③, adding TPP into the filtrate obtained in the step ①, wherein the mass of the TPP is 0.5% of that of the filtrate, and uniformly mixing to obtain the MDI moisture-proof adhesive.
The preparation process of the aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: selecting eucalyptus twigs, miscellaneous trees or wood chips as raw materials, wherein the water content of the raw materials is 30-50%;
(2) chipping and slicing: chipping the raw material in the step (1) by using a chipping machine, wherein the length of the chipped wood chips is less than 100 mm; slicing by using a slicing machine to obtain wet wood shavings, wherein the thickness of the wet wood shavings is controlled to be less than 1.5mm, and the length of the wet wood shavings is controlled to be less than 40 mm;
(3) and (3) drying: conveying the wet wood shavings obtained in the step (2) to a wet material bin through a conveying belt, and drying the wet wood shavings in the wet material bin through a dryer, wherein the drying temperature is 150 ℃, and the moisture content of the dried wood shavings is 2.0-5.0%;
(4) screening: separating the dried wood shavings according to the size, taking the wood shavings with the length and the width of 0.5-2.5 mm as the wood shavings for the surface layer, and taking the rest wood shavings as the wood shavings for the core layer;
(5) mixing and sizing: respectively spraying a curing agent and an MDI (diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate) moisture-proof adhesive on the surfaces of the screened wood shavings, wherein the glue application amount is 8 percent of the weight of the wood shavings, the curing agent is 1 percent of the weight of the wood shavings, the water content of the wood shavings of the core layer after glue application is 8-12 percent, and the water content of the wood shavings of the surface layer is 10-15 percent;
(6) paving: the wood shavings are directionally paved into a plate blank by a paving machine, and the density of the paved plate blank is 650kg/m3
(7) Hot pressing: and (5) carrying out hot press molding on the plate blank obtained in the step (6), wherein the hot press technological parameters are as follows: the temperature is 200 ℃, the unit pressure is 3.3MPa, the hot pressing time is 8s/mm, and the total hot pressing time is cooled according to the thickness of the finished shaving board to obtain a board;
(8) edge sawing: and (4) sawing the board obtained in the step (7) to prepare the aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board.
In the step (5), the preparation process of the curing agent comprises the following steps: and mixing diethanol amine and water at a volume ratio of 1:4 at normal temperature, adding oxalic acid, and adjusting the pH to 7 to obtain the curing agent.
In the step (7), before hot pressing, the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate blank are coated with a release agent, wherein the release agent consists of 8 mass percent of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 35 mass percent of lauryl phosphate and 57 mass percent of ethanol.
The thickness of the prepared aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board is 20mm, the physical and chemical properties of the shaving board are detected according to the method in the GB/T17657-2013 standard, and the detection results are shown in Table 1.
Example 3
An aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board sequentially comprises an upper surface layer, a core layer and a lower surface layer from top to bottom, wherein the layers are bonded together by MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) moisture-proof adhesive, the upper surface layer, the core layer and the lower surface layer comprise wood shavings, the lengths of the wood shavings of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are 0.5-2.5 mm, and the widths of the wood shavings of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are 0.5-2.5 mm; the length of the core layer wood shavings is 2.5-50 mm, and the width of the core layer wood shavings is 1.5-4 mm.
The preparation method of the MDI moisture-proof adhesive comprises the following steps:
① putting 1 part of MDA, 25 parts of DMC and 0.012 part of dibutyltin dilaurate into a closed reaction kettle, and reacting for 3 hours at the temperature of 150 ℃ and the pressure of 1MPa to obtain high-purity MDC;
② placing 60 parts of MDC obtained in step ①, 1 part of nano zinc oxide and 110 parts of n-hexadecane in a flask of a rotary evaporator, heating to 220 ℃ for reaction for 4 hours, vacuumizing in the reaction process, cooling to room temperature, and filtering to obtain a filtrate;
③, adding TPP into the filtrate obtained in the step ①, wherein the mass of the TPP is 4% of that of the filtrate, and uniformly mixing to obtain the MDI moisture-proof adhesive.
The preparation process of the aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: selecting eucalyptus twigs, miscellaneous trees or wood chips as raw materials, wherein the water content of the raw materials is 30-50%;
(2) chipping and slicing: chipping the raw material in the step (1) by using a chipping machine, wherein the length of the chipped wood chips is less than 100 mm; slicing by using a slicing machine to obtain wet wood shavings, wherein the thickness of the wet wood shavings is controlled to be less than 1.5mm, and the length of the wet wood shavings is controlled to be less than 40 mm;

