In the related art, a cleaning robot for washing the ground may include a sprinkler structure, a cleaning structure and a sewage recovery structure, when the cleaning robot cleans the ground, the sprinkler structure sprays cleaning water to the ground, the ground is washed by a cleaning mechanism such as a brush plate and a rolling brush, and finally the sewage on the ground is removed by the sewage recovery structure, so as to ensure the ground to be clean. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a water absorbing rake assembly 100 with a rolling brush assembly 10 for a cleaning robot 1000. The water suction motor is connected with the water suction pipe 21, and when the water suction motor works, one end of the water suction pipe 21, which is close to the ground, forms negative pressure. While sewage on the ground is sucked from the side of the suction pipe 21 near the ground up to the sewage tank 200 in the body 300.
In the present application, the cleaning robot 1000 further includes a liquid spraying device 400 and a washing device 500. The rotating rod 32 includes a first connecting rod 321 and a second connecting rod 322 which are symmetrically arranged, and a connecting portion 323 which connects one ends of the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322, wherein the other ends of the first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 are respectively connected with the water absorbing rake body 20, the connecting portion 323 is provided with a rotating hole 3231, and the rotating hole 3231 is matched with a rotating pin (not shown in the figure) arranged on the second connecting portion 312 to realize the rotation of the rotating rod 32 relative to the mounting bracket 31.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 31 is substantially arched, and the mounting bracket 31 is connected to the roller brush assembly 10 through the intermediate connection portion 313. The connection manner is not limited, and for example, the connection manner may be fixedly connected by screwing, welding or riveting, and in the present application, the connection manner is in a screwing manner, and the intermediate connection portion 313 and the rolling brush assembly 10 are both provided with corresponding threaded holes, and are mounted into the threaded holes by screws, so that the intermediate connection portion 313 is fixedly connected with the rolling brush assembly 10. The first connection part 311 is connected to a side of the intermediate connection part 313 near the traveling end of the cleaning robot 1000. The second connection part 312 is connected to a side of the intermediate connection part 313 remote from the traveling end of the cleaning robot 1000. The first connecting rod 321 and the second connecting rod 322 are symmetrically arranged, and a plurality of connecting holes which are arranged at intervals are arranged on the water absorbing rake body 20. One ends of the first link 321 and the second link 322 are fixed in the connecting hole of the suction hood body 20, so that the suction hood body 20 is fixedly connected with the rotating rod 32.
Further, the second connection part 312 is provided with a rotation pin, the connection part 323 connected with the first link 321 and the second link 322 is provided with a rotation hole 3231 matched with the rotation pin, and the rotation rod 32 is rotatably mounted on the second connection part 312 by the rotation pin. If the cleaning robot 1000 collides with the water absorbing rake body 20 during the task, the water absorbing rake body 20 drives the rotating rod 32 to rotate around the rotating pin on the second connecting portion 312 to get rid of the obstacle.
Further, the mounting assembly 30 further includes a fixing member 33, and the mounting assembly 30 is mounted on the cleaning robot 1000 through the fixing member 33. The fixing member 33 includes two ends, one end near the traveling end of the cleaning robot 1000 is connected to the body 300 of the cleaning robot 1000, and the other end is fixedly connected to the first connection portion 311 of the mounting bracket 31.
So, the round brush assembly 10 is connected with the installation assembly 30 through the installation support 31, and the body 20 is taken off through dwang 32 and installation assembly 30 to, when taking off the body 20 and bumping with the obstacle, take off the body 20 and drive dwang 32 round the rotation round pin rotation on the connecting portion 323, so that take off the body 20 and avoid the obstacle, avoid taking off the body 20 and be damaged by the obstacle.
In some embodiments, the connecting portion 323 is further provided with a limiting hole 3232 with a position different from that of the rotating hole 3231, and the limiting hole 3232 cooperates with a limiting post arranged on the second connecting portion 312 to realize rotation limitation of the rotating rod 32; preferably, the limiting hole 3232 is a waist-shaped hole having an arc shape; and further preferably, the line connecting the limiting hole 3231 and the rotation hole 3232 coincides with the symmetry axis of the first link 321 and the second link 322.
