本发明公开了一种中药祛痘膏的配方及其制备方法，所述中药祛痘膏的配方原料组成包括水、乳化剂、油、常春藤提取物、向日葵提取物、菊花提取物、珍珠粉提取物、小麦麸提取物、苦杏仁提取物，所述中药祛痘膏的基质比例，水：乳化剂：油的比例是10:5:2，产品温和、无刺激，祛痘效果明显，且见效快。

技术领域
本发明涉及治疗祛痘的中药领域，具体是指一种中药祛痘膏的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
痤疮俗称青春痘，是一种常见的发生在毛囊皮脂腺的慢性皮肤疾病，一般出现在皮脂腺丰富的部位，如面部、前胸后背和颈部等较易多发且复发。主要好发于处于青春期的男女，成年人偶尔也有发生，只是在不同的年龄阶段有不同的发病率和不同的分型，不仅极大地影响到日常生活和社交活动，而且对青少年该阶段的心理变化有着较大的影响，甚至会导致亚健康；
痤疮是由体内外多种因素引起的慢性皮肤疾病，其发病机制较为复杂，目前认为主要与皮脂腺过度分泌、痤疮丙酸杆菌增殖、毛囊皮脂腺导管的角化异常、环境因素及遗传等因素有关；西医对于痤疮的治疗多为对症治疗，对痤疮的治疗有很好的效果，但是同时也存在着一些问题，如快速杀菌祛痘后会对患者的皮肤健康造成一定损害，会有一些副作用；中药治疗痤疮的效果是很好的，在对痤疮的治疗中发挥着独特的作用，可从多种途径达到杀菌、抑菌等疗效，很少会出现副作用，因此，开发一种以中药活性物质治疗痤疮的外用制剂显得尤为重要，因此设计一种中药祛痘膏的配方及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述技术的缺陷，提供一种中药祛痘膏的配方及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为一种中药祛痘膏的配方：所述中药祛痘膏的配方原料组成包括水、乳化剂、油、常春藤提取物、向日葵提取物、菊花提取物、珍珠粉提取物、小麦麸提取物、苦杏仁提取物。
作为改进，所述中药祛痘膏的基质比例：水：乳化剂：油的比例是10:5:2。
作为改进，所述中药祛痘膏的中药重量组成：常春藤提取物5g、向日葵提取物5g、菊花提取物30g、珍珠粉提取物30g、小麦麸提取物10g、苦杏仁提取物20g。

(1)硬脂酸甘油酯、角鲨烷鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6是新型乳化剂，能增加基质的稳定性，丙二醇、十六十八醇、硬脂酸甘油酯、角鲨烷鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6等乳化剂加入水中。
(2)在激烈的搅拌下加入甘油、维生素E油、二甲基硅油、橄榄油依次进行高速剪切和超声处理，得到水包油乳液，高速剪切的转速为10000～20000rpm；时间为10min。超声处理的超声功率为200～400W；时间为5min。
(3)高速剪切和超声处理，能够得到具有粒径较小，且较窄粒径分布的乳液，具有更好的稳定性。实验结果表明，本发明中制得的水包油乳液平均粒径在4.50～4.92μm，且在32℃下储存10天后，乳液依然保持稳定。水：乳化剂：油的比例是10:5:2。
(4)按照基质与中药比例10：1在常温下轻微搅拌即成中药祛痘膏。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于：产品温和、无刺激，祛痘效果明显，且见效快，连续使用几周后，肌肤恢复到光洁如新、健康饱满有弹性，而且不留痘痕。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明一种中药祛痘膏的配方及其制备方法做进一步的详细说明。
一种中药祛痘膏的配方及其制备方法，所述中药祛痘膏的配方原料组成包括水、乳化剂、油、常春藤提取物、向日葵提取物、菊花提取物、珍珠粉提取物、小麦麸提取物、苦杏仁提取物。
所述中药祛痘膏的基质比例：水：乳化剂：油的比例是10:5:2。
所述中药祛痘膏的中药重量组成：常春藤提取物5g、向日葵提取物5g、菊花提取物30g、珍珠粉提取物30g、小麦麸提取物10g、苦杏仁提取物20g。

具体步骤为：

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药祛痘膏的配方，其特征在于：所述中药祛痘膏的基质比例：水：乳化剂：油的比例是10:5:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药祛痘膏的配方，其特征在于：所述中药祛痘膏的中药重量组成：常春藤提取物5g、向日葵提取物5g、菊花提取物30g、珍珠粉提取物30g、小麦麸提取物10g、苦杏仁提取物20g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药祛痘膏的配方，其特征在于：所述中药祛痘膏的基质和中药的比例：基质：中药是10：1。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种中药祛痘膏的制备方法，其特征在于：具体步骤为：
(1)硬脂酸甘油酯、角鲨烷鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6是新型乳化剂，能增加基质的稳定性，丙二醇、十六十八醇、硬脂酸甘油酯、角鲨烷鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-6等乳化剂加入水中。
(2)在激烈的搅拌下加入甘油、维生素E油、二甲基硅油、橄榄油依次进行高速剪切和超声处理，得到水包油乳液，高速剪切的转速为10000～20000rpm；时间为10min。超声处理的超声功率为200～400W；时间为5min。
