As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a method for preserving fruits and vegetables in a refrigerator is provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
s102, when the refrigerator door is closed, whether new fruits and vegetables are placed in the fruit and vegetable box or not is judged.
Specifically, the temperature of the fruits and vegetables is detected through a temperature sensor or an infrared detector, and the controller judges whether new fruits and vegetables are placed in the fruit and vegetable box according to the detected temperature.
And S104, when new fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit and vegetable box, entering a pre-cooling mode, wherein the pre-cooling mode is a shielding air-conditioning film, and exposing a pre-cooling channel.
Specifically, when new fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit and vegetable box, the baffle shields the air conditioning film, so that the exposed precooling channel and cold air outside the box are in convection, and the newly put fruits and vegetables are quickly reduced.
S106, when the fruit and vegetable box enters a precooling mode, judging whether the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box is within a preset temperature range, if so, entering an air conditioning mode; if not, the precooling mode is kept.
Specifically, in the precooling mode, when the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box is within the preset temperature range, the new fruit and vegetable is reduced to the preset temperature range, and then the fruit and vegetable box enters the modified atmosphere mode for fresh-keeping. And when the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box is not within the preset temperature range, indicating that the temperature of the new fruits and vegetables is not reduced to the preset temperature range, keeping the precooling mode and continuously reducing the temperature.
In the present embodiment, the preset temperature range is equal to the preset refrigerating temperature T0±2。
For example, the following steps are carried out: in the precooling mode, if the temperature T in the fruit and vegetable box is 14 ℃, the preset refrigeration temperature T0Is 8 degrees, and the preset temperature range is T0And +/-2, at the moment, the temperature T (14 ℃) in the fruit and vegetable box is not within the preset temperature range (6-10 ℃), which indicates that the temperature of the new fruits and vegetables is not reduced to the preset temperature range. If the temperature T in the fruit and vegetable box is 9 ℃, the temperature T (9 ℃) in the fruit and vegetable box is within a preset temperature range (6-10 ℃), which indicates that the temperature of new fruits and vegetables is reduced to the preset temperature range.
The inventor finds that when the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping box enters the precooling mode, air convection is formed between the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping box and cold air outside the box through the precooling channel, once the fruit and vegetable is in the environment of air convection for a long time, water is easily lost, and therefore the fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping box is not beneficial to long-term fresh keeping. In the embodiment, when the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box is within the preset temperature range, the fruit and vegetable box enters the modified atmosphere mode for fresh keeping, so that the fruit and vegetable box is prevented from being in the environment of air convection for a long time.
In this embodiment, when putting into new fruit vegetables in the fruit vegetables box, carry out the precooling to the fruit vegetables in the fruit vegetables box earlier to reduce the temperature of the fruit vegetables of newly putting into fast, avoid the fruit vegetables of newly putting into to produce the condensation because of the surperficial difference in temperature is great, thereby restrain breeding of microorganism, prolong the fresh-keeping period of fruit vegetables. When the temperature of the newly-placed fruits and vegetables reaches a preset temperature range, the fruits and vegetables enter a controlled atmosphere mode, and the gas components in the fruit and vegetable boxes are regulated, so that the metabolism of the fruits and vegetables is inhibited, and the fresh-keeping period of the fruits and vegetables is prolonged.
And S108, when new fruits and vegetables are not put into the fruit and vegetable box, maintaining a gas-adjusting mode, wherein the gas-adjusting mode is to shield the precooling channel and expose the gas-adjusting film.
Specifically, when new fruits and vegetables are not put into the fruit and vegetable box, the precooling channel is shielded by the baffle plate, so that the exposed modified atmosphere film regulates gas components in the fruit and vegetable box, and the fresh-keeping period of the fruits and vegetables is prolonged.
In one embodiment, S102 specifically includes the following:
detecting a first temperature T in a fruit and vegetable box when a door is closed1And a second temperature T after a preset time2And judging whether new fruits and vegetables are put according to the difference value between the two fruits and vegetables.
