技术人员要了解,各图中的元件是为了简单和清楚而图示的,并且不一定是按比例绘制的。例如,相对于其它元件,各图中一些元件的尺寸和/或相对定位可能会被夸大,以帮助提高对本发明的各种实施例的理解。此外,为了便于获得对这些各种实施例的较少阻碍的视图,可能没有描绘在商业上可行的实施例中有用的普通但众所周知的元件。将进一步了解,某些动作和/或步骤可能以特定的发生顺序描述或描绘,而本领域技术人员将理解,实际上不需要关于顺序的这种特异性。还将理解的是,本文中所使用的术语和表达具有如上文所阐述的技术领域的技术人员所给出的这种术语和表达一致的普通技术含义,除非本文中已另外阐述了不同的特定含义。
具体实施方式
本文中描述了一种电池包装件,其有利地维持容纳在其中的电池之间的间隔,同时还提供可重新密封的开口以从中顺序地取出电池。此外,电池包装件可以包括外壳或套筒,以在存储期间将各个单独的部件保持在一起。
在图1至7中示出了第一形式的示例性电池包装件10。电池包装件10包括大体上沿着纵向轴线L延伸的托盘12、盖14和套筒16。如图7中所示,托盘12配置成容纳其中具有圆柱形侧壁20的电池18,而盖14配置成粘附到托盘12以将电池18固定在其间。在闭合配置中,即,当托盘12被包含在套筒16内时,套筒16围绕托盘12和盖14延伸。
托盘12的细节在图7中示出。托盘12包括凹入的中央部分22和从凹入的中央部分22向外延伸的周边凸缘24。凹入的中央部分22具有后壁26和在后壁26与周边凸缘24之间延伸的侧壁28。凹入的中央部分22配置成在其中容纳电池18,并且优选地,其大小设定成使得电池18被完全容纳在其中,使得电池18不会破坏周边凸缘24的平面。
后壁26包括多个隔间30,每个隔间具有带有弯曲的部分圆柱形配置的表面,每个隔间30沿着包装件10的纵向轴线L在平行方向上延伸。优选地,隔间28的圆柱形配置的大小设定成与电池18的圆柱形侧壁20互补,使得当电池18容纳在其中时,隔间28限制其侧向移动。另外,隔间28在其端壁29之间的长度的大小可以设定成比旨在被容纳在其中的电池18的长度稍微更大,大例如约1至5 mm。如此配置,隔间28和凹入的中央部分22的尺寸配合以限制电池18的移动。此外,限制电池18的移动还有利地有助于防止电池18的端子31在被容纳在包装件10内时彼此接触。
托盘12可以有利地配置成在其中存储任何期望数量的电池18。例如,尽管图示的托盘12包括四个隔间30的一行32,但是可以在一行32中提供任何期望数量的隔间30。另外,如图7中所示,托盘12可以包括多个凹入部分22。所述多个凹入部分22可以以堆叠配置设置,其中,分隔件34在其间延伸,并且在其两侧上提供用于隔间30的端壁29。在一种方法中,分隔件34包括在端壁29之间延伸的面向前的壁36。面向前的壁36设置在隔间30的底表面上方,并且端壁29可以防止凹入部分22中的电池18的负极端子与第二凹入部分22中的不同电池18的正极端子之间的接触。在图示的形式中,面向前的壁36相对于凸缘24凹入。替代地,面向前的壁36可以与凸缘24共面。
如图4中所示,托盘12可以进一步包括向后突出的支架部分38。如此配置,托盘12可以竖立在直立位置中,沿着其前部42搁置在凸缘24的底部边缘40上,并在其后部46上搁置在支架部分38的底部边缘或表面44上。若需要,则凸缘24和支架部分38的大小可以设定成使得托盘12以相对于竖直方向稍微成角度的取向搁置。例如,托盘12可以相对于竖直方向成约5度与约30度之间的角度,更特定地成约10度与约20度之间的角度,并且更特定地成约10度与约15度之间的角度。
在图示的形式中,支架部分38具有大体上平行六面体形状,该形状从后壁26的与隔间30的底部行32对应的下部部分48向后延伸。利用这种形状,支架部分38包括适合于放置字母数字材料(例如,电池18的商标或其它标识)的后壁50、顶壁54、底壁56和在其间延伸的侧壁58。字母数字材料可以如图所示在托盘12中形成、压印、印刷、使用标签粘附在其上等等。
在替代形式(未示出)中,支架部分38可以由从后壁26突出的一个或多个向后延伸的壁、后壁26与侧壁28之间的拐角或凸缘24的底部边缘40提供。向后延伸的壁可具有任何期望的配置,诸如相对于纵向轴线L大体上垂直、与其成一定角度、多个大体上竖直的壁等等。
