本发明公开了一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、配置酸洗药剂,按照如下配方配置酸洗药剂:15%磷酸、2%甲酸、1%界面活性剂,PH值为3左右;步骤二、将上述药剂加热至50‑60℃,并搅拌药剂;步骤三、将钣金焊接件浸泡入上述药剂中,搅拌药剂8~10min;步骤四、将钣金焊接件取出,清水冲去钣金焊接件表面的药剂,然后吹干钣金焊接件表面。本发明一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺能够保证清洗焊渣干净,清洗速度需要在10分钟以内。

一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺。
背景技术
在汽车零部件中有钣金焊接产品,焊接产物(含硅化物)因为不导电很难被电泳,所以焊接地方需要喷砂或化学酸洗去除焊渣,用喷砂成本太高,用化学盐酸酸洗效率很低且严重腐蚀设备,更重要的是盐酸因酸度过高还会影响材质缝隙腐蚀,此问题无法检查风险不可预估及预防。
现有技术的缺点:
1、 酸易挥发造成设备设施腐蚀;
2、 清洗焊渣效率低一般时间需要30分钟,而生产节奏需要在10分钟以内;
3、 盐酸酸度高,H+会腐蚀工件,部分工件可能会出现断裂现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺,该工艺要求清洗焊渣干净,清洗速度需要在10分钟以内,更重要的是新酸洗剂的PH值不能低于3。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺,包括以下步骤
步骤一、配置酸洗药剂,按照如下配方配置酸洗药剂:15%磷酸、2%甲酸、1%界面活性剂,PH值为3左右;
步骤二、将上述药剂加热至50-60℃,并搅拌药剂;
步骤三、将钣金焊接件浸泡入上述药剂中,搅拌药剂8~10min;
步骤四、将钣金焊接件取出,清水冲去钣金焊接件表面的药剂,然后吹干钣金焊接件表面。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
1、采用磷酸代替盐酸,磷酸不易挥发几乎对设备设施不影响;
2、添加少量的甲酸和加温可以加快焊渣清洗效率,时间控制在8-10分钟;
3、药剂的PH值为3,经实验验证对工件没有产生过渡腐蚀,不会造成产品H+腐蚀。

实施例:
一种钣金焊接酸洗工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤
步骤一、配置酸洗药剂,按照如下配方配置酸洗药剂:15%磷酸、2%甲酸、1%界面活性剂,PH值为3左右;
步骤二、将上述药剂加热至50-60℃,并搅拌药剂;
步骤三、将钣金焊接件浸泡入上述药剂中,搅拌药剂8~10min;
步骤四、将钣金焊接件取出,清水冲去钣金焊接件表面的药剂,然后吹干钣金焊接件表面。

步骤一、配置酸洗药剂,按照如下配方配置酸洗药剂:15%磷酸、2%甲酸、1%界面活性剂,PH值为3左右;
步骤二、将上述药剂加热至50-60℃,并搅拌药剂;
步骤三、将钣金焊接件浸泡入上述药剂中,搅拌药剂8~10min;
步骤四、将钣金焊接件取出,清水冲去钣金焊接件表面的药剂,然后吹干钣金焊接件表面。
