技术领域
本发明属于金属表面除锈防腐剂,具体涉及一种钢铁表面锈蚀转化涂液。
背景技术
每年全世界因金属(钢铁)表面生锈带来的巨大经济损失是无法估算的,据统计锈蚀造成的损失占全世界钢铁总产量的10%-20%,我国每年因钢铁锈蚀造成的损失高达150亿人民币。因此,金属表面除锈防腐处理是一项十分重要的工作。金属表面除锈防腐处理方法众多,最常用的方法就是使用金属表面除锈防腐剂。现有的金属表面除锈防腐剂尽管在除锈防腐方面有一定的作用,但仍然存在一些不足,主要是除锈不彻底,油漆与除锈后的表面附着力不强,容易起皱、鼓泡,容易二次生锈,导致金属(钢铁)的防锈和抗腐蚀能力不高。
为了获得优良的耐腐蚀性能,涂装前必须把钢材上的铁锈清除干净,否则会由于铁锈的不断膨胀导致漆膜的防腐效果很差,因此,钢铁的除锈处理是涂装的重要工艺,对防腐涂装的成败起着决定性作用。铁锈纵向分3层:面层浮锈Fe2O3,中层粒锈FeOnH2O,底锈FeOnH2O[Fe(OH)2]3。面层浮锈较疏松,而底层锈蚀较紧密,是活性的正在发生锈蚀的。在疏松、惰性的浮锈上涂漆,得不到良好的附着;去除浮锈在底锈上涂漆,由于它是活性的,发生电化学腐蚀继续反应。因此,在涂覆时应首先去除上层疏松的锈蚀,然后再将其涂覆在底层的锈蚀上,这样可以使锈蚀呈稳定状态,有很好的附着,从而达到良好的防锈除锈作用。现如今许多大型建筑、桥梁、船舶等复杂的钢结构构件在维修过程中由于受施工条件的限制,难以采用机械化施工方法,只能采用手工或电动工具进行除锈,但是除锈质量得不到保证、施工困难、费用巨大。
目前,国内钢结构防腐依然沿用喷砂后进行涂装的老工艺,但工艺上存在复杂结构件死角、粉尘污染、噪声污染、成本高等缺点。为此,国内外都进行了铁锈转化底漆的广泛研究,已经形成商品化的产品也很多,但大部分效果不理想,简单配方常采用常温磷化液、硅溶胶、有机酸等单独或复配使用,这类产品对钢铁锈蚀的转化性能较差,成膜能力也较差。还有选用聚乙烯醇丁醛等水溶性树脂拼入磷酸和有机酸,该配方储存稳定性查,长期保存有白色沉淀析出,树脂的性能差,在室外防腐及抵御紫外线的能力不理想。
2000年08月30日,中国发明专利申请公布号CN1264754A,具体公开了一种铁锈转化剂,具有以下技术特征:该转化剂是一种以磷酸为主,以水为溶剂,并含有有机酸、催化剂、防锈剂、缓蚀剂、活性剂、渗透剂和铁合金粉所组成的处理液,其特征在于具体化学成份为(重量%):磷酸(H3P04,85%)为35-50%,有机酸为8-10%,自来水为35-45%,催化剂为1.0-2.0%,防锈剂为0.2-0.8%,缓蚀剂为0.05-0.5%,活性剂为0.01-1.0%,渗透剂为0.05-2.0%,铁合金粉为4-9%。所述催化剂应该是MnC03、ZnC03、ZnO中的任意一种组份。所述缓蚀剂是苯甲酸钠、酒石酸和柠檬酸中的任意一种组份。
2013年01月16日,中国发明专利申请公布号CN102877075A,公开了一种钢铁表面的除油除锈剂:包括按重量份计的如下组分:水70-100份、磷酸5-10份、草酸3-6份、柠檬酸2-4份、六次甲基四胺1-2份、盐酸2-4份、冰醋酸3-5份、聚乙烯醇3-4份、环氧乙烷2-3份、乙二醛1-2份、硬酯酸镁2-3份、甘油2-4份、硫脲2-4份、钼酸铵2-4份、聚天冬氨酸1-2份、EDTA-Na22-4份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸钠1-2份、聚马来酸钠1-3份、羟基乙叉二磷酸2-3份、表面活性剂2-6份。