It will be appreciated that, in order to limit and ensure the rotation angle of the rotation rod 32 relative to the second connection portion 312, a limiting hole 3232 is provided on the rotation rod 323, the limiting hole 3232 is spaced from the rotation hole 3231, and a limiting post matched with the limiting hole 3232 is provided on the second connection portion 312, in the present application, the limiting hole 3232 is a circular arc-shaped waist-shaped hole, and the connection line of the rotation hole 3231 and the limiting hole 3232 coincides with the symmetry axis of the first connection rod 321 and the second connection rod 322, the rotation angle of the rotation rod 32 relative to the second connection portion 312 may be 15 degrees, that is, in the case that the water absorbing rake body 20 collides with an obstacle, the rotation angle of the rotation rod 32 is driven by the water absorbing rake body 20 around the rotation pin of the second connection portion 312 is 0 to 15 degrees.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in some embodiments, the roller brush assembly 10 includes a housing 11, a roller brush 12, and a trash can 13. Wherein, the shell 11 is fixedly connected with the middle connecting part 313 of the mounting bracket 31, and the shell 11 comprises a groove 111 which is opened towards the ground. The roller brush 12 is accommodated in the groove 111, and an end of the roller brush 12 is connected to the housing 11. The garbage box 13 is accommodated in the groove 111 and is arranged on one side of the shell 11 away from the travelling end. As the roller brush 12 rotates within the recess 111 of the housing 11, the roller brush 12 sweeps across the floor to draw the waste into the recess 111 and from the recess 111 into the waste bin 13.
Specifically, the housing 11 includes a top plate 112, the top plate 112 is disposed parallel to the ground, and is disposed on a side of the housing 11 away from the ground, and the housing 11 is fixedly connected to the middle connection portion 313 through the top plate 112. The rolling brush 12 is in a rod shape, and the rolling brush 12 at least comprises one rolling brush. Each roller brush 12 approximately fits into the groove 111, and the roller brush 12 includes a brush roller 121 and a plurality of brush bars 122 attached to the surface of the brush roller 121. The end of the brush roller 121 is movably connected with the housing 11, each brush bar 122 is generally V-shaped, the brush bars 122 are arranged on the surface of the brush roller 121 at intervals, and part of the brush bars 122 extend from the surface of the brush roller 121 to the outside of the groove 111 and contact with the ground. When the cleaning robot 1000 performs a task, the rolling brush 12 rotates counterclockwise, and the brush bar 122 cleans the ground, so that the garbage such as paper scraps, plastic bags or toothpicks on the ground are rolled into the groove 111 from the side of the rolling brush 12 close to the travelling end and fall into the garbage box 13 arranged on the side of the shell 11 far from the travelling end, and the existence of garbage in the sewage on the ground is avoided. Thus, when the cleaning robot 1000 performs a cleaning task, the rolling brush 12 rolls up the garbage on the ground and collects the garbage into the garbage box 13, so that the problem that the garbage exists in the sewage to cause the water suction pipe 21 of the water suction rake body 20 to be blocked by the garbage to influence the cleaning effect of the water suction rake body 20 is avoided.
In certain embodiments, the roll brush 12 includes a first mounting member 123 and a first dismounting member 124. The first mounting member 123 is disposed at an end of the rolling brush 12, and the rolling brush 12 is connected to the housing 11 through the mounting member. The first mounting member 123 is connected to the housing 11 by a first detachable member 124.
