Abstract
The invention provides waterproof composite paper and a processing technology, relates to the technical field of composite paper processing and manufacturing, and solves the technical problem that various kinds of paper in the prior art cannot be simultaneously waterproof, degradable and capable of being produced in batches. The device comprises a raw paper layer, a waterproof layer and an protective layer, wherein the waterproof layer is arranged on the raw paper layer, the protective layer is arranged on one side end face of the waterproof layer deviated from the raw paper layer, the waterproof layer comprises waterproof paint, and the waterproof paint is coated on the surface of the raw paper layer. The invention is used for packaging articles, is used for protecting parts or products inside the composite paper package from being influenced by the environment to cause product abnormity, and the design of the protective layer can effectively avoid adhesion among different waterproof composite paper, thereby being more beneficial to stacking of paper and facilitating batch production of the paper.

Background
The existing waterproof and moistureproof measures in the paper product market are generally means of surface coating, adding a moistureproof material into base paper pulp, printing and coating waterproof gloss oil or waterproof paint on the surface of the base paper and the like, and are mostly applied to the packaging aspect for preventing articles inside the package from being affected with damp.
The waterproof gloss oil or the base paper pulp is added with the moisture-proof material to play a certain moisture-proof role only, and the paper pulp has no effect on long-time soaking of paper products in water.
The paper coated with the surface film has good waterproof effect, but the surface is not easy to be adhered with common glue. And the film is not easy to degrade.
After the surface is coated with the waterproof coating, the waterproof effect is good, and the degradation is easy. But the surface of the waterproof layer is very adhesive and the drying time is slow. Which is not conducive to stacked storage or mass production of paper.
The existing paper product can not realize the purposes of water resistance, degradation and batch production.
Therefore, the invention needs to invent a compound paper with good waterproof performance to solve the problem that various papers can not realize waterproofing, degradation and batch production at the same time.

The invention aims to provide waterproof composite paper and a processing technology thereof, and solves the technical problem that various kinds of paper in the prior art cannot be simultaneously waterproof, degradable and capable of being produced in batches. The invention provides a processing technology of waterproof composite paper, which comprises the following steps:
f1, flatly paving the raw paper layer;
f2, coating the waterproof paint: uniformly coating the waterproof coating along the outer surface of the raw paper layer;
f3, adhering the protective layer: uniformly sticking the protective layer on the waterproof layer;
f4, drying: and drying the formed waterproof composite paper.
Preferably, the waterproof layer is made of waterproof paint, and the waterproof paint is smeared on the surface of the raw paper layer in a rubber roller smearing mode.

The preferred technical scheme of the invention can at least produce the following technical effects: the raw paper layer and the waterproof layer both comprise base raw paper, the same raw paper can be adopted, and a waterproof layer structure is arranged in the middle of the raw paper layer and the waterproof layer structure to prevent the waterproof layer from being exposed, so that the bonding between different waterproof type composite papers is avoided;
the protective layer can be a plurality of layers or a layer of base layer base paper, and when the base layer base paper with the plurality of layers is adopted, a waterproof layer can be additionally arranged between the adjacent base layer base papers or the base layer base papers are bonded through a bonding agent;
the protective layer can be corrugated paper or honeycomb core paper, and waterproof composite paper with different structures is manufactured to meet different packaging requirements.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
The specific embodiment of the invention provides a waterproof composite paper, which comprises a raw paper layer 1, a waterproof layer 2 and a protective layer 3 as shown in figure 1, wherein the raw paper layer 1, the waterproof layer 2 and the protective layer 3 are sequentially stacked, the waterproof layer 2 is arranged on the raw paper layer 1, and the protective layer 3 is arranged on the end surface of one side of the waterproof layer 2, which is far away from the raw paper layer 1; the waterproof layer 2 can adopt a waterproof coating structure, waterproof coating is coated on the surface of the raw paper layer 1, the waterproof layer 2 and the raw paper layer 1 are bonded, the waterproof layer 2 and the protective layer 3 are bonded, the waterproof coating has adhesion and can play a role in mounting the raw paper layer 1 and the protective layer 3, and the protective layer 3 is bonded on the waterproof layer 2.
According to a preferable technical scheme, the base layer paper layer 1 and the protective layer 3 can be both made of base layer base paper 4, wherein the base layer paper layer 1 and the protective layer 3 can both adopt a structural form of single-layer base paper 4 or multi-layer base paper 4, when the base layer paper layer 1 and the protective layer 3 are both single-layer base paper 4, as shown in the attached drawing 1, only one side surface of one base layer base paper 4 needs to be coated with waterproof paint, and then the other base layer base paper 4 is covered on the coated waterproof paint layer and bonded together.
One of the raw paper layer 1 or the protective layer 3 may be a single-layer base paper 4, and the other may be a multi-layer base paper 4, and each layer of the multi-layer base paper 4 may be bonded or coated with a waterproof coating to form a waterproof layer 2, so as to form a waterproof composite paper structure with a multi-layer waterproof layer structure as shown in fig. 3. The waterproof performance and the structural strength of the multiple waterproof layer 2 composite paper are both larger than those of the waterproof type composite paper with a single-layer waterproof layer 2 structure.
When the layers of the multi-layer base paper 4 are bonded together by glue, the base paper layer 1 or the protective layer 3 with increased structural strength can be formed, and the structural strength of the waterproof composite paper is enhanced to form a paperboard with higher strength, so that a package with higher resistance can be manufactured.
Therefore, the protective layer 3 can be designed into a corrugated paper or honeycomb core paper structure, such as the corrugated paper structure shown in fig. 4, which can be used in a wider field by enhancing the structural strength of the waterproof composite paper, for example, the composite paper can be further compounded, printed, cut and the like, and can be widely used in various paper product industries for containing articles with larger quality; the composite paper is used for manufacturing waterproof paper boxes and waterproof paper trays, and the effect is particularly outstanding.
The specific embodiment of the invention also provides a processing technology of the waterproof composite paper, wherein the processing technology comprises the following steps:
f1, laying the raw paper layer 1 flatly, wherein the raw paper layer 1 can be directly laid flatly in a paper form, and can also be in a structural shape such as a tray, a paper box or a rubber pier;
f2, coating waterproof paint: the waterproof coating is uniformly coated on the outer surface of the raw paper layer 1 according to different structural shapes of the raw paper layer 1, the waterproof coating can be coated in a manner of immersing, spraying or coating by a rubber roll, and the like, and the waterproof coating is coated on the surface of the raw paper layer 1 by a rubber roll coating manner in light weight
F3, pasting a protective layer 3: the waterproof coating has the characteristics of viscosity and slow drying time, and after the raw paper layer 1 is coated, the protective layer 3 is uniformly adhered to the waterproof layer 2 formed by the waterproof coating, so that waterproof composite paper is formed;
f4, and finally, drying the waterproof composite paper formed by mounting to finally form the finished waterproof composite paper.

8. The water-repellent composite paper according to claim 1, characterized in that the protective layer (3) comprises corrugated or honeycomb core paper.
9. The processing technology of the waterproof composite paper as claimed in claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
f1, laying the raw paper layer (1) flat;
f2, coating the waterproof paint: uniformly coating the waterproof coating along the outer surface of the raw paper layer (1);