(4) screening: separating the dried wood shavings according to the size, taking the wood shavings with the length and the width of 0.5-2.5 mm as the wood shavings for the surface layer, and taking the rest wood shavings as the wood shavings for the core layer;
(5) mixing and sizing: respectively spraying a curing agent and an MDI (diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate) moisture-proof adhesive on the surface of the screened wood shaving, wherein the glue application amount is 3% of the weight of the wood shaving, the curing agent is 0.2% of the weight of the wood shaving, the water content of the wood shaving in the core layer after glue application is 8-12%, and the water content of the wood shaving in the surface layer is 10-15%;
(6) paving: the wood shavings are directionally paved into a plate blank by a paving machine, and the density of the paved plate blank is 650kg/m3
(7) Hot pressing: and (5) carrying out hot press molding on the plate blank obtained in the step (6), wherein the hot press technological parameters are as follows: the temperature is 185 ℃, the unit pressure is 3.2MPa, the hot pressing time is 7s/mm, and the total hot pressing time is determined according to the thickness of the finished shaving board and is cooled to obtain a board;
(8) edge sawing: and (4) sawing the board obtained in the step (7) to prepare the aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board.
In the step (5), the curing agent preparation process comprises the following steps: mixing glycerol, diethanolamine and water at a volume ratio of 0.5:0.5:4 at normal temperature, adding a benzoic acid regulator, and regulating the pH to 6.5 to obtain the curing agent.
In the step (7), before hot pressing, the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate blank are coated with a release agent, wherein the release agent is composed of 5% of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 30% of lauryl phosphate and 65% of ethanol in percentage by mass.
The thickness of the prepared aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board is 20mm, the physical and chemical properties of the shaving board are detected according to the method in the GB/T17657-2013 standard, and the detection results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 1
The shaving board is prepared by adopting Wanhua MDI glue, the preparation process and parameters are the same as those in the example 1, the thickness of the prepared aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board is 20mm, the physicochemical properties of the shaving board are detected according to the method in the GB/T17657-2013 standard, and the detection results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the bonding strength and the bending strength in the particle board prepared by the embodiment of the invention are similar to those of the comparative example, but the expansion rate of the water absorption thickness of the embodiment for 24 hours is lower than that of the comparative example, the bending strength after the immersion treatment in the water at 70 ℃ is obviously higher than that of the comparative example, and the moisture resistance of the embodiment of the invention is better than that of the particle board of the comparative example. The formaldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board disclosed by the invention is good in mechanical property, good in moisture-proof property, free of formaldehyde release, relatively stable in quality under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and wide in application prospect.

Claims (7)

1. The formaldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board is characterized by sequentially comprising an upper surface layer, a core layer and a lower surface layer from top to bottom, wherein the layers are bonded together by adopting an adhesive, and the adhesive is MDI moisture-proof adhesive; the upper surface layer, the core layer and the lower surface layer comprise wood shavings, and the wood shavings of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are 0.5-2.5 mm in length and 0.5-2.5 mm in width; the length of the wood shavings of the core layer is 2.5-50 mm, and the width of the wood shavings is 1.5-4 mm.
2. The aldehyde-free moisture-proof particle board according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the MDI moisture-proof adhesive comprises the following steps:

putting 1 part of MDA, 10-30 parts of DMC and 0.01-0.02 part of catalyst into a closed reaction kettle in parts by weight, and reacting for 1-5 hours at the temperature of 145-160 ℃ and the pressure of 2.5 KPa-3.0 MPa to obtain MDC; the catalyst is zinc oxide, zinc powder, dibutyltin dilaurate or stannous octoate;

And adding TPP into the obtained filtrate, and uniformly mixing to obtain the MDI damp-proof adhesive, wherein the mass of the TPP is 0.1-5% of that of the filtrate.
3. A process for the preparation of an aldehyde-free moisture-proof particle board as claimed in any of claims 1-2, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing materials: selecting branch wood, miscellaneous wood or wood chips as raw materials, wherein the water content of the raw materials is 30-50%;
(2) chipping and slicing: chipping the raw material in the step (1) to obtain wood chips with the length of less than 100 mm; then, slicing is carried out to obtain wet wood shavings, the thickness of the wet wood shavings is controlled to be less than 1.5mm, and the length of the wet wood shavings is controlled to be less than 40 mm;
(3) and (3) drying: drying the wet wood shavings obtained in the step (2), wherein the water content of the dried wood shavings is 2.0-5.0%;
(4) screening: separating the dried wood shavings according to the size, taking the wood shavings with the length and the width of 0.5-2.5 mm as the wood shavings for the surface layer, and taking the rest wood shavings as the wood shavings for the core layer;
(5) mixing and sizing: respectively spraying a curing agent and an MDI (diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate) moisture-proof adhesive on the surface of the screened wood shaving, wherein the amount of the applied adhesive is 3-8% of the weight of the wood shaving, the amount of the curing agent is 0.15-1.0% of the weight of the wood shaving, the water content of the wood shaving in the core layer after glue application is 8-12%, and the water content of the wood shaving in the surface layer is 10-15%;
(6) paving: directionally paving the wood shavings into a slab, wherein the density of the paved slab is 620-680 kg/m3
(7) Hot pressing: carrying out hot press molding on the plate blank obtained in the step (6), and cooling to obtain a plate;
(8) edge sawing: and (4) sawing the board obtained in the step (7) to prepare the aldehyde-free moisture-proof shaving board.
4. The preparation process according to claim 3, wherein in the step (3), the drying temperature is 120-150 ℃; in the step (7), the hot pressing process parameters are as follows: the temperature is 185-245 ℃, the unit pressure is 3.0-3.3 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 5-8 s/mm.
5. The preparation process according to claim 3, wherein in the step (5), the curing agent is prepared by the following method: mixing an organic solvent and water, adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH to 6.5-7.5 to obtain the curing agent, wherein the organic solvent is one or more of ethylene glycol, diethanolamine, glycerol and cyclohexanol.
6. The preparation process according to claim 5, wherein the volume ratio of the organic solvent to the water is 1:4, and the pH regulator is one or more of acetic acid, oxalic acid and benzoic acid.
7. The preparation process according to claim 3, wherein in the step (7), before hot pressing, the upper and lower surfaces of the plate blank are coated with a release agent, and the release agent comprises 5-10% by mass of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 30-35% by mass of lauryl phosphate and 55-65% by mass of ethanol.