Specifically, the first mounting member 123 includes an open groove 1231, and in the present application, a ball bearing is provided in the open groove 1231, and the end of the brush roller 121 is connected to the first mounting member 123 through a bearing of the roller brush 12. The brush roller 121 is rotatable within the open groove 1231. The first assembling and disassembling parts 124 may include a plurality of first assembling and disassembling parts 124 respectively disposed on two sides of the opening groove 1231, the first mounting part 123 is fixedly connected with the end of the housing 11 through the first assembling and disassembling parts 124, the first assembling and disassembling parts 124 include a first knob part 1241, and a user can twist the first knob part 1241 to disassemble the first assembling and disassembling parts 124. It will be appreciated that since the roller brush 12 is a fragile item, the brush strips 122 will wear out during rotation, resulting in a reduced cleaning effect of the roller brush 12 with respect to the ground, and the roller brush 12 needs to be removed. If the user wants to replace the roller brush 12, the first detachable member 124 is detached from the first mounting member 123, and the first mounting member 123 is disconnected from the housing 11, so that the roller brush 12 can be removed from the recess 111 of the housing 11. In this way, the first mounting member 123 and the first dismounting member 124 facilitate the disassembly of the rolling brush 12, and the replacement of the rolling brush 12 assembly by a user is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the waste bin 13 includes a floor 131. The bottom plate 131 is disposed on a side close to the ground, and includes a plurality of through holes 1311 disposed at intervals.
It will be appreciated that since the cleaning robot 1000 sprays the cleaning water to the floor through the liquid spraying device 400 and then washes the floor by the washing device 500, the cleaning water becomes sewage after the washing device 500 washes the floor, and the sewage may contain garbage such as paper dust, garbage bags or toothpicks, and the rolling brush assembly 10 may also be involved in the garbage box 13 while being rotated by the rolling brush 12 to involved in the garbage on the floor into the garbage box 13. Therefore, in order to allow the sewage falling into the waste bin 13 to fall back to the ground, the floor of the waste bin 13 is provided with a plurality of through holes 1311 provided at intervals, the sewage can fall back from the through holes 1311 to the ground, and the waste remains in the waste bin 13. Thus, the sewage sucked into the waste bin 13 by the floor cleaning by the roller brush 12 can fall back to the floor through the through hole 1311.
In some embodiments, the housing 11 includes a side plate 114, the side plate 114 includes a mounting slot 11411, and the waste bin 13 further includes a second mounting member 132 and a second dismounting member 133. The second mounting member 132 is disposed at one end of the bottom plate 131, the second mounting member 132 includes a flange 1321 extending from an end of the bottom plate 131 toward the side plate 114, the flange 1321 is embedded in the mounting groove 11411, and the garbage box 13 is connected to the housing 11 through the second mounting member 132. The second detachable member 133 is connected to the second mounting member 132 and the side plate 114, respectively.
Specifically, side panel 114 includes a first child side panel 1141 and a second child side panel 1142. Are respectively arranged at two ends of the top plate 112 in opposite directions and are perpendicular to the ground. The mounting groove 11411 is disposed on the first sub-side plate 1141. The first sub-side panel 1141 further includes a first opening 11412, and an end of the waste bin 13 extends from the first opening 11412 in the recess 111 of the housing 11, and the second mounting member 132 engages the side panel 114. The flange 1321 is inserted into the mounting groove 11411 to restrict the degree of freedom of the upper and lower ends of the waste bin 13. The second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141 are provided with facing screw holes, and the second dismounting member 133 fixes the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141, respectively, through the screw holes. The second detachable member 133 includes a second knob portion 1331, and when the second detachable member 133 is installed, a user can screw the second knob portion 1331 into the threaded holes of the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141, so that the second mounting member 132 is fixedly connected with the side plate 114. When the second knob portion 1331 is removed, the user turns the second detachable member 133 out of the screw holes of the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141 to disconnect the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141. The user in turn withdraws the waste bin 13 from the first opening 11412 to remove the waste bin 13 from the recess 111. It will be appreciated that since the waste bin 13 is of limited capacity, the waste within the bin 13 needs to be emptied when the bin 13 is full of waste. Therefore, by providing the second mounting member 132 and the second dismounting member 133, the waste bin 13 can be fixed to the housing 11, and the waste bin 13 can be easily dismounted, so that the waste bin 13 can be taken out of the housing 11 to remove the waste.
In some embodiments, the housing 11 further includes a fixing portion 113, where the fixing portion 113 is disposed in the groove 111 and fixed on a side plate 114 of the housing 11, and the fixing portion 113 is sleeved on one end of the garbage box 13.