2016年06月25日,中国发明专利申请公布号CN105602432A,公开了一种水性纳米阻燃聚氨酯中涂漆及其制备方法,具有以下技术特征:所述的水性纳米阻燃聚氨酯中涂漆包括水性羟基丙烯酸树脂分散体、颜填料、助剂、水为水性漆料组分,脂肪烃异氰酸酯为固化剂组分,按一定比例混合,施工时添加适量稀释剂混合而成;它由以下原料和步骤制成:
(1)水性纳米色浆的各原料重量百分比为:pH稳定剂0.10-0.30份,润湿剂0.80-1.20份,增稠剂0.15-0.25份,颜填料38.0-45.0份,分散剂0.90-1.50份,消泡剂0.20-0.30份,纳米助剂2.00-4。00份,稀释剂10.0-15.0份,水性羟基丙烯酸分散体40.0-48.0份;

其中,流平剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚丙烯酸酯;增稠剂为气相二氧化硅与聚氨酯缔合剂混合物;缓蚀剂为不含亚硝酸盐类改性锌鳌和物;稀释剂为去离子水;
(3)组成水性固化剂的原料重量百分比为:脂肪烃异氰酸酯A35.0~40.0份,脂肪烃异氰酸酯B35.0~40.0份,助溶剂20.0~30.0份;
其中,脂肪烃异氰酸酯A为亲水性六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯的脂肪族聚异氰酸酯;脂肪烃异氰酸酯B为亲油性六亚甲基二异异氰酸酯的脂肪族聚异氰酸酯;助溶剂为醚酯类或酮醇类溶剂。
所述的各步骤为:
(一)水性纳米色浆的制备:将上述水性纳米色浆中的9种原料按上述重量配比,在室温下投入移动拉缸中,进行搅拌、浸泡、预分散后制成粗色浆,再用气泵将其泵入砂磨机中研磨至细度≤20微米,即成水性纳米色浆;
(二)水性漆料的制备:将步骤(一)制出的水性纳米色浆与流平剂、增稠剂、缓蚀剂和稀释剂4种原料,按上述重量配比,投入到调色缸中进行调色,充分搅拌均匀后,进行过滤,除去机械杂质,即制成水性漆料;用塑料桶包装待用;
(三)水性固化剂的制备:将脂肪烃异氰酸酯、助溶剂按上述比例置于容器中进行搅拌,分散均匀后,经过滤产出固化剂,用塑料桶包装待用;
(四)水性纳米阻燃聚氨酯中涂漆的制备:在使用时,将水性漆料与水性固化剂按8:1的重量比进行混合,再添加去离子水调节至施工粘度,即成水性纳米阻燃聚氨酯中涂漆。
上述的转化剂、除油除锈剂、锈蚀转化乳液、涂漆等,均是用磷酸或磷酸盐与钢材表面锈层发生反应,使其转化成稳定的保护膜层,但不能将有害的铁锈转化成有益钢铁表面防腐的膜层。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢铁表面锈蚀转化涂液,在化锈过程中所产生的防锈膜层呈微观网状结构,有利于油漆分子渗入其中牢固结合,具有使用方便,除锈效果好,能增强油漆附着力,提高防锈和抗腐蚀能力。
实现本发明目的采用的技术方案如下:
一种钢铁表面锈蚀转化涂液,由转化乳液和钝化液搭配组合使用;
转化乳液由以下原料按重量比制成:
去离子水45-50%,明胶3-5%,羟甲基纤维素钠0.5-1.5%,工业磷酸20-28%,氧化铝2-5%,水性乳液8-15%,氨基磺酸4-7%,草酸1-3%,氯化锌1-2%,氯化锰0.5-1.5%,六次甲基四胺2.5-5%;
