The high-flexibility air-sandwiched cotton liner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-110 parts of polyether polyol, 20-40 parts of polyether, 10-95 parts of toluene diisocyanate, 0.01-0.5 part of tin catalyst, 0.01-0.5 part of amine catalyst and 0.1-10 parts of water. The formula of the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner is superior to that of common foam cotton, the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner has higher aperture ratio, good water absorption, softness, skin friendliness and super-strong air permeability, and when the high-flexibility air cotton-sandwiched liner is applied to underwear for women, due to the softness, nipples can be better protected from being scratched and not causing collision pain, and the breast protection effect is achieved.
