Abstract

一种触控面板(10),包括依次层叠设置的柔性基板(100)、薄膜晶体管层(200)、阳极层(300)、发光层(400)以及阴极层(500),所述薄膜晶体管层(200)包括漏极(210),所述阳极层(300)和所述漏极(210)电连接,所述阴极层(500)包括呈矩阵排布的多个触控电极(510),所述触控电极(510)之间彼此间隔绝缘设置,每个触控电极(510)均与一个信号传输线(600)电连接,所述触控面板(10)中显示每帧画面的时间包括显示时间及触控检测时间;在所述显示时间内,所述阳极层(300)加载第一电信号,所述阴极层(500)中的每个触控电极(510)均通过与信号传输线(600)电连接的第一信号线(610)加载第二电信号,所述第一电信号及所述第二电信号配合以使得所述发光层(400)发光;在所述触控检测时间内,所述阴极层(500)中的每个触控电极(510)均通过与所述信号传输线(600)电连接的第二信号线(620)加载触控检测信号,所述触控检测信号用于检测所述触控面板(10)中的触控动作的位置。还提供了一种触控面板(10)的制造方法。