The inventor finds that when the refrigerator door is closed, if a user does not put new fruits and vegetables, the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box can be rapidly reduced under the action of cold air because the temperature of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable box is low; if a user puts in new fruits and vegetables, the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box can slowly rise under the action of the new fruits and vegetables because the temperature of the new fruits and vegetables is higher and the respiration effect of the new fruits and vegetables is stronger.
Specifically, when the refrigerator door is closed, the first temperature T in the fruit and vegetable box is detected through the temperature sensor1And detecting the second temperature T in the fruit and vegetable box after the preset time2The controller determines the difference (T) between the two2- T1) Whether the difference is larger than or equal to a preset difference value delta T or not, and when T is larger than or equal to the preset difference value delta T2-T1When the time is more than or equal to delta T, the fruit and vegetable box is filled with new fruits and vegetables; when T is2-T1When the time is less than delta T, the fruit and vegetable box is not filled with new fruit and vegetable.
For example, the following steps are carried out: when the refrigerator door is closed, if the first temperature T is1Is 10 deg. C, second temperature T2Is 13 degrees, the preset difference value delta T is 1 degree, and the second temperature T is at the moment2(13 degrees) minus the first temperature T1(10) Equal to 3 degrees, and the 3 degrees are larger than the preset difference value delta T (1 degree), which indicates that new fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit and vegetable box. If the first temperature T1Is 10 deg. C, second temperature T2At 7 deg. C, the second temperature T2(7 degrees) minus the first temperature T1The (10 degree) is equal to minus 3 degrees, and the minus 3 degree is smaller than a preset difference value delta T (1 degree), which indicates that new fruits and vegetables are not put in the fruit and vegetable box.
The inventor finds that when a new fruit and vegetable is put in, because the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box slowly rises under the action of the new fruit and vegetable, if the preset time is too short, the difference value between the detected second temperature and the detected first temperature is possibly smaller than the preset difference value, and the user can mistakenly think that the new fruit and vegetable is not put in. When new fruits and vegetables are put in, the temperature in the fruit and vegetable box slowly rises for a period of time and then falls again under the action of cold air, and if the preset time is too long, the difference value between the detected second temperature and the detected first temperature is possibly smaller than the preset difference value, so that the new fruits and vegetables are mistakenly considered not to be put in.
In this embodiment, the preset time is two minutes, and when new fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit and vegetable box, the second temperature detected by the temperature sensor is just in the stage of temperature rise in the fruit and vegetable box, so that the accuracy of judgment is improved.
In one embodiment, S102 specifically includes the following:
and detecting the surface temperature of the fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable box when the door is closed, and judging whether new fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit and vegetable box according to the surface temperature.
The inventor finds that the surface temperature of the new fruits and vegetables is generally normal temperature, and the surface temperature is generally higher than 15 ℃. When the refrigerator door is closed, once the detected surface temperature of the fruits and vegetables is lower than 15 ℃, the fruits and vegetables are not put in the refrigerator. And once the detected surface temperature of the fruits and vegetables is higher than 15 ℃, the fruits and vegetables are put into the machine.
Specifically, when the refrigerator door is closed, the surface temperature T of fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable box is detected through the infrared detector3The controller determines the detected surface temperature T3Whether or not it is greater than or equal to the preset surface temperature T4When T is3≥T4When the fruits and vegetables are placed in the fruit and vegetable box, the new fruits and vegetables are placed in the fruit and vegetable box; when T is3<T4And meanwhile, the new fruits and vegetables are not put in the fruit and vegetable box.
For example, the following steps are carried out: when the refrigerator door is closed, if the fruit and vegetable surface temperature T3At 21 deg.C, the surface temperature T is preset4At 15 degrees, at which the surface temperature T3(21 degree) is greater than the predetermined surface temperature T4(15 degrees), new fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit and vegetable box. If the surface temperature T of the fruit and vegetable3At 6 degrees, at which the surface temperature T3(6 deg.) less than a predetermined surface temperature T4(15 degrees), indicating that new fruits and vegetables are not put in the fruit and vegetable box.