托盘12还可以包括凸片60,凸片60具有从其突出的悬挂特征62,诸如悬挂孔。在图示实施例中,凸片60从周边凸缘24的顶部边缘64突出。如图所示,当从周边凸缘24突出时,凸片60朝向后壁26折叠以突出到托盘12的中间深度以上。更特定地,凸片60包括:基本垂直于纵向轴线L的第一折叠部66,第一折叠部66从凸缘24的顶部边缘64延伸;以及基本垂直于第一折叠部66的第二折叠部68,第二折叠部68通过向后延伸的壁部分70与第一折叠部66间隔开,并且从向后延伸的壁部分70的与第一折叠部66相对的边缘延伸。利用该配置,当托盘12包含在套筒16内时,凸片60大体上沿着纵向轴线L向上突出。在图示的形式中,壁部分70的大小设定成小于托盘12的凹入的中央部分22的深度,并且更特定地,约凹入的中央部分22的深度的一半。如通常所理解的,悬挂特征62可以采取任何适合的形状和/或配置。
托盘12可以使用任何适合的方法来制造,诸如在使用压制纸浆、注射成型、吹塑成型等等的模具中制造。可以使用任何适合的纸板或塑料材料来制造托盘,例如,可以使用尼龙、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酸、聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
如图7中所示,盖14具有平面配置,其中,占用面积大体上与托盘12对应,并且更特别地,与其凸缘24对应。在图示的形式中,盖14是柔性膜材料。此外,盖14可以是透明的或半透明的,使得用户可以看到托盘12中剩余的电池18。当然,视需要,盖14可以替代地是柔性的、刚性的或半刚性的。大体上,盖14通过吹膜挤出、铸膜挤出等制造。盖14可以包括任何适合的纸板或塑料材料,例如,可以使用尼龙、赛璐玢、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酸、聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。此外,如果需要,诸如对于具有多个凹入部分22的托盘12,可以将盖14分成多个单独的部分。例如,每个盖14可以覆盖一个凹入部分22并粘附到凸缘24围绕其延伸的部分。另外,如果分隔件壁36与凸缘24共面或略微偏离该凸缘,则一个盖14或多个盖14可以额外地粘附到分隔件壁36的一部分并且可穿孔,使得一旦移除/使用包含在行32中的电池18,可以容易地将其移除。
如上所述,托盘12和盖14粘附地连接在一起。在优选的方法中,如图7中所示,使用可重新密封的粘合剂72将托盘12和盖14联接在一起。例如,可重新密封的粘合剂72可以是压敏粘合剂。如此,当用户向后剥离盖14以移除一个或多个电池18时,用户可以将盖14重新密封到托盘12上,从而将剩余的电池18固定在其中。此外,利用具有隔间30的多个行32的包装件10,用户仅需向后剥离盖14即可露出托盘12的所需部分。如果需要,可以提供无粘合剂的盖14的凸片33,使得用户可以容易地抓住盖14以便打开。凸片33可以如图所示位于拐角处、沿着侧部、或它们的组合。
通过第一种方法,可重新密封的粘合剂72可以设置在托盘12的周边凸缘24上。如此配置,盖14可以与凸缘24对准并应用于该凸缘。利用压敏粘合剂,盖14可以使用压力粘附到凸缘24。
通过第二种方法,可重新密封的粘合剂72可以至少在与托盘12的周边凸缘24对应且能够接触该周边凸缘的区域中设置在盖14上。该形式的可重新密封的粘合剂72可以包括空隙74,该空隙从盖14的周边向内间隔开,并且配置成在盖14粘附到托盘12时与(多个)凹入部分22对准。如此,盖14不粘附到托盘12内的电池18。空隙74可以是在其上未设置粘合剂的区域,或可以是具有设置在粘合剂72上的隔阻材料的区域,使得粘合剂不起作用。
在图1至7中示出了示例套筒16。套筒16包括前面板76、后面板78以及在前面板76与后面板78之间延伸的侧面板80。如此配置,套筒16具有在顶部82与底部84之间延伸的管状配置。如图所示,顶部82和底部84可以是开放式的。套筒16配置成在托盘12和盖14粘附在一起时在托盘12和盖14上滑动。
在图示的形式中,套筒16的横截面具有大体上梯形的配置,其中,前面板76具有托盘12的周边凸缘24和盖14对应的周边,后面板78具有凹入部分22的宽度对应的宽度,并且侧面板80在其间延伸。后面板78可以具有适于在托盘12和盖14完全容纳在套筒16内时邻接支架部分38的长度。如此,该形式的后面板78具有比前面板76的长度更小的长度。任选地,侧面板80可以具有与如图所示的后面板78或前面板76对应的长度。套筒16可以由任何适合的材料制成,诸如纸板或硬纸板。套筒16可以从一片材料上切下并如图中所示那样折叠以形成其面板部分。为了保持套筒的管状形式,套筒可以包括诸如沿着其侧面板80中的一个的重叠部分,使得该重叠部分可以粘附或以其它方式固定在一起。替代地,可以使用任何适合的塑料材料,例如尼龙、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、丙烯酸、聚碳酸酯、聚氯乙烯和聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。
