Abstract
一种把流体导管与制冷剂容器、干燥器连接并密
封的方法,容器、干燥器由铝金属罐与顶盖用焊接的
方法制成,在顶盖中有入口通孔和出口通孔,在顶盖
中的入口通孔周围形成一个环状的肋。在将要被连
接的导管的端部周围形成一个环状的圈,并且,弹性
密封圈装配在管状导管端部,对靠环状的圈的面或
边。然后,管状导管的端部被插在通孔中,环状的肋
在环状的圈上方变形并夹持管状导管在通孔中并由
密封圈密封。
Description
本发明涉及在压力流体系统中的容器或干燥剂容器的流体导管的连接,尤其是应用在制冷系统(例如:在车用空调中使用的)中的容器/干燥器和蓄积器这样的设备中。在制冷系统中,通常应用金属罐型的蓄积器来收集流体,防止因流体进入压缩机而破坏压缩机。这也是通常使用的方法:配备有一个含有干燥剂的金属罐,在膨胀并通过系统的蒸发器之前,去除制冷剂中的水分。车用空调系统的容器/干燥器和蓄积器需要密封,承受相对高的压力,其数值大约为350 PSi(24 KPa);又,这也是证实了的:在大量生产中,对这样的设备要用人工将管子和导管快速连接组装,提供比车辆服务寿命更高的可靠性,这是困难的。
因此,车用空调的容器/干燥器和蓄积器,已经使用过焊接的方法连接块固定于金属导管端部,该连接块通过拧入顶盖的连接螺栓或螺钉,连接到容器/干燥器或蓄积器的顶盖上。拧紧的螺栓或螺钉提供夹紧力,夹紧力压缩密封圈,并且密封管子的端部以及与容器/干燥器或蓄积器的通孔相接合的连接块。使用将连接块焊接至导管或管子端部这样一种导管连接方法,已经证明成本是相当高的,这是由于连接块的成本、装配以及把连接块焊接到管子上的工艺所引起的。另外,这样也造成了一些问题,即将管子及焊接于其上的连接块相对于为了容纳连接螺栓或螺钉而在容器/干燥器或蓄积器中设置的螺纹孔进行定位的问题。此时带有弯头的导管预定在何处,在焊接期间的空间及尺寸的控制,这些都已经证明是困难的,在安装到车辆上时,定位对准也是问题。
因此,这就需要找到一种简单的低成本的把压力流体导管以能解决定位对准能够提供牢固的连接及可靠的高压密封等问题的方式密封配合地连接到容器(例如制冷剂的容器/干燥器或蓄积器)上的办法或方式。
本发明提供一种低成本的简单的把压力流体导管连接到容器上的技术,容器如在车用空调里使用的制冷系统中应用的容器/干燥器或蓄积器。
本发明的流体导管的连接运用:在将要被连接的导管端部上形成环状的圈,密封圈套在导管的端部,导管被插在流体通孔里,通孔配置在容器中,例如,容器/干燥器或蓄积器的顶盖上。环状的肋形成在容器中的通孔周围;并且,在容器/干燥器或蓄积器的应用时,通孔和肋都形成于顶盖中。环状的肋在被连接的导管上的环状圈上方变形,保持导管在流体通孔中,并且压紧密封圈,因此,使得导管有牢固的连接,并且保证了在导管和导管将要被连接到上面的流体通孔之间有可靠的压力流体密封。

附图3是附图2的一个部分的放大视图。
参考附图1和2,这里用10表明本发明的压力容器的导管组装件,它包括:金属罐12,在本发明的实施例中,金属罐12最好是用铝材制成,并且,最好用深冲压加工的方法制成,它的下端封闭,上端开放。附图2示出本发明的用于车用空调系统的容器/干燥器中的实施例,其中,筒14被安置在金属罐12中,筒的外径的大小要使其紧密地相配合安装于金属罐的内表面中。把典型形式的颗粒状的干燥材料16填装于筒中;并且,出口管子18,经过筒底的孔(如图所示),垂直通过筒的中央。筒的上端用过滤材料(例如:纤维状的羊毛)层复盖,如图中标号20所示。用多孔盖22盖住过滤材料20,该盖22允许制冷流体通过。尽管这里没有说明,但这是显而易见的:筒的下端同样需要过滤及多孔。
