Abstract
The invention provides a silk-screen printing ink for enhancing color reflection effect, a preparation method and a printing method thereof, wherein the silk-screen printing ink comprises 800 gloss oil, a curing agent, boiled water oil and various color concentrates, and the preparation method is to fully and uniformly mix the 800 gloss oil, the curing agent, the boiled water oil and the color concentrates. The printing method adopts a screen printing of a 380-mesh screen printing plate. The silk-screen printing ink for enhancing the color reflection effect has the advantages of simple formula, easiness in preparation, simplicity in preparation and convenience in printing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to ink for enhancing color reflection effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, mobile devices such as mobile phones, notebook computers, ipads and the like all prefer to use colorful shells, and the shells are generally formed by printing some patterns by adopting transparent films. Some of these have metallic luster and are popular with consumers. Some of the mobile phone shells with metallic luster on the market are popular among young consumers.
However, in the production process of the housings of mobile devices such as mobile phones, notebook computers, ipads and the like having such metallic luster, the metallic luster needs to be obtained by electroplating or electropolishing after using a metal mold such as aluminum. However, in such a production process, waste liquid is generated during electrolysis and plating, and thus the requirement of environmental protection cannot be satisfied, and therefore, there is a need for an ink which can generate metallic luster after printing. The Chinese invention patent publication No. CN 111154326A discloses a grey offset printing metallic luster ink and a preparation method thereof, wherein the grey offset printing metallic luster ink and the preparation method thereof comprise the following components in parts by mass: 25-32 parts of tin powder, 0.4-0.7 part of cobalt naphthanate, 11-16.5 parts of refined linseed oil, 2.2-3.4 parts of industrial glycerol, 0.04-0.06 part of lithium hydroxide, 0.4-0.7 part of isophthalic acid, 0.04-0.06 part of zinc oxide, 1.8-2.8 parts of high-boiling-point kerosene, 0.015-0.02 part of antioxidant, 13-18 parts of tung oil, 0.4-0.6 part of drying agent and 0.3-0.6 part of anti-skinning agent. The gray offset printing metallic luster ink and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the obtained ink has metallic luster, high brightness, bright color, simple preparation method and short preparation time. However, the materials used in such a gray offset metallic luster ink and the method for producing the same are complicated to prepare.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that the materials adopted by the prior grey offset printing metallic luster ink and the preparation method thereof are various and troublesome to prepare, the invention provides the silk-screen ink for enhancing the color reflection effect, the preparation method and the printing method thereof.

The invention also provides a printing method of the silk-screen printing ink for enhancing the color reflection effect; the method comprises the following steps:
step A, silk-screen printing; in the step, the thickness of the ink which is used for silk-screen printing ink for enhancing the color reflection effect is 8-15 microns, wherein the silk-screen printing ink is silk-screen printed on the transparent film by adopting a silk-screen plate with 350-450 meshes;
step B, baking; in the step, the mixture is baked for 40-100 minutes at 50-80 ℃.
Further, in the printing method of the silk-screen printing ink for enhancing the color reflection effect, the following steps are performed:
in the step A, the screen printing plate is 80 meshes, and the thickness of the printing ink printed on the transparent film is 10 microns;
in the step B, the baking temperature is 50 ℃ and the baking time is 60 minutes.
The silk-screen printing ink for enhancing the color reflection effect has the advantages of simple formula, easiness in preparation, simplicity in preparation and convenience in printing.

