The aldehyde-free particle board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight of the upper and lower surface layer raw materials accounts for 50-60% of the total weight of the particle board raw materials, and the weight of the upper and lower core layer raw materials and the core layer raw materials accounts for 40-50% of the total weight of the particle board raw materials, wherein the weight of the core layer raw materials accounts for 10-15%.
3. The aldehyde-free particle board of claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the upper and lower skin layer raw materials is 1:1, and the mass ratio of the upper and lower core layer raw materials is 1:1.
4. The aldehyde-free particle board of claim 1, wherein the adhesive in the raw materials of the upper and lower surface layers is EVA emulsion and/or aqueous polyurethane adhesive;
the waterproof agent is selected from paraffin emulsion, organic silicon or fatty acid salt;
the oxidant is selected from potassium permanganate or peroxide.
5. The aldehyde-free particle board of claim 1 wherein the water repellent in the core layer material is selected from the group consisting of paraffin emulsions, silicones, and fatty acid salts;
the curing agent is one selected from glyoxal, glutaraldehyde and aromatic organic acid anhydride;
the release agent is aqueous polysiloxane emulsion, epoxy resin or phenolic resin.
6. A process for the preparation of an aldehyde-free particle board according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the steps comprise:
(1) Respectively taking raw materials of an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer, an upper secondary core layer and a lower secondary core layer, and preparing glue;
(2) The upper surface layer raw material, the lower surface layer raw material, the upper secondary core layer raw material, the lower secondary core layer raw material and the core layer raw material are respectively glued, paved, pre-pressed and hot-pressed, and the inner core three-layer sliced sheet is paved in a criss-cross and directional manner.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the core layer glue is applied in an amount of 20-30% of the core layer wood shavings, the surface layer glue is applied in an amount of 25-30% of the surface layer wood shavings, and the isocyanate glue is 1% of the upper and lower core layer materials.
8. The preparation method of claim 6, wherein the viscosity of the glue is controlled to be 200-500mPa.s.
9. The production method according to claim 6, wherein the condition of the pre-pressing is: prepressing for 20-40 s at 20-35 ℃ and 3-4 MPa.
10. The method according to claim 6, wherein the hot pressing conditions are: the first section hot pressing temperature is 200-220 ℃, the pressure is 8-11 MPa, the hot pressing time is 5s/mm, the second section hot pressing temperature is 180-190 ℃, the pressure is 4-6 MPa, the hot pressing time is 10s/mm, the third section hot pressing temperature is 160-170 ℃, the pressure is 4-6 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 5s/mm.
