一种针辊热复合吸水纸
技术领域
本发明涉及女性护理产品技术领域,具体的讲涉及一种针辊热复合吸水纸。
背景技术
吸水纸是一种用于吸收液体的卫生清洗用品,在日常护理领域用途广泛,包括女性用卫生护垫,儿童用一次性纸尿裤,厨房用去油吸湿纸巾,一次性马桶垫等等。该材料通常由外层的包覆材料和内部的吸湿性材料复合而成,然而现有的吸水纸的吸水效率低下,而且包覆材料与吸湿材料结合不够紧密,使用过程中容易出现分布不规则不均匀,导致吸收能力下降。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种针辊热复合吸水纸。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种针辊热复合吸水纸,包括位于底部的第一衬纸,所述第一衬纸上覆盖木浆,所述木浆上均匀分布有高分子吸水因子,所述高分子吸水因子上设有用于覆盖的第二衬纸;高分子吸水因子占总质量75%。
进一步地,木浆为原木浆。
进一步地,高分子吸水因子为高分子吸收树脂。
上述针辊热复合吸水纸还包括如下制备方法:
首先粉碎木浆,将粉碎后的原木浆铺设第一衬纸上,其中原木浆铺设的克重为27g/m2;在铺设原木浆后,在原木浆上铺撒高分子吸收树脂,高分子吸收树脂克重为165g/m2;之后用第二衬纸覆盖,第一衬纸和第二衬纸的克重均为14g第一衬纸;再利用针辊对其进行压实,形成克重为220g/m2的针辊热复合吸水纸,然后依次进行复卷、分切;最后形成克重为220g/m2的针辊热复合吸水纸。
进一步的,分切后对产品克重进行检测,克重大于220g/m2,则调低原木浆和高分子吸收树脂的铺设速率;克重小于220g/m2则调高原木浆和高分子吸收树脂的铺设速率。
本方案的原理和有益效果如下:

实施例
一种针辊热复合吸水纸,包括位于底部的第一衬纸,所述第一衬纸上覆盖原木浆,所述木浆上均匀分布有高分子吸水因子,高分子吸水因子为高分子吸收树脂;所述高分子吸收树脂上设有用于覆盖的第二衬纸;高分子吸收树脂占总质量75%。
本吸水纸的制备方法如下:
首先粉碎木浆,将粉碎后的原木浆铺设第一衬纸上,其中原木浆铺设的克重为27g/m2;在铺设原木浆后,在原木浆上铺撒高分子吸收树脂,高分子吸收树脂克重为165g/m2;之后用第二衬纸覆盖,第一衬纸和第二衬纸的克重均为14g第一衬纸;再利用针辊对其进行压实,形成克重为220g/m2的针辊热复合吸水纸,然后依次进行复卷、分切;最后形成克重为220g/m2的针辊热复合吸水纸。
所述分切后对产品克重进行检测,克重大于220g/m2,则调低原木浆和高分子吸收树脂的铺设速率;克重小于220g/m2则调高原木浆和高分子吸收树脂的铺设速率;这一道步骤目的是进行过程反馈,以此来对生产加工过程进行调节,以保证产品的质量,同时也控制成本。
工作原理和有益效果如下:

1.一种针辊热复合吸水纸,其特征在于,包括位于底部的第一衬纸,所述第一衬纸上覆盖木浆,所述木浆上均匀分布有高分子吸水因子,所述高分子吸水因子上设有用于覆盖的第二衬纸;高分子吸水因子占总质量75%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针辊热复合吸水纸,其特征在于:所述木浆为原木浆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种针辊热复合吸水纸,其特征在于:所述高分子吸水因子为高分子吸收树脂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种针辊热复合吸水纸,其特征在于,还包括如下制备方法:首先粉碎木浆,将粉碎后的原木浆铺设第一衬纸上,其中原木浆铺设的克重为27g/㎡;在铺设原木浆后,在原木浆上铺撒高分子吸收树脂,高分子吸收树脂克重为165g/㎡;之后用第二衬纸覆盖,第一衬纸和第二衬纸的克重均为14g第一衬纸;再利用针辊对其进行压实,形成克重为220g/㎡的针辊热复合吸水纸,然后依次进行复卷、分切;最后形成克重为220g/㎡的针辊热复合吸水纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种针辊热复合吸水纸,其特征在于:所述分切后对产品克重进行检测,克重大于220g/㎡,则调低原木浆和高分子吸收树脂的铺设速率;克重小于220g/㎡则调高原木浆和高分子吸收树脂的铺设速率。
