Abstract

本发明涉及一种地板样品的制备方法,该方法先将装饰原纸进行烘干;然后自上而下将耐磨纸、装饰原纸、耐磨纸、高密度纤维板和平衡纸进行组合成组合板;最后将组合好的组合板置于热压设备中进行热压压贴得到地板样品;这种方法解决了现有技术在地板打样中浸胶后的装饰原纸的浪费,缩短了打样工艺,提高了打样效率,降低打样成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板样品的制备方法,具体是一种直接采用装饰原纸压贴制备地板样品的方法.
背景技术
正常地板的打样,一般是先将耐磨纸、装饰原纸、平衡纸进行浸胶处理,再将耐磨纸、装饰原纸、高密度纤维板和平衡纸进行组合压贴。由于每次打样时,装饰原纸在浸胶时有起步数量,每次浸胶数量不能少于200张,而客户需求的数量比较少,这样每次打样时,有多余的装饰原纸无法使用,造成浪费,打样成本高;另现有的地板样品制备技术是采用冷进冷出热压工艺,在热压过程中,耐磨纸、装饰纸、基层以及平衡纸经历了常温、升温、保温、降温、常温的热压温度,压贴过程使用时间比较长,效率比较低下。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种装饰原纸无需进行浸胶,直接进行热压压贴的制备地板样品的方法,改方法制样成本低、压贴时间短,生产效率高。
实现本发明技术目的所采用的技术方案包括如下步骤:
步骤A将装饰原纸在110℃-140℃温度下,烘干1min-2min;
步骤B:自上而下将耐磨纸、装饰纸、耐磨纸、高密度纤维板、平衡纸进行叠放;
步骤C将组合好的地板进行热压压贴,压贴温度为:170℃-185℃,压贴时间为:35-40s,压力为:70-90N/cm2
对上述技术方案进一步的改进是:步骤A中,将装饰原纸进行烘干的温度为110℃-140℃,烘干时间为1-2min;
且步骤C中,组合板热压温度为170℃-185℃,压贴时间为35-40s,压力为70-90N/cm2
且步骤C中,将组合板直接放入已预热至170℃-185℃的热压设备中,进行热压,热压结束后,直接自然冷却。
本发明提供的技术方案与现有技术相比,具有如下显著效果:
本发明中,由于在装饰原纸和高密度纤维板之间加装了一层耐磨纸,装饰原纸无需进行浸胶过程,利用耐磨纸的胶水反渗透到装饰原纸上达到粘合的效果,解决了在进行地板打样时,装饰原纸在浸胶后多余的浪费,本发明采用将耐磨纸、装饰纸、耐磨纸、高密度纤维板、平衡纸组合后的组合板直接在热压机预热后的恒温下进行压贴,压贴后直接拿出,采用自然冷却,缩短了打样工艺,减少了在热压设备中从常温、升温、保温、降温、常温的热压工艺的时间,制样效率得到明显提升,降低打样成本。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的压贴地板样品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤A、首先将装饰原纸在110℃-140℃温度下进行烘干1-2min;
步骤B、自上而下将耐磨纸、烘干后的装饰原纸、耐磨纸、高密度纤维板、平衡纸进行叠放成组合板;
步骤C、将叠放好的组合板,直接放入预热至170℃-185℃的热压机中,在压力70-90N/cm2条件下,恒温热压35-40s;配合整个热压过程中特定设定的压贴压力以及压贴时间,使得热压完成后,耐磨纸、平衡纸自带有的胶水充分发挥粘合作用,提高了各层之间结合的牢固度,压贴完成之后直接拿出进行自然冷却,粘合在高密度纤维板上面的平衡纸,能有效防止地板样品变形。

1.一种地板样品的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤A、先将装饰原纸进行烘干;
步骤B、自上而下将耐磨纸、装饰原纸、耐磨纸、高密度纤维板和平衡纸进行组合成组合板;
步骤C、将组合好的组合板置于热压设备中进行热压压贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地板样品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中,将装饰原纸进行烘干的温度为110℃-140℃,烘干时间为1-2min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的地板样品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中,组合板热压温度为170℃-185℃,压贴时间为35-40s,压力为70-90N/cm2
4.根据权利要求1所述的地板样品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C中,将组合板直接放入已预热至170℃-185℃的热压设备中,进行热压,热压结束后,直接自然冷却。