如图1中所示,套筒16可以进一步包括从后面板78的顶部边缘88延伸的折板86。折板86配置成在套筒16的开放式顶部82上折叠并且在顶部82上固定。例如,折板86可以通过任何适合的机制(诸如粘合剂、凸片与折板上的孔口以及前面板76的顶部边缘之间的机械相互作用等等)固定到前面板76的内表面。替代地,折板86可以固定到从侧面板80的顶部边缘延伸的折板。如果需要,底部84可以包括类似的配置。折板86任选地进一步包括或限定细长的狭槽开口90。狭槽开口90可以延伸穿过折板86或可以邻近于折板的边缘。开口90配置成在折板86折叠时设置在前面板76与后面板78之间的中间位置中。如此,当将托盘12滑入套筒16中时,其凸片60延伸穿过开口90,并且其壁部分70邻接折板86。该配置有效地使托盘12与在套筒16内粘附到其上的盖14对准。此外,当使用凸片60的悬挂特征62将托盘12悬挂在产品展示装置上时,防止套筒16被移除。如果需要,折板86与后面板78之间的连接可以是薄弱线,诸如穿孔线、刻痕线等,使得用户可以在购买后容易地移除折板86。类似地,薄弱线可以被包括在凸片60与托盘12之间。
在图8至11中示出了电池包装件100的替代形式。这种形式的包装件100包括与上文所描述的包装件10的许多相似之处,并且如此,本文中将仅讨论不同之处。
这种形式的包装件100包括托盘12'、盖14'和套筒16',并且进一步包括基座102。基座102包括后壁104、侧壁106和从与后壁104相对的侧壁106的周边向外延伸的周边凸缘108。基座102限定内部110,该内部配置成在其中容纳托盘12'。
如图所示,托盘12'嵌套在基座102内,并在基座102与盖14'之间被捕获。可重新密封的粘合剂72'可以设置在盖14'与基座102的周边凸缘108之间。替代地,盖14'可以粘附到托盘12'的凸缘24'。与上文形式一样,粘合剂72'可以设置在具有对应空隙74的盖14'上,或替代地,可以设置在基座周边凸缘108和/或托盘凸缘24'上。
在另一方面,托盘12'的凸片60'可以向上突出而没有上文形式的折叠部。如此,在第一种形式中,当托盘12'嵌套在基座102内时,凸片60'在基座102的凸缘108的前面突出,并且可以在盖14'粘附到基座102时至少部分地在凸缘108与盖14'之间被捕获。如果需要,套筒16'可以任选地包括类似配置的折板86',以在套筒16'内对准基座102、托盘12'和盖14'。在第二种形式中,与图11中所示的基座102一样,侧壁106可以在其顶部部分中包括细长的开口111,该开口配置成在托盘12'嵌套在基座102内时容纳穿过其中的凸片60'。
此外,由于托盘12'的嵌套配置,基座102可以包括邻接套筒16'的后面板78'的向后突出部分112。尽管向后突出部分112可以不配置成为包装件100提供直立特征,但是部分112可以具有类似于上述支架部分38的尺寸或配置,使得包装件100可以类似地以搁置在凸缘108的向后突出部分112和前边缘114上的直立取向竖立。
本领域技术人员将认识到,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以关于上文所描述的实施例进行多种修改、更改和组合,并且这种修改、更改和组合被视为在本发明构思的范围内。
Claims (22)
1.一种电池包装件,其包括:
托盘,其具有凹入部分和围绕所述凹入部分的周边从所述凹入部分的边缘向外延伸的周边凸缘;
曲面部分,其设置在所述凹入部分中,每个曲面部分配置成在其中容纳圆柱形电池;
盖,其设置在所述凹入部分和所述周边凸缘的至少一部分上;
可重新密封的粘合剂,其设置在所述托盘与盖之间;以及
套筒,其具有配置成在所述托盘和盖上滑动的面板部分,使得当所述托盘插入到所述套筒中时,所述面板部分围绕所述盖和托盘延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池包装件,其中,所述托盘包括凸片,所述凸片从所述托盘的凸缘的边缘延伸且包括悬挂特征,所述凸片突出穿过所述套筒的顶部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电池包装件,其中,所述套筒包括邻近于其顶部且配置成在所述顶部上突出的折板,所述折板在所述套筒的所述顶部中限定开口,以通过所述开口容纳所述凸片,从而使所述托盘与所述套筒对准。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述盖是柔性膜材料。