Specifically, the fixing portion 113 is rectangular, is fixedly disposed on the second sub-side plate 1142, and is disposed opposite to the first opening 11412. The fixing portion 113 includes a second opening 1131, the second opening 1131 is disposed towards the first opening 11412, and an end of the waste bin 13 extends into the fixing portion 113 from the second opening 1131 to connect with the second sub-side plate 1142. When the second detachable member 133 is detached from the threaded holes of the second mounting member 132 and the first sub-side plate 1141, the waste bin 13 can be pulled out from the second opening 1131 of the fixing portion 113, and the waste bin 13 can be taken out from the recess 111 of the housing 11. Thus, through the setting of the fixing portion 113, one end of the garbage box 13 can be mounted on the housing 11 through the fixing portion 113, and the garbage box 13 can be taken out from the end where the second mounting member 132 is located by only detaching the second dismounting member 133, which is convenient and fast.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the water-absorbing rake body 20 further includes a water-collecting member 22, the water-collecting member 22 is used for collecting sewage on the ground, the water-collecting member 22 includes a through groove 2231 perpendicular to the ground, and the water-absorbing pipe 21 is disposed in the through groove 2231.
Specifically, the water collecting member 22 includes a first baffle 221, a second baffle 222, and a body plate 223. The first barrier 221 is disposed at a side of the body plate 223 remote from the traveling end, and the second barrier 222 is disposed at a side of the body plate 223 near the traveling end. The first barrier 221 is disposed in contact with the ground. The first baffle 221 includes a first fastening portion 2211, the second baffle 222 includes a second fastening portion 2221, the main body plate 223 includes a protruding portion 2232 connected to the first fastening portion 2211 and the second fastening portion 2221, the first baffle 221 is fastened to the protruding portion 2232 by the first fastening portion 2211, and the second baffle 222 is fastened to the protruding portion 2232 by the second fastening portion 2221 to be fixed to the main body plate 223. The first and second shutters 221 and 222 are detached from the body plate 223 by pulling the first and second engaging portions 2211 and 2221, respectively, to disconnect from the protruding portion 2232. It should be noted that, because the first baffle 221 is disposed in contact with the ground, during the movement of the cleaning robot 1000, the first baffle 221 will rub against the ground and be worn, when the first baffle 221 is worn to a certain extent, the first baffle 221 needs to be replaced, so that the first baffle 221 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled by the first fastening portion 2211 and the protruding portion 2232, the through groove 2231 is disposed on the main body plate 223, the water suction pipe 21 is connected with the through groove 2231, and a side of the water suction pipe 21 close to the ground is disposed at an interval with the ground so as to suck sewage into the sewage tank 200 of the cleaning robot 1000.
Further, the suction rake body 20 further includes an obstacle avoidance wheel 23. The obstacle avoidance wheels 23 include a plurality of wheels uniformly disposed at the end of the water collecting member 22 and disposed at a side far from the ground. The obstacle avoidance wheels 23 serve to protect the water collecting pieces 22 from direct collision of the water collecting pieces 22 with obstacles. The obstacle avoidance wheel 23 can rotate in the horizontal direction to reduce friction with the obstacle when contacting the obstacle, so as to avoid the obstacle from continuously influencing the water absorbing rake body 20.
Referring further to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the mounting assembly 30 further includes an elastic connector 34, and the elastic connector 34 is movably connected to the water collecting element 22 and the mounting bracket 31, respectively. The mounting assembly 30 further includes a plurality of elastic connection members 34, and the plurality of elastic connection members 34 are respectively connected with the second connection portion 312 and the absorbent rake body 20.
It will be appreciated that when the cleaning robot 1000 performs a cleaning task, the obstacle collides with the water absorbing rake body 20, and the water absorbing rake body 20 rotates relative to the mounting bracket 31 to avoid the obstacle due to the movable connection between the water absorbing rake body 20 and the mounting bracket 31. When the water absorbing rake body 20 is far away from the obstacle, the obstacle is deviated from the original position. Therefore, the water absorbing rake body 20 can be reset by the arrangement of the plurality of elastic connection members 34. The plurality of elastic connecting pieces 34 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the rotating rod 32 respectively, one end of each elastic connecting piece 34 is connected with the second connecting part 312, and the other end is connected with the end part of the water absorbing rake body 30. In the present application, the elastic connection 34 is a spring.
