一种发动机高可靠型冷却水泵,它具有泵体,泵体上分别设有圆台体,轴承位,水封位,螺旋流道,安装孔,漏水槽及密封槽,在泵体的轴承位处安装有轴连轴承,其特征是:安装轴连轴承时滚压圆台体口部,使圆台体收口贴合轴连轴承的倒角斜面,轴连抽承的左端设有左轴径,左轴颈上设有轴槽,轴连轴承的右端设有右轴颈,右轴径中部及泵体的水封位处安装有水封,右轴颈上安装有叶轮,左轴颈上安装有传动法兰盘,传动法兰盘上分别设有连接孔和轴肩,轴肩的口部设有轮槽,安装传动法兰盘时,轮槽与左轴颈上的轴槽对齐,并冲压轮槽,使轮槽底部材料嵌入左轴径的轴槽内,较好地解决了现有水泵存在的传动发法兰盘和轴连轴承之间,以及轴连轴承与泵体之间存在的连接不可靠问题。

本发明涉及发动机冷却水泵的改进设计,是一种发动机高可靠型冷却水泵。
背景技术
现有发动机冷却水泵的传动法兰盘与轴连轴承之间以及轴连轴承与泵体之间的连接方式都是采用过盈配合连接,这对传动法兰盘的内孔和泵的轴承孔加工精度要求高,加上冷却水泵工作时转速高,振动大,且有轴向力作用,孔过大易脱落,孔过小易切边,造成连接不可靠问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决现有发动机冷却水泵传动法兰盘与轴连轴承之间以及轴连轴承与泵体之间存在的连接不可靠问题,提供一种发动机高可靠型冷却水泵。
本发明的具体方案是:一种发动机高可靠型冷却水泵,它具有泵体,泵体上分别设有圆台体,轴承位,水封位,螺旋流道,安装孔,漏水槽及密封槽,在泵体的轴承位处安装有轴连轴承,其特征是:安装轴连轴承时滚压圆台体口部,使圆台体收口贴合轴连轴承的倒角斜面,轴连抽承的左端设有左轴径,左轴颈上设有轴槽,轴连轴承的右端设有右轴颈,右轴径中部及泵体的水封位处安装有水封,右轴颈上安装有叶轮,左轴颈上安装有传动法兰盘,传动法兰盘上分别设有连接孔和轴肩,轴肩的口部设有轮槽,安装传动法兰盘时,轮槽与左轴颈上的轴槽对齐,并冲压轮槽,使轮槽底部材料嵌入左轴径的轴槽内。
本发明的有益效果 :
本发明与现有发动机冷却水泵相比较,较好地解决了现有水泵存在的传动发法兰盘和轴连轴承之间,以及轴连轴承与泵体之间存在的连接不可靠问题。

实施例:(详见图1)一种发动机高可靠型冷却水泵,它具有泵体8,泵体8上分别设有圆台体5,轴承位7,水封位15,螺旋流道14,安装孔9,漏水槽16及密封槽10,在泵体8的轴承位7处安装有轴连轴承6,其特征是:安装轴连轴承6时滚压圆台体5口部,使圆台体5收口贴合轴连轴承6的倒角斜面,轴连抽承6的左端设有左轴径17,左轴颈17上设有轴槽18,轴连轴承6的右端设有右轴颈12,右轴径12中部及泵体8的水封位15处安装有水封13,右轴颈12上安装有叶轮11,左轴颈17上安装有传动法兰盘4,传动法兰盘4上分别设有连接孔3和轴肩2,轴肩2的口部设有轮槽1,安装传动法兰盘4时,轮槽1与左轴颈17上的轴槽18对齐,并冲压轮槽18,使轮槽1底部材料嵌入左轴径17的轴槽18内。
