Abstract
The invention discloses a high-flexibility air-sandwiched inner container and a preparation method and an application method thereof. The high-flexibility air-sandwiched cotton liner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-110 parts of polyether polyol, 20-40 parts of polyether, 10-95 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 0.01-0.5 part of tin catalyst, 0.01-0.5 part of amine catalyst and 0.1-10 parts of water. The formula of the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner is superior to that of common foam cotton, the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner has higher aperture ratio, good water absorption, softness, skin friendliness and super-strong air permeability, and when the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner is applied to underwear for women, due to the softness, nipples can be better protected from being scratched and not causing collision pain, and the breast protection effect is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sponge foaming processes, in particular to a high-softness air-sandwiched cotton liner and a preparation method and an application method thereof.
Background
Currently, sponges are increasingly used. Among them, the application of the sponge in the underwear for women is the most widespread. Women's underwear brassiere requires comfortable, ventilative sweat-permeable, light in weight and durable, and the cup can regard as women's underwear's main component as the cup, and the cup of sponge underwear, and the quality of sponge quality determines that the underwear brassiere requires comfortable, ventilative sweat-permeable, light in weight and durable main factor, and then also has the influence of key to user's body and shape health.
Therefore, it is an important research direction to provide a comfortable, durable, breathable and sweat-permeable sponge as an inner liner of underwear.

Preferably, the reaction time in step S2 is 24h or more.
Preferably, the reaction temperature in step S2 is 10 ℃ or higher.
In addition, the invention also provides a high-flexibility air cotton inclusion cup which comprises the cotton inclusion liner.
The invention also provides high-flexibility air cotton inclusion clothes, and the high-flexibility air cotton inclusion cup is arranged inside the clothes.

(3) when the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner is applied to underwear for women, the nipple can be better protected from being scratched and not causing collision pain due to the fact that the liner is softer, and the breast protecting effect is achieved;
(4) the high-softness air-cotton-sandwiched liner is applied to clothes, and particularly can play a role in keeping warm as the liner of the clothes in winter.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a high-flexibility air-sandwiched cotton liner which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
as can be seen from the comparison between FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the high-softness air-filled cotton liner provided by the invention, which comprises the components, has higher open cell ratio compared with the common sponge, so that the hand feeling is weaker than that of the common cotton liner, and the high-softness air-filled cotton liner is skin-friendly and breathable.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the preparation method of the high-flexibility air-filled liner includes the following steps:
s1: weighing polyether polyol, polyether, toluene diisocyanate, a tin catalyst, an amine catalyst, water and a silicone oil surfactant according to the mass part ratio, and mixing to obtain a first mixture;
s2: placing the first mixture in a mould for foaming, and breaking closed pores by using mechanical force to obtain a foaming sponge precursor;
s3: curing the foaming sponge precursor to obtain foaming sponge, and shearing the foaming sponge to obtain the cotton-sandwiched liner.
In the above preparation method, it is further preferable that the reaction time in step S2 is not less than 24 h; the reaction temperature is more than or equal to 10 ℃.
Furthermore, the preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning, foaming, curing, detecting, cutting and warehousing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, an application method of the high-flexibility air-filled liner is provided: a high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched cup comprises the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner. The lady underwear using the high-flexibility air cotton inclusion cup is softer, so that nipples can be better protected from being scratched and not causing collision pain, and the effect of protecting breasts is achieved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an application method of the high-flexibility air-filled liner is provided: a high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched clothes comprises the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner. s1: weighing polyether polyol, polyether, toluene diisocyanate, a tin catalyst, an amine catalyst, water and a silicone oil surfactant according to the mass part ratio, and mixing to obtain a first mixture;
s2: placing the first mixture in a mould for foaming, and breaking closed pores by using mechanical force to obtain a foaming sponge precursor;
s3: curing the foaming sponge precursor to obtain foaming sponge, and shearing the foaming sponge to obtain the cotton-sandwiched liner.
The density of the prepared foaming sponge is 28kg/m3The 25% compression hardness was 1.9 KPa.
Example 2
The embodiment 2 provides a high-flexibility air-sandwiched inner container, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
100 parts of polyether polyol, 25 parts of polyether, 60 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 0.2 part of tin catalyst, 0.2 part of amine catalyst, 2 parts of water and 1 part of silicone oil surfactant.
The preparation method of the high-flexibility air-sandwiched cotton liner comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing polyether polyol, polyether, toluene diisocyanate, a tin catalyst, an amine catalyst, water and a silicone oil surfactant according to the mass part ratio, and mixing to obtain a first mixture;
s2: placing the first mixture in a mould for foaming, and breaking closed pores by using mechanical force to obtain a foaming sponge precursor;
s3: curing the foaming sponge precursor to obtain foaming sponge, and shearing the foaming sponge to obtain the cotton-sandwiched liner.
The density of the prepared foaming sponge is 20kg/m3The 25% compression hardness was 1.6 KPa.
Example 3
The embodiment 3 provides a high-flexibility air-sandwiched inner container, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
95 parts of polyether polyol, 30 parts of polyether, 80 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 0.2 part of tin catalyst, 0.2 part of amine catalyst, 2 parts of water and 1 part of silicone oil surfactant.
The preparation method of the high-flexibility air-sandwiched cotton liner comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing polyether polyol, polyether, toluene diisocyanate, a tin catalyst, an amine catalyst, water and a silicone oil surfactant according to the mass part ratio, and mixing to obtain a first mixture;
s2: placing the first mixture in a mould for foaming, and breaking closed pores by using mechanical force to obtain a foaming sponge precursor;
s3: curing the foaming sponge precursor to obtain foaming sponge, and shearing the foaming sponge to obtain the cotton-sandwiched liner.
The density of the prepared foaming sponge is 33kg/m3The 25% compression hardness was 2.3 KPa.

7. A high-flexibility air-filled cotton cup, which is characterized by comprising the high-flexibility air-filled cotton liner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
8. A high-flexibility air-filled garment, characterized in that the interior of the garment comprises a high-flexibility air-filled bladder according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
9. A high flexibility air clip, wherein the clip comprises a high flexibility air-filled bladder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 inside the clip.
