Abstract

一种视觉检测参数的确定方法、视觉检测设备(80)以及视觉检测系统,用于确定待检测目标的视觉检测参数。方法包括:获取待检测目标信息,待检测目标信息包括待检测目标的几何模型,待检测目标的几何模型包括待检测目标的待检测区域和待检测目标的非检测区域(201);根据第一入射角、第一反射角以及几何模型上的第一位置和第二位置分别确定第一位置的第一反射率和第二位置的第二反射率,第一入射角为光源照射到第一位置的一个角度,第一反射角为图像采集设备采集到第一位置的反射光的一个角度,第一位置位于待检测区域,第二位置位于非检测区域,且第一位置与第二位置之间的距离小于预设值(202);根据第一反射率与第二反射率确定反射率差值(203);判断反射率差值是否大于预置阈值(204);若反射率差值大于预置阈值,则将入射角和反射角确定为待检测区域的一组目标入射角和目标反射角(205)。可以确定用于检测待检测区域的目标入射角和目标反射角。