按上述的配比,取去离子水加入明胶、羟甲基纤维素钠浸泡溶解得A液备用;在工业磷酸中加入氧化铝溶解得B液备用,余留去离子水加入反应釜中,在搅拌状态下依次加入水性乳液、氨基磺酸、草酸、氯化锌和氯化锰;待原料充分溶解反应后加入B液继续搅拌约30分钟,然后加入六次甲基四搅拌30分钟,最后加入A液搅拌60分钟后停机,经60目筛过滤后转化乳液;用塑料桶包装待用;
钝化液由以下原料按重量比制成:
去离子水45-55%,柠檬酸2-3%,聚乙二醇5-10%,三乙醇胺硼酸酯5-10%,葡萄糖12-20%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15%;
取上述原料比例置于容器中,65℃恒温条件下,进行搅拌,分散均匀后,冷却至室温;经过滤产出钝化液,用塑料桶包装待用;
使用时,先将转化乳液对钢铁表面施工,可以采用常规的刷涂、抹涂方式进行;控制涂层厚度0.2-1.5mm;2小时后,将钝化液覆盖在转化乳液涂表面,也采用常规的刷涂、抹涂、喷涂或浸涂方式进行;控制涂层厚度0.5-1mm。
所述水性乳液是指通过物理或化学方法,使分散相以微粒或液滴的形式分散在以水为连续相的分散介质中而形成的稳定分散体系;本发明的水性乳液可以是:苯丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液、石蜡乳液;因本发明的水性乳液分散介质对环境无污染,对操作人员无危害,同时还具有不易燃烧的优点;
在本发明转化乳液中,其工业磷酸中加入氧化铝溶解得B液是为了在乳液中产生较多的OH-,氧化铝部分溶解工业磷酸为可溶的铝盐,可以使本发明所形成的防锈膜层呈微观网状结构,有利于油漆分子渗入其中牢固结合;
本发明转化乳液中采用草酸代替有机酸是为了调节转化液中酸的腐蚀程度;
本发明转化乳液中使用氯化锌作为铁锈Fe20、或Fe304的表面活化剂及防锈膜层的锌离子添加剂;氯化锌与氨基磺酸、草酸组分整体协同作用可以促进上述呈微观网状结构防锈膜层,渗透过铁锈Fe20、或Fe304层与钢铁基底牢固结合;本申请转化乳液中的氯化锰与去离子水发生水解反应,为除铁锈Fe20,或Fe304提供Cl-离子;本申请转化乳液中的明胶为韧性提升组分,有利于提高油漆分子渗入呈微观网状结构防锈膜层中牢固结合的韧性;本发明的转化乳液与带有三氧化二铁(Fe2O3红色铁锈)、四氧化三铁(Fe3O4蓝色氧化皮)的钢铁表面接触后,通过化学转化相膜缓蚀机理,常温下1-2小时后Fe2O3和Fe3O4即被自然转化,形成紧密的灰黑色防氧化膜层,48小时后转化安全,直接达到Sa2.5级、St3级标准。该氧化膜层不导电,可有效杜绝电化学反应的发生,防止穿孔腐蚀;本发明采用双组分分开包装,不燃不爆,贮存期长;且在20℃-600℃范围内性质稳定,对钢基不产生氢脆,对钢铁的结构没有任何不利影响,使用中不影响钢铁的机械力学性能。
在本发明钝化液中的柠檬酸具有缓蚀作用;钝化液中的十二烷基苯磺酸钠具有抗氧化防锈作用;钝化液中的三乙醇胺硼酸酯和葡萄糖组成凝结时间调控组分;钝化液中的聚乙二醇起渗透剂的作用;通过缓蚀、渗透、抗氧化防锈以及凝结时间调控的协同增效作用可使钢材未锈部分的表面钝化,同时也能封闭上述防锈膜层的缺陷,促使铁锈Fe20、或Fe304锈层的转化作用更完全、更彻底;并促进上述微观网状结构防锈膜层的沉积,从而提高了防护膜层的耐蚀性能,进一步增强防锈效果。
本发明可与各类油漆、涂料、膏灰配套,不存在起皱、鼓泡等相溶性问题,使得油漆内在质量得以提升,同时提高防锈能力30%-50%,加强了钢铁抗锈蚀能力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种钢铁表面锈蚀转化涂液,由转化乳液和钝化液搭配组合使用,以下给出本发明的具体实施例(单位Kg):