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述可重新密封的粘合剂设置在所述盖的内表面上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电池包装件,其中,所述可重新密封的粘合剂包括与所述托盘的所述凹入部分对准的空隙,使得当所述盖粘附到所述托盘时,所述盖不粘附到容纳在所述托盘内的圆柱形电池。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述可重新密封的粘合剂设置在所述托盘的所述周边凸缘上。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述托盘包括向后突出的支架部分,使得所述托盘配置成竖直地竖立,至少部分地搁置在其支架部分上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电池包装件,其中,所述套筒的后面板部分适于在所述托盘插入所述套筒中时邻接所述托盘的所述支架部分。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述托盘包括两个邻近的凹入部分,每个凹入部分包含多个曲面部分,并且所述托盘包括在所述邻近的凹入部分之间延伸的分隔件。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述套筒的所述面板部分包括:盖面板,其具有与所述盖和所述托盘的所述凸缘的周边对应的周边;后面板,其具有与所述托盘的所述凹入的中央部分的宽度对应的宽度;以及侧壁面板,其在所述盖与所述后面板之间延伸。
12.一种电池包装件,其包括:
基座,其具有后壁、从所述后壁的边缘延伸的侧壁以及从所述侧壁的边缘向外延伸的周边凸缘;
托盘,其配置成嵌套在所述基座内,所述托盘包括凹入部分;
曲面部分,其设置在所述凹入部分中,每个曲面部分配置成在其中容纳圆柱形电池;
盖,其设置在所述托盘的所述凹入部分和所述基座的所述周边凸缘的至少一部分上;
可重新密封的粘合剂,其设置在所述基座与所述盖之间;以及
套筒,其具有被配置成在所述托盘和盖上滑动的面板部分,使得当所述托盘插入到所述套筒中时,所述面板部分围绕所述盖和基座延伸。
13.根据权利要求12所述的电池包装件,其中,所述托盘包括凸片,所述凸片从所述托盘的所述凹入部分的边缘延伸且包括悬挂特征,所述凸片在所述盖与所述基座之间突出且穿过所述套筒的顶部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的电池包装件,其中,所述套筒包括邻近于其顶部并配置成在所述顶部上突出的折板,所述折板在所述套筒的所述顶部中限定开口,以通过所述开口容纳所述凸片,从而使所述托盘、基座和盖与所述套筒对准。
15.根据权利要求13所述的电池包装件,其中,所述基座的所述侧壁包括延伸穿过其中的开口,所述开口配置成容纳穿过其中的所述凸片。
16.根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述可重新密封的粘合剂设置在所述盖的内表面上。
17.根据权利要求16所述的电池包装件,其中,所述可重新密封的粘合剂包括与所述托盘的所述凹入部分对准的空隙,使得当所述盖粘附到所述基座时,所述盖不会粘附到容纳在所述托盘内的圆柱形电池。
18.根据权利要求12至15中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述可重新密封的粘合剂设置在所述基座的所述周边凸缘上。
19.根据权利要求12至18中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述基座包括向后突出的下部部分;并且所述套筒包括后面板,所述后面板适于在所述基座插入所述套筒中时邻接所述向后突出的下部部分。
20.根据权利要求12至19中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述托盘包括两个邻近的凹入部分,每个凹入部分包含多个曲面部分,并且所述托盘包括在所述邻近的凹入部分之间延伸的分隔件。
21.根据权利要求12至20中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述套筒的所述面板部分包括:盖面板,其具有与所述盖和所述基座的所述凸缘的周边对应的周边;后面板,其具有与所述基座的宽度对应的宽度;以及侧壁面板,其在所述盖与所述后面板之间延伸。
22.根据权利要求12至21中任一项所述的电池包装件,其中,所述盖是柔性膜材料。
