As shown in fig. 1, the feeding mechanism 2 includes a sealing plug 203, an upper cover 201, and a feeding hole 202 disposed in the middle of the upper cover 201, wherein the upper cover 201 is disposed at the upper end of the cylinder 1 and is connected to the cylinder in a sealing manner; the size of the sealing plug 203 is matched with that of the feed hole 202, the sealing plug 203 is arranged in the feed hole 202, and the sealing plug 203 is tightly matched with the feed hole 202;

As shown in fig. 5-1 to 7-2, the primary crushing mechanism 11 further includes 4 toothed rotary knives 1103, 2 collision blocks 1104, 3 screws 1105 and a rectangular knife hole 1106; the 4 toothed rotating knife 1103 is fixed at the upper end of the head thread 901 of the motor 8 through a screw 1105, 2 collision blocks 1104 are fixedly arranged above the edge of the turntable 1102 through the screw 1105, and the rectangular knife hole 1106 is arranged on the wall of the fixed disc 1101; the fixed disk 1101 is made of stainless steel, a plurality of rectangular cutter holes 1106 are formed in the wall of the disk, the width of each cutter hole is 6mm, the length of each cutter hole is 47mm, a plurality of slag leaking holes with the diameter of 6mm are formed in the bottom of the disk, and the gap between the collision block 1104 and the rectangular cutter holes 1106 is 3.6 mm.
As shown in fig. 8-1 to fig. 11-2, the corn grains on the corn cob 12 push the corn grains on the corn plate 13 to rotate, the pushing side of the corn grains is rolled without gaps, the corn grains are vertically arranged, and the distance between rows is slightly larger than the arrangement of the corn grains;
the small gap and the gap-free rolling area at the lower part are provided, and the model of the plane needle roller thrust bearing is AXK 140180; the corn alignment key 902 is in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped of 8 × 8 × 66 mm.
When the corn cob 12 is designed as a rotating body structure, the corn tray 13 can also be designed as a fixed structure; at the moment, the corn kernels are in layered contact, a small gap is reserved between the corn kernels at the lower parts of the corn cobs 12 and the corn disk 13, half corn kernels are just placed between the outer surface of the corn cob body and the inner surface of the disk body, and the top of the corn cob body is almost in gapless contact.
The garbage disposer only treats the garbage without recycling kitchen garbage, and the corn cob grinding and grinding type garbage disposer has the following treatment procedures:

(2) crushing: as shown in fig. 5-1 to 7-2, when the primary crushing mechanism 11 is operated, the motor 8 is started, the head thread 901 of the motor 8 drives the turntable 1102 and the 4 toothed rotating knives 1103 in the center part to rotate, and the turntable 1102 drives 2 collision blocks 1104 to rotate; 4, the toothed rotary knife 1103 performs cutting, stirring, collision and crushing treatment on all-dimensional kitchen garbage in the barrel 1, the size of the granular garbage is not limited in the treatment, and the garbage can be crushed in all sizes; the 2 collision blocks 1104 are used for performing collision crushing processing on large and hard garbage, and the fixed collision blocks 1104 have a collision cutting and crushing function on garbage particles entering the fixed disc 1101 from the edge part;
the primary crushing mechanism 11 requires that the garbage disposal reaches the maximum garbage particle size and the diameter is not more than 6mm, when the turntable 1102 rotates, the rectangular knife hole 1106 in the wall of the turntable and the backs of the two collision blocks 1104 form cutting processing on the granular garbage longer than 6mm, and the granular garbage larger than 6mm can be limited to flow to the advanced crushing mechanism from the side wall and the leakage hole;
under the condition that the rotation speed is the same, the size of the treated garbage particles is related to the collision times, namely time, the synchronous rotation speed of the motor 8 is controlled to be 3000-3500 rpm, and the crushing function is finished in the stage according to the normal operation for 5-9 minutes;
(3) grinding: as shown in fig. 8-1 to fig. 11-2, in the advanced crushing mechanism, the primary processed garbage is pulped by rolling by using a corn cob 12, a motor shaft sleeve 9 transmits the rotation torque of a motor 8 to the corn cob 12, and the corn cob 12 pushes a corn disk 13 to rotate and roll and crush the kitchen garbage; the kitchen waste with the diameter less than 6mm entering from the fixed disc 1101 of the stirring collision crushing stage is gradually ground, rolled and crushed from a large gap to a zero gap in a gap rolling area and a small zero gap rolling area of the high-grade crushing mechanism; in the upper clearance rolling and crushing area, the corn kernels on the rods and the plates are gradually rolled and processed on the coarse garbage materials from big to small; a gap-free rolling and crushing area is added in the small gap at the lower part, and the garbage processed in the gap rolling and crushing area is pulped;
(4) discharging: as shown in fig. 8-1, the pulp discharge solenoid valve 502 and the pulp discharge interface 503 are an automatic control pulp discharge system, before pulp discharge, a pulp discharge pipe is used to connect the pulp discharge port and a sewer connection pipe, kitchen garbage is processed into pulp garbage juice by a high-grade crushing mechanism, and the pulp garbage juice is safely discharged into a municipal underground water channel, and the flow and the discharge time of the pulp discharge solenoid valve 502 and the water inlet solenoid valve 1901 are controlled. The slurry discharge electromagnetic valve 502 and the slurry discharge interface 503 are an automatic control slurry discharge system, and a KG36T type timer is adopted, so that timed automatic slurry discharge can be realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the size of the garbage particles in the primary crushing mechanism 11 is controlled by the size of the slag outlet, and the garbage particles cannot flow to the advanced crushing mechanism for treatment until the garbage particles completely meet the requirement; after the garbage disposer runs for a period of time, a maintenance port 101 is opened to close the garbage disposer, and foreign matters which cannot be crushed, such as iron spoons and hard big bones, are taken out for manual treatment or wet garbage classification garbage treatment.
Example 2:
the garbage disposer can also be combined with a sewer of a water pool (not shown in the figure) to treat garbage, at the moment, the sealing plug 203 is firstly removed, the feeding hole 202 of the upper cover 201 of the garbage disposer is connected with the water pool, the slurry discharging interface 503 is connected with a connecting pipe of the sewer (not shown in the figure), and meanwhile, the water inlet pipe joint 1902 is connected with a tap water pipeline; the water tank and the upper space of the cylinder 1 form a feeding storage area 3 of the garbage disposer, kitchen garbage is directly stored in the water tank, the slurry discharging interface 503 is communicated to a sewer channel, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 1901 and the slurry discharging electromagnetic valve 502 can be opened simultaneously, and the smashed kitchen garbage is directly discharged to a sewer, so that timing self-control garbage disposal can be realized.