使用时,先将转化乳液对钢铁表面施工,钢铁表面厚度1.5mm内的粉状锈层,可以采用常规的刷涂、抹涂方式进行;控制涂层厚度0.2-1.5mm;2小时后,将钝化液覆盖在转化乳液涂表面,也采用常规的刷涂、抹涂、喷涂或浸涂方式进行;控制涂层厚度0.5-1mm。直接涂刷本发明的转化乳液后即可被彻底转化干净。转化成的单一膜在内陆大气环境下室内防锈试验可达一年。在海洋腐蚀环境下室内防锈试验可达半年。而且转化膜层能延长油漆抗腐蚀时间30%-50%,相当于一道防锈底漆。
本发明评价方法:用盐雾实验来评价其涂层防腐性能。盐雾实验根据国家标准GB/T1771-2007进行,样板为150mm×75mm×3mm的Q235钢板,采用常规的刷涂本发明方法制备的转化乳液涂层,涂层厚度为1mm左右;2小时后,采用常规的刷涂本发明方法制备的钝化液,涂层厚度为1mm左右;盐雾试验时间为360小时。
将上述实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4和CN1264754A产品涂料分别喷涂于除油、除锈的带锈钢板上,常温干燥15天,具体对比实验检测结果如下:
本申请相对于CN1264754A省略了渗透剂和铁合金粉,然而其所起的作用没有相继消失,从而产生了预料不到的技术效果。
本发明适用于已经生锈的钢铁表面的除锈转锈防锈处理,具有一定的防腐能力,可广泛用于电力设施、建筑钢结构、工厂钢架结构等钢铁表面作为底漆。本发明虽有较好的锈转化功能,为降低材料成本及使涂层达到好的防腐功能,基材表面在施工前应去除表面油污,对浮锈、氧化皮或较厚的锈层用钢丝刷清除干净。本品可直接使用,一般不建议兑水稀释。

1.一种钢铁表面锈蚀转化涂液,由转化乳液和钝化液搭配组合使用;其特征在于,转化乳液由以下原料按重量比制成:
去离子水45-50%,明胶3-5%,羟甲基纤维素钠0.5-1.5%,工业磷酸20-28%,氧化铝2-5%,水性乳液8-15%,氨基磺酸4-7%,草酸1-3%,氯化锌1-2%,氯化锰0.5-1.5%,六次甲基四胺2.5-5%;
按上述的配比,取去离子水加入明胶、羟甲基纤维素钠浸泡溶解得A液备用;在工业磷酸中加入氧化铝溶解得B液备用,余留去离子水加入反应釜中,在搅拌状态下依次加入水性乳液、氨基磺酸、草酸、氯化锌和氯化锰;待原料充分溶解反应后加入B液继续搅拌约30分钟,然后加入六次甲基四搅拌30分钟,最后加入A液搅拌60分钟后停机,经60目筛过滤后转化乳液;用塑料桶包装待用;
钝化液由以下原料按重量比制成:
去离子水45-55%,柠檬酸2-3%,聚乙二醇5-10%,三乙醇胺硼酸酯5-10%,葡萄糖12-20%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-15%;
取上述原料比例置于容器中,65℃恒温条件下,进行搅拌,分散均匀后,冷却至室温;经过滤产出钝化液,用塑料桶包装待用;
使用时,先将转化乳液对钢铁表面施工,可以采用常规的刷涂、抹涂方式进行;控制涂层厚度0.2-1.5mm;2小时后,将钝化液覆盖在转化乳液涂表面,也采用常规的刷涂、抹涂、喷涂或浸涂方式进行;控制涂层厚度0.5-1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢铁表面锈蚀转化涂液,其特征还在于:所述水性乳液可以是苯丙乳液、聚氨酯乳液、或石蜡乳液。
