Background
The tower crane is also called tower crane, and is a common hoisting device in construction sites. At present, most of universal tower cranes are assembled and molded by a plurality of components, the weight of each component of the universal tower crane is heavy, conveying equipment is generally needed in the conveying process, and hoisting equipment is generally needed in the assembling process. When the tower crane is installed, firstly, the tower crane foundation 1 and the base 2 are arranged, then the slewing bearing 3 is installed, the upper support 4 is installed on the slewing bearing 3, then the tower bottom 5, the transition joint 8, the tower body 11 and the crane boom 15 are installed in sequence, at the moment, the tower bottom 5, the transition joint, the tower body 11 and the crane boom 15 are all in a horizontal state, the first support rod 9 and the second support rod 10 are connected between the upper support 4 and the transition joint 8, and a standing pulley system between the upper support 4 and the tower bottom 5 is configured. Then a luffing pulley system and a hook pulley system are configured.
And starting the first winch 18 to enable the vertical pulley system to operate, gradually raising the tower bottom 5, the transition section 8, the tower body 11 and the crane boom 15 along with the tightening of the rope between the tower bottom pulley combination 17 and the first pulley combination 16 until the tower body 11 is in a vertical state, stopping the operation of the vertical pulley system, and inserting a pin shaft for connecting the tower bottom 5 and the upper support 4.
In the running process of the tower crane, the angle of the crane boom 15 can be adjusted through the running of the luffing pulley system, so that the lifting amplitude is adjusted. The hoisting of the heavy object is realized through the operation of the hook pulley system. The slewing of tower machine is realized through artifical promotion upper bracket 4, saves cost operation convenience. The working amplitude of the tower crane is 2.6-4 m, the lifting height is 19 m, and the maximum lifting weight can reach 0.7 ton.