出口管子18的上端与顶盖24连接,这是在顶盖24中的出口通孔26处进行连接的;并且,顶盖被装入金属罐12,用焊缝28把顶盖固定在金属罐12的上端,并且密封好。
应该明白顶盖最好是用铝材制造,其具有与出口通孔分开并穿过顶盖的入口通孔30。应该明白出口管子18被插在出口通孔26中并且用合适的方法(例如把管子的端部做成喇叭口形)固定在那里,如图中的数字19所示。
参考附图2和3,顶盖24在入口通孔30的周围有环状的肋32,在附图3中表示出它的成品形式,而附图2表示它的装配形式。
管状的导管34具有环状的圈36,环状的圈邻接于该导管的一个端部形成;并且,弹性的密封圈38被安放到管子34的一端,并对靠在圈36的轴向的面上。然后,管子的端部被插进入口通孔30;而且,在顶盖24中的肋32在圈36的圆周上方产生径向向内之变形,从而将管子固定夹持在该通孔中,并且用密封圈38密封。在本发明的最佳实施例中,已经找到了满意的方法,来使肋32选出的圆周部分变形。
因此,本发明提供了一种简单的并且相对低成本的把管状导管连接到压力流体的容器上的技术,并且有特殊的应用,用以把压力流体管线连接到应用在车用空调制冷系统中的容器/干燥器或蓄积器上。
虽然,上文已经用附图所述的实施例描述了本发明,但是,应该明白:本发明仅由权利要求书限定。
Claims (7)
1、一种制造制冷系统的容器/干燥器或蓄积器的方法,包括:
(a)有一个开放端部的金属罐;
(b)配备一个有流体通过的通孔的顶盖,并且把顶盖焊接在金属罐的开放端部;
(c)在所述的顶盖中的通孔周围形成一个环状的肋;
(d)配备一个管状的导管,并且,在邻接一个端部处形成一个环状的凸起部分;
(e)安置一个密封圈在所述的通孔附近;
(f)把所述的管状导管的一个端部插在所述的密封圈和通孔中,并且所述的肋在所述的凸起部分上方变形,夹持并密封所述的导管在所述的通孔中。
2、如权利要求1中所述的方法,其中,形成环状凸起部分的所述的步骤包括减小所述的导管的端部的直径。
3、如在权利要求1中所述的方法,其中,配备一个顶盖的所述的步骤包括在所述的顶盖中形成一个出口通孔并将出口管子连接于其上,另外还包括把干燥剂安置在所述的金属罐中的所述的出口管子的周围。
4、如在权利要求1中所述的方法,还包括:把多孔的容器安置在所述的金属罐中,并且用干燥材料充填充所述的容器。
5、一种制造制冷系统的容器/干燥器或蓄积器的方法,包括:
(a)形成一个具有一个开口端部的金属罐;
(b)配备一个顶盖并形成一个流体通过的通孔,用焊接把所述的顶盖固定并且密封在金属罐的开口端部的周围;
(c)在所述的通孔周围移动一些材料,形成一个环状的肋;
(d)配备一个管状的导管,在邻接一个端部处形成一个环状的凸起部分;
(e)配置一个密封圈在所述的管子上,把所述的管子的端部插在所述的通孔里;并且,使所述的肋在所述的环形凸出部分上方变形并夹持和密封所述的管状导管在所述的通孔中。
6、如权利要求5中所述的方法,其中,形成所述的通孔的所述的步骤包括:所述的移动一些材料的步骤。
7、一种制造与压力流体的容器相连接的压力流体导管的方法,包括:
(a)形成一个具有一个开口端部的金属罐;
(b)配备一个带有流体通过的通孔的顶盖,在所述的通孔周围形成一个环状的肋;
(c)用焊接连接并密封所述的顶盖在所述的金属罐的开口端部上;
(d)配备一个管状的导管,在邻接的一个端部形成一个环状的凸出部分;
(e)安置一个密封圈在邻接所述的凸出部分的所述的导管的所述的一个端部上;和
(f)把所述的管子的所述的一个端部插进所述的流体的通孔中,并且,使所述的肋在所述的凸出部分上方变形,并且把所述的导管固定并密封在所述的通孔中。