The cleaning robot 1000 provided by the present application includes the suction shoe assembly 100 of any one of the embodiments described above.

Claims (11)
1. A suction shoe assembly with a roller brush assembly for a cleaning robot, the suction shoe assembly comprising:
the rolling brush assembly is arranged on one side, away from the advancing end, of the cleaning robot and is used for cleaning the ground;
the water absorption scraper body is arranged on one side, far away from the advancing end, of the rolling brush assembly and comprises a water absorption pipe, and the water absorption pipe is used for sucking sewage after the rolling brush assembly cleans the ground into a sewage tank of the cleaning robot;
the installation assembly is used for connecting the rolling brush assembly and the water absorption rake body and comprises a fixing piece, and the installation assembly is installed on the cleaning robot through the fixing piece;
The installation assembly further comprises an installation bracket, the installation bracket comprises a first connecting part, a second connecting part and a middle connecting part connected with the first connecting part and the second connecting part, and the rolling brush assembly is fixed on the installation bracket;
The roll brush assembly includes:
The shell is fixedly connected with the middle connecting part and comprises a groove with an opening facing the ground;
The rolling brush is accommodated in the groove, and the end part of the rolling brush is connected with the shell;
the garbage box is accommodated in the groove and is arranged on one side of the shell away from the advancing end;
When the rolling brush rotates in the groove of the shell, the rolling brush sweeps the ground to roll garbage into the groove and fall into the garbage box from the groove;
the garbage box comprises a bottom plate, wherein the bottom plate is arranged on one side close to the ground, and the bottom plate comprises a plurality of through holes arranged at intervals.
2. The absorbent rake assembly of claim 1, wherein the mounting assembly further comprises:
The rotating rod comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod which are symmetrically arranged, and a connecting part for connecting one ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, wherein the other ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are respectively connected with the water absorption scraper body, the connecting part is provided with a rotating hole, and the rotating hole is matched with a rotating pin arranged on the second connecting part to realize that the rotating rod rotates relative to the mounting bracket.
3. The absorbent assembly of claim 2, wherein the connecting portion is further provided with a limiting hole having a position different from that of the rotating hole, and the limiting hole cooperates with a limiting post provided on the second connecting portion to limit rotation of the rotating rod.
4. A suction rake assembly as set forth in claim 3 wherein the limiting aperture is a waist-shaped aperture having an arcuate shape.
5. A suction rake assembly as set forth in claim 3 wherein the line connecting the limiting aperture and the pivot aperture coincides with the axis of symmetry of the first and second links.
6. The suction rake assembly of claim 1, wherein the roller brush comprises:
the first installation piece is arranged at the end part of the rolling brush, and the rolling brush is connected with the shell through the installation piece;
the first mounting piece is connected with the shell through the first mounting piece.
7. The suction rake assembly of claim 1, wherein the trash box comprises:
the bottom plate, the bottom plate sets up in the one side that is close to ground, includes a plurality of through-holes that the interval set up.
8. The absorbent rake assembly of claim 7, wherein the housing includes a side plate, the side plate including a mounting slot, the trash box further comprising:
The second installation piece is arranged at one end of the bottom plate and comprises a turned edge extending from the end part of the bottom plate to the side plate, the turned edge is embedded into the installation groove, and the garbage box is connected with the shell through the second installation piece;
the second dismounting piece is connected with the second mounting piece and the side plate respectively.
9. The absorbent rake assembly of claim 7, wherein the housing further comprises a fixing portion disposed in the recess and fixed to a side plate of the housing, the fixing portion being disposed around one end of the trash can.
10. The absorbent rake assembly of claim 2, wherein the mounting assembly further comprises:
the elastic connecting pieces are respectively connected with the second connecting part and the water absorbing scraper body.
11. A cleaning robot comprising a suction shoe assembly according to any one of claims 1-10.