In this embodiment 1, this embodiment is a screen printing ink for enhancing black reflective effect, a transparent film printed with this ink may have metallic luster, and the formula is shown in table 1:

The preparation method of the silk-screen printing ink with the black light-reflecting effect is very simple, namely, the prepared raw materials are fully mixed at normal temperature, and the raw materials are fully stirred in the mixing process. When printing, a 380-mesh silk screen plate is adopted to be silk-screened onto the transparent film, and the thickness of the printing ink is 10 microns; and then, baking the substrate at 50 ℃ for 60 minutes, wherein the bottom shell of the mobile phone printed by using the silk-screen printing ink has metallic luster.
The 800 gloss oil is also called ink gloss oil and is water-based oil, in the embodiment, the 800 gloss oil used has a plurality of suppliers, and the market has a plurality of choices, for example, the 800-.
In this embodiment, the black toner is commercially available nano color paste, which means that some toners with colors (black, yellow, red, blue) are mixed with water or solvent, then dispersant and part of ingredients are added to make it into liquid, and after being mixed by a high-speed mixer, the liquid enters a nano grinder to be sheared with zirconium beads at high speed to meet the requirements of finished products. Color paste is also fine.
Generally, commercially available color pastes are composed of pigments, dispersants, wetting agents, and dispersion medium-solvents. According to different dispersion media, color paste can be divided into two categories; the pigment type color paste prepared by dispersing pigment particles into water by taking water as a dispersion medium is called as water-based color paste, and a certain amount of defoaming agent is added in the preparation process; similarly, a pigment type color paste in which pigment particles are dispersed in an alcohol solvent using an alcohol or the like as a dispersion medium is referred to as an alcohol-soluble color paste. The nano color paste is the color paste with the average particle size of pigment particles in the system below 300nm and the peak value of particle size distribution about 100nm, which reaches the nano level.
The boiled oil water is also commercially available, and at present, a lot of boiled oil water is available on the market, and the chemical name of the boiled oil water used in the embodiment is adipic acid dimethyl ester.
As the curing agent, a commercially available general ink curing agent can be used, and in this example, an ink curing agent having a chemical name of methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride is used.
In this embodiment, a commercially available nano black color paste (color concentrate), a commercially available 800 gloss oil, an ink curing agent, and a commercially available boiling oil water are prepared according to the formulation of this embodiment, and then the preparation method of this embodiment is used to prepare a mobile phone case with metallic luster by printing according to the method of this embodiment.
Example 2 is a screen printing ink for enhancing red and blue reflective effect, the transparent film printed with the ink may have metallic luster, and the formula is shown in table 2:

The preparation method of the silk-screen printing ink with the red and blue light reflecting effects is very simple, namely, the prepared raw materials are fully mixed at normal temperature, and the raw materials are fully stirred in the mixing process. When printing, a 380-mesh silk screen plate is adopted to be silk-screened onto the transparent film, and the thickness of the printing ink is 10 microns; and then, baking the substrate at 50 ℃ for 60 minutes, wherein the bottom shell of the mobile phone printed by using the silk-screen printing ink has metallic luster.
Example 3, this example is a silk-screen ink for enhancing white reflection effect, the transparent film silk-screened with the ink may have metallic luster, and the formula is shown in table 3:

The preparation method of the white light-reflecting silk-screen printing ink is very simple, namely, the prepared raw materials are fully mixed at normal temperature and fully stirred in the mixing process. The preparation method of the golden yellow silk-screen printing ink with the light reflecting effect is very simple, namely, the prepared raw materials are fully mixed at normal temperature and fully stirred in the mixing process. When printing, a 380-mesh silk screen plate is adopted to be silk-screened onto the transparent film, and the thickness of the printing ink is 10 microns; and then, baking the substrate at 50 ℃ for 60 minutes, wherein the bottom shell of the mobile phone printed by using the silk-screen printing ink has metallic luster.

black color essence: 25-35 parts by mass.

1-4 parts of yellow color concentrate.

step S1, preparing materials; preparing materials according to components specified by a formula;
step S2, mixing; mixing all the prepared materials, and stirring uniformly.

step A, silk-screen printing; in the step, the thickness of the ink which is used for silk-screen printing ink for enhancing the color reflection effect is 8-15 microns, wherein the silk-screen printing ink is silk-screen printed on the transparent film by adopting a silk-screen plate with 350-450 meshes;
step B, baking; in the step, the mixture is baked for 40-100 minutes at 50-80 ℃.
