The mice of the model building group are fed with 0.5ml of rhubarb water decoction, and the normal control group is fed with the same volume of physiological saline 1 time a day and continuously infused with stomach for 7 days. The symptoms comprise weight loss, loose stool, dehydration, anorexia, emaciation, no limb contraction, dry hair, intolerance of cold, low body temperature and the like. After the molding is successful, the molding groups are randomly divided into 12 groups, namely a model group, a ginseng, poria, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae powder group, an easy-to-Mongolian group, an example 1 small-dose group, an example 1 large-dose group, an example 2 small-dose group, an example 2 large-dose group, an example 3 small-dose group, an example 3 large-dose group, an example 4 small-dose group and an example 4 large-dose group, wherein each group comprises 10 animals.
(2) Administration of drugs
Starting on day 8, in the morning: normal control group continuously gives 0.5ml of physiological saline for each, and molding group mice give 0.5ml of rhubarb water decoction for each; in the afternoon: the normal control group and the model group are respectively administered with corresponding suspension of 0.5ml each for 7 days by intragastric administration of normal saline, Shenling Baizhu san group, Yimengting group, small dose group and large dose group.
(3) Detection
Determination of wet manure number: after the administration of the drug by intragastric administration on day 6, each mouse was placed in a bell jar covered with filter paper, the filter paper was changed every hour, the continuous observation was carried out for 7 hours, the number of mouse stools on the filter paper was recorded, and the degree of diarrhea was represented by the number of wet stools. The results are shown in Table 1.
Determination of small intestine carbon powder propulsion rate: on day 7, fasting was performed for 12 hours, and then the mice were each administered with a liquid medicine containing activated carbon. After 20 minutes of administration, the cervical vertebrae were removed and sacrificed, the abdominal cavity was opened to separate mesentery, the intestinal canal from the pylorus to the ileocecal portion was cut and laid on a glass plate without traction, the total length of the small intestine and the length from the pylorus to the front edge of the charcoal powder (the advancing distance of the charcoal powder in the intestine) were measured, and the advancing percentage of the charcoal powder for each group of animals was calculated by the following formula. The results are shown in Table 2.

(5) Analysis of results
From the results in table 1, it can be known that the number of wet feces of the mice in the small dose group is significantly different from that in the normal control group, the model group, the ginseng, poria, bighead atractylodes rhizome and easy Mongolian medicine group, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared by the invention has a certain antidiarrheal effect on diarrhea caused by rhubarb when used in a small dose; the significant difference between the large-dose group and the normal control group, the model group and the ginseng, poria, and bighead atractylodes rhizome powder group indicates that the large-dose use has the effect of relieving diarrhea caused by rhubarb, and the action effect is close to that of easy-to-Mongolian medicine (P is more than 0.05).
As is evident from the results in Table 2, the intestinal transit rates of the treated groups were significantly different from those of the normal control group and the model group (P < 0.05). The ginseng, poria cocos and bighead atractylodes rhizome powder group and the Yimanting group have obvious difference among treatment groups, and the effect of the ginseng, poria cocos and bighead atractylodes rhizome powder is superior to that of the Yimanting group; compared with the Shenling Baizhu powder group and the Yimanting group, the small-dose group has obvious difference (P is less than 0.05, which indicates that the effect of the small-dose intestinal Wubei Changwei Ping capsule on the propulsion rate of the small intestinal charcoal powder of the diarrhea mice is not as good as that of the Shenling Baizhu powder and the Yimanting group, and compared with the Shenling Baizhu powder group and the Yimanting group, the large-dose group has no obvious difference (P is more than 0.05), which indicates that the effect of the large-dose Wubei Changwei Ping capsule on the propulsion rate of the small intestinal charcoal powder is close to that of the Shenling Baizhu powder and the Yimanting.
The spleen governs transportation, transformation and absorption, and the healthy function provides nutrients for transforming and generating essence, qi, blood and body fluids, so as to fully nourish the viscera and organs of the whole body, thereby ensuring the normal operation of various physiological functions of the body. The rhubarb has bitter and cold properties and strong purgation effect, can injure primordial qi and depress spleen and stomach after long-term use, and affects the absorption of food essence, and the rhubarb causes a spleen deficiency diarrhea model of mice with large dose of rhubarb, and the diarrhea model after stomach filling for 2-3 days causes the increase of excrement, soft stool, loose stool and anus pollution, and the symptoms become more severe along with the continuation of molding, and are manifested as loose stool, increased times and even mucus and blood stool. The modeling animal performance is similar to that of the spleen deficiency diarrhea of human bodies, the characteristics of the spleen deficiency diarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine are met, statistics shows that the wet manure number and the small intestine carbon powder propulsion rate of mice in the spleen deficiency diarrhea model group are obviously higher than those of a normal control group, and the modeling is successful.
The test result of the wet feces number of mice shows that the large dose of the medicine has the effect similar to that of the easy Mongolian medicine, but is not as good as that of the Shenling Baizhu powder. Small intestine charcoal powder propulsion rate test, the large dose effect of the product is similar to that of Shenling Baizhu powder and Yimenting powder.
Second, acute toxicity test detection
