In this example, the parts of the preparation materials are: 160 parts of ethylene vinyl acetate, 80 parts of foaming resin, 30 parts of foaming auxiliary agent, 60 parts of adhesive resin, 20 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 30 parts of modified MDI, 40 parts of nano silver antibacterial agent, 30 parts of plasticizer, 30 parts of bactericide, 15 parts of thiabendazole, 25 parts of antioxidant and 10 parts of JL-6120 sponge glue.
In this embodiment, the foaming aid is azodicarbonamide.
In this example, probenazole is an imidazole bactericide.
In this example, the antimicrobial agent is zinc pyrithione.
In this example, the plasticizer was diethylene glycol dibenzoate.
In this example, the modified MDI was crystalline and the modified MDI was used by heating to 70 ℃ before use.
The working principle of the above embodiment is as follows:
(1) the nano silver antibacterial agent is added into the sponge hard shell 2, micro silver ions in the sponge hard shell 2 isolate the invasion of microorganisms to the sponge hard shell 2, at the moment, the residual silver ions outside the sponge hard shell 2 are in contact with the microbial cell membrane, the cell membrane is negatively charged and is firmly adsorbed by means of coulomb attraction, the silver ions penetrate through the cell wall to enter the cell and react with SH groups to solidify proteins, the activity of cell synthetase is damaged, the cells lose division and proliferation capacity and die, the sponge hard shell 2 is effectively sterilized, when moisture enters the sponge soft body 1 through the sponge hard shell 2, the bactericide and thiabendazole are covered outside the sponge soft body 1, the thiabendazole inhibits the formation of tubulin in the mitosis process of fungi, the fungi cannot be re-split to form mold, and the bactericide can inhibit the growth of gram positive and negative bacteria and mold, the sponge hard shell 2 can inhibit different strains from mildewing in the sponge hard shell, so that the sponge is effectively mildewproof and antibacterial, people can feel relieved when using the sponge, and the body cannot be damaged.
(2) According to the sponge with good mildew-proof and antibacterial effects and the preparation method thereof, the sponge soft body 1 and the sponge hard shell 2 are arranged, so that the sponge soft body 1 inside the sponge hard shell 2 is protected by the sponge hard shell 2, the sponge has comfortable softness and is not easy to damage, and the sponge is convenient to use.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
