Abstract
The invention relates to self-crosslinking acrylic polyurethane dispersion real stone paint which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of water, 10-30 parts of self-crosslinking acrylic polyurethane dispersoid, 1-5 parts of cellulose, 1-2 parts of bentonite, 1-2 parts of bactericide, 0.1-1 part of film-forming assistant, 0.1-1 part of propylene glycol, 0.1-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-1 part of ultraviolet absorber and 50-80 parts of natural colored sand. The self-crosslinking acrylic polyurethane dispersoid is used in the stone-like paint, and the prepared polyurethane dispersoid has self-crosslinking property by introducing unsaturated carbon-carbon double bonds of unsaturated fatty acid, so that the crosslinking density of the aqueous polyurethane is improved; because the crosslinking density is higher, a layer of compact protective film is formed on the surface of the stone-like paint, thereby improving the weather resistance, water resistance, hardness, adhesive force and wear resistance of the stone-like paint, and greatly prolonging the service life and application range of the stone-like paint.

(4) adding natural color sand into the slurry, and uniformly dispersing at a low speed of 500r/min-800 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the self-crosslinking acrylic polyurethane dispersoid is formed by polymerizing unsaturated fatty acid and methacrylic acid or vinyl monomer under the action of an initiator, is grafted at the chain end of acrylic resin, and improves the hardness, the glossiness and the crosslinking density after self-crosslinking by introducing the unsaturated fatty acid, and improves the hardness, the glossiness, the water resistance, the stain resistance, the weather resistance and the like of the surface of the stone-like paint to a great extent after introducing the self-crosslinking acrylic polyurethane dispersoid into the stone-like paint; the natural stone paint is used as a main stream product of the building coating, and if the self-crosslinking acrylic polyurethane dispersoid can be applied to the natural stone paint, the protective property and the decorative property of a building can be greatly improved.
