inspection, etc., and performs the own metadata system design respectively, and performs the integral association through the unified electronic file case numbers to form cases with different carriers belonging to the same case, and performs the decentralized storage and the comprehensive management, thereby solving the problem that the comprehensive management of the multi-carrier cannot be realized for a long time, and continuously performing the complete, effective and comprehensive management on various files such as increasingly complex engineering construction adaptive video monitoring, etc. Aiming at the mixed metadata scheme, the system supports the management of a multi-carrier mixed metadata scheme, the management and the definition of mixed document material metadata, the management and the definition of mixed photo metadata and the management and the definition of mixed video and audio metadata.

the retrieval utilization module is used for retrieving and utilizing the file on the basis of authority management;
the statistical analysis module is used for carrying out statistics on the resource room inventory, the file utilization condition, the data source and the quadrant on the entity files and the digital files;
the identification processing module is used for identifying and processing the door type file data and performing statistical management on the door type file data and the relevant service conditions;
the metadata scheme management module is used for customizing the archive library, the metadata and the archive types, providing metadata scheme management, configuring metadata schemes of respective door types according to the archive door types and supporting validity verification of the metadata;
the receiving and collecting module comprises a receiving and collecting submodule of a document electronic file, a collecting submodule of a photo electronic file, a collecting submodule of a recording and video electronic file and a receiving and collecting submodule of a mixed carrier;
the receiving and collecting submodule of the document electronic file is used for automatically receiving and registering the document electronic file formed in an office automation business system and corresponding metadata thereof, collecting non-document electronic files formed in each functional department of a department, storing the electronic files and components thereof in a classified and ordered manner, simultaneously supporting effective association of storing the electronic files, file contents and file metadata, and automatically recording and receiving and collecting business behavior metadata in the receiving process;
the receiving and collecting of the door archives comprises receiving and collecting of an office automation system of a pre-filing library and receiving and collecting of electronic files, and receiving and collecting support of the office automation system of the pre-filing library sets a function of receiving and collecting metadata items;
the acquisition submodule of the photo electronic file is used for supporting uploading or hanging a photo file, uploading a whole photo directory, uploading a leader lecture manuscript, automatically creating a photo archive file and an in-file, automatically extracting related structured metadata, establishing association between the electronic file and the metadata, and supporting batch acquisition of the electronic file, automatic identification of a character name and establishment of an aggregation relation of a plurality of same character photos;
the method comprises the steps that for photo electronic files, automatic capture of metadata contents for generating thumbnails and photo title is supported, batch receiving and collection of the photo electronic files and photo files of a plurality of catalogues are supported, different file files and in-file associations are automatically created according to a catalog structure, in-file adjustment and sorting and automatic generation of file numbers are supported, and meanwhile effective associations are established with file metadata;
the acquisition submodule of the audio and video recording electronic file is used for uploading or hanging the audio and video recording electronic file, automatically extracting related structural metadata, establishing association between the electronic file and the metadata and supporting batch acquisition of the electronic file;
for the recording electronic files, audio related metadata is supported to be provided, and batch receiving and collecting of the recording electronic files are supported; for the video electronic files, the automatic collection of video thumbnails and the display in a list are supported, and meanwhile, a plurality of video electronic files are received and effectively associated with file metadata;
the mixed carrier receiving and acquiring submodule is used for uploading or hanging electronic files of the mixed carrier, automatically extracting related structural metadata, automatically acquiring data information of different carriers according to different carriers, establishing association between the electronic files and the metadata and realizing batch acquisition of the mixed metadata electronic files;
the information in various related metadata schemes is supported for electronic files such as documents, photos and sound recordings.

The file management system according to claim 1, wherein the classification scheme management module classifies files based on the class of the file and the classification scheme requirement, and if the established classification scheme is adjusted, the adjusted classification scheme is guided to the classification cataloging module of the file.

the file structure definition submodule is used for automatically creating a metadata scheme of an associated door for a newly added door, automatically constructing a file structure library, carrying out upper-level inheritance and lower-level inheritance, and simultaneously finishing definition, modification and sequencing of basic code data of important fields, wherein the important fields comprise a storage period, file number rule setting, other library customization and whole-parcel setting;
the file classification management submodule is used for simultaneously defining a plurality of door types and customizing the door types, supporting customization and allocation of different classification schemes to different whole files, setting different cataloguing functions for each set of classification, and simultaneously performing classification navigation and setting of subclass classification schemes in a bibliography link according to the difference of cataloguing fields;
the attribute field customizing submodule is used for customizing the attribute fields of the archive libraries under different classification schemes, automatically constructing related attribute elements according to a metadata scheme, supporting multi-level inheritance for a project library, a case library and a file library, and simultaneously supporting the functions of adding, deleting, sequencing and assigning and maintaining the attribute fields;
the basic information setting submodule is used for providing maintenance management of basic information of a classification scheme, file door types and metadata elements; the method comprises scheme name, scheme code, scheme ordering, gate class code, gate class ordering, gate class name, subclass setting and metadata definition maintenance.

The archive management system according to claim 1, wherein the functions of receiving, collecting, classifying, cataloguing, retrieving, utilizing, identifying, disposing, and statistically printing electronic documents, metadata, and directory information are realized when the archive door types are newly added by user, and the newly added electronic archive door types have functions of setting a record library, a document library, and classifying codes, and at the same time, designate an archive corresponding to the newly added door types, and modify designated archive library, archive library attributes, and metadata attribute values.
