Detailed Description
The invention provides a screen printing ink, and the aim, the technical scheme and the effect of the invention are clearer and clearer, and the invention is further described in detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides a silk-screen printing ink which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of OPS ink;
opening 8-12 parts of oil water;
2-6 parts of a curing agent.
The silk-screen printing ink is prepared according to the formula, and is printed on a workpiece through silk-screen printing, so that the problems of poor adhesion, poor wear resistance and poor alcohol gasoline resistance of the existing ink can be solved. Meanwhile, in the process of silk-screen printing of the trademark patterns on the workpiece by using the silk-screen printing ink, the procedure of cleaning with alcohol before silk-screen printing can be omitted, the labor cost is reduced, the production cost is reduced, the quality of the silk-screen trademark patterns is effectively ensured, and the customer complaints are reduced.
Tests show that compared with the prior art, when the silk-screen printing ink is used for silk-screen printing patterns (such as trademarks) on the shell made of hard polyolefin materials (such as polypropylene materials) or metal materials (such as aluminum alloy materials), the adhesion between the printing ink and the shell is greatly improved, even if the pre-printing treatment of a spraying piece is cancelled in the silk-screen printing process, the high adhesion between the printing ink and the shell can be ensured, and the unexpected technical effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the silk-screen printing ink can be cured more quickly by combining drying equipment in the silk-screen printing process, the adhesive force between the silk-screen printing ink and a workpiece of a printing stock is firmer, and the abrasion resistance of the ink layer is strengthened.
Further, the silk-screen printing ink comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of OPS ink;
opening 8 parts of oil water;
and 2 parts of a curing agent.
The formula is the preferable formula of the silk-screen printing ink. Compared with other formulas, the silk-screen printing ink of the formula has the characteristics of strong adhesive force and good leveling property.
Further, the silk-screen printing ink comprises the following components in parts by weight:
50 parts of OPS ink;
10 parts of boiled oil water;
4 parts of curing agent.
The formula is another preferable formula of the silk-screen printing ink. Compared with other formulas, the silk-screen printing ink has the characteristics of strong adhesive force and short drying time.
Further, the curing agent may be a curing agent manufactured by maleo corporation, such as type H1, H2, GLH.
Further, the boiled oil water can be 783# boiled oil water produced by Leiyuan silk-screen equipment, Inc. in the Changdan region, Fushan.
Further, the invention also provides an OPS ink, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
15-60% of resin, 10-75% of solvent, 5-25% of pigment and 5-10% of auxiliary agent.
Wherein the resin is one or more of epoxy resin, vinyl resin and acrylic resin. More preferably, the resin is a resin obtained by mixing a vinyl resin and an acrylic resin in a weight ratio of 4:1, and the adhesion performance of the ink can be greatly improved. The acrylic resin with relatively small molecular weight is selected from the acrylic resin, such as the acrylic resin with the weight average molecular weight of 2000-5000 g/mol, so that the ink has the characteristics of good glossiness, wear resistance and no yellowing during baking.
Preferably, the solvent is an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent. Further, the aromatic hydrocarbon solvent is alkylbenzene, wherein the number of carbon atoms in the alkylbenzene is 9-12, such as trimethylbenzene. The preferred aromatic hydrocarbon solvent can effectively reduce the curing time of the prepared silk-screen printing ink.

Specifically, the toughening agent is polypropylene; the flatting agent is polyvinyl butyral; the defoaming agent is polyvinyl ether. The optimized auxiliary agent can not only enhance the corresponding performance of the silk-screen printing ink, but also improve the adhesion performance of the silk-screen printing ink to a certain extent. In addition, the pigment can be selected according to actual needs, and preferably, the pigment is an organic pigment such as scarlet pigment and phthalocyanine blue.
More preferably, the OPS ink comprises, in weight percent:
55% of resin, 30% of solvent, 10% of pigment and 5% of auxiliary agent.
The invention provides a specific implementation formula, and the OPS ink can be 5600 series OPS ink produced by ten Japan companies, such as 5600 OPS ink produced by ten Japan companies.
