Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of corrugated paper preparation, in particular to waterproof corrugated paper and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Corrugated cardboard is the most important packaging material, and has the advantages of light weight and low cost compared with other packaging materials (such as wood, paperboard and the like), and the weight of the corrugated cardboard with three layers is about 600g/m2And the weight of the same thickness of wood board is about 2000g/m2Which is more than 3 times of corrugated paper.
Corrugated paper is a composite material consisting of cellulose fibers and a high-molecular adhesive, and the raw material of the corrugated paper is raw paper, can be made of wood pulp (leftover materials of wood) and straw pulp, and can be conveniently recycled. Because of the smoothness of the paper board, the paper board can be conveniently printed and folded, and occupies a small space during storage and transportation.
However, the existing corrugated paper has poor moisture resistance, is very easy to cause the strength reduction and even collapse damage of the corrugated paper due to the infiltration of moisture, and is difficult to bear the weight of the product when the product is stacked heavily, and the corrugated paper is easy to deform or cause the collapse damage of the corrugated paper.

3. Puncture strength: the samples 1 to 13 were tested for puncture strength according to GB/T2679.7-2005, "determination of the puncture strength of cardboard".
4. Edge pressure strength: the test was carried out in accordance with GB/T6546-1998 "determination of edge crush strength of corrugated cardboard" to determine the edge crush strength of samples 1 to 13.
5. Smoothness: the smoothness of the samples 1-13 was tested according to the GB/T456-2002 paper and paperboard smoothness determination (Beck method), the greater the smoothness, the better the smoothness.
Table 2 results of performance testing of samples 1-14.
The defoamer used in sample 1 was polydimethylsiloxane, and the defoamers used in samples 2 to 8 were polydimethylsiloxane and polyether-modified siloxane compounded in a specific ratio, and it can be seen from the data in table 2 that the water absorption of sample 1 was greater than the water absorption of samples 2 to 8, and the smoothness of sample 1 was less than the smoothness of samples 2 to 8. Therefore, the polydimethylsiloxane and the polyether modified siloxane are compounded according to the mass ratio in a specific range to obtain the defoaming agent, so that micro bubbles in the waterproof coating can be further eliminated, a compact waterproof layer is formed on the corrugated paper by the waterproof coating, the waterproof performance of the waterproof layer is further improved, and meanwhile, the smoothness of the waterproof layer on the corrugated paper can be improved, so that the printing effect of subsequent corrugated paper is ensured.
The water absorption of sample 9 in table 2 is higher than that of sample 5, which shows that even if the water-proof paint is dried at 60 ℃ for 10min to cure, the water-proof layer formed by the water-proof paint on the surface paper or the lining paper is prone to crack, which easily results in the weakening of the water-proof function of the water-proof layer, even if other steps and the proportion of each component of the water-proof paint are the same as those of sample 5, so it can be known that the water-proof paint needs to be dried at 55-58 ℃ for 3-6min strictly, which is beneficial to ensuring the curing of the water-proof layer, and simultaneously is beneficial to reducing the cracking of the water-proof layer caused by overhigh temperature, which is beneficial to enhancing the water-proof and moisture-.
Sample 10 only changed the formulation of the polydimethylsiloxane and the polyether modified siloxane in the defoamer, but resulted in sample 10 having a water absorption of 2.26g/m2The reason is that the polydimethylsiloxane and the polyether modified siloxane are compounded according to the mass ratio in a specific range to obtain the defoaming agent, so that the micro bubbles in the waterproof coating can be further eliminated, and the waterproof coating can form a compact waterproof layer on the corrugated paper, so that the waterproof performance of the waterproof layer is further improved.
The mass part of the glass beads in the sample 11 is less than 1 part, the smoothness of the correspondingly prepared corrugated paper is smaller, the mass part of the glass beads in the sample 12 is more than 1.5 parts, the smoothness of the correspondingly prepared corrugated paper is not greatly different from that of the sample 11, but the wear resistance and the edge crush strength of the sample 12 are smaller than those of the sample 11, which shows that the mass part of the glass beads is controlled to be 1-1.5 parts, so that the surface of the corrugated paper coated with the waterproof coating is smooth, and the wear resistance, the edge crush strength and the puncture strength of the corrugated paper are guaranteed.
The mesh number of the talc powder in the sample 13 is small, so that even though the talc powder can be filled in the gap of the coarse aggregate, the filling effect is poor due to the small mesh number, and thus the wear resistance, the edge crush strength and the puncture strength of the prepared corrugated paper are small, which means that the mesh number of the talc powder is controlled to be 800-1250 mesh, which is beneficial to ensuring the filling uniformity and the filling compactness of the talc powder.
In Table 2, the water absorption capacity of sample 14 was 5.14g/m2And is much larger than the water absorption amounts of samples 1 to 8, which shows that the waterproof coating material obtained is inferior in waterproof property when the proportions of the respective components are out of the range of the present invention even though the respective components of the waterproof coating material are the same. When the components are compounded according to the specific proportion, the waterproof coating is coated on corrugated paper to form a waterproof layer, and the waterproof layer has a better waterproof effect.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can make modifications to the embodiments without inventive contribution as required after reading the present specification, but only protected by the patent laws within the scope of the claims.
