performing a forward operation on the initial data, and ensuring the correctness of the unloaded data;
and deleting the data.
The configurable ERP system data unloading device of the embodiment provides a convenient and effective data transfer tool for an ERP system and avoids the occurrence of continuous expansion of ERP system data.
In summary, the configurable data unloading method and device for the ERP system of the embodiment are applied to the ERP system, and the data unloading method for the big data account cover is achieved. By unloading the historical data which is checked and is in the time designated by the user, the requirement of the user on performance is met under the condition of ensuring the correct data at the beginning of the new account registration period, and the method can be widely applied to various ERP systems.
Specifically, the configurable ERP system data unloading method comprises the following steps:
1) Data verification
The server determines the use authority of the user and a service module with the operation authority of the user according to the acquired user data;
at the user terminal, at least one service subsystem capable of starting the turning operation is displayed to the user for the user to select.
The financial subsystem and the supply chain subsystem are shown in FIG. 3. Wherein, in the financial subsystem, a report management module is included; the supply chain subsystem comprises a purchasing management module, an inventory management module, a consignment management module, a sales management module, a management due module and the like.
When data transfer is carried out, the operation is carried out step by step according to the logic structures of the service subsystem and the modules in the service subsystem.
After the service range is determined, the user-selected period of the forward-reverse is further acquired. As shown in fig. 4, the deadline for the transfer of the history data selected by the user is 2017, 5 months. That is, the present transfer operation is directed to data generated and stored before 2017, 5 months (31 days). The cut-off period of the historical data transfer takes natural months as the minimum unit; and is the initial time of newly generated data after data unloading.
It should be understood that setting the activation time of the historical data transfer associated with each business module is also included.
After determining the forward period, the server performs service rule verification on the service data to be forwarded. FIG. 5 illustrates a process presentation page that detects business rules for a supply chain subsystem. Table 1 lists data verification rules that may result in failure of the data offloading associated with the sales module in the supply chain subsystem. Specifically, for various business documents related to the sales module, determining whether the current state of the business document meets the turning-around requirement.
Table 1 verification rules for sales modules to fail data offloading
In the service rule detection process aiming at the supply chain subsystem, a detection log aiming at each service module is generated; the detection log records the starting time and the current period of each service module, and records the detection result as success or warning. Aiming at the item with the warning detection result, a message page shown in fig. 6 is displayed at the user side and is used for prompting the user to have a warning check item, and the user is recommended to carry out the supplementary operation on the related business bill so as to enable the data state of the business bill to meet the turning requirement.
Table 2 lists the data verification rules for generating data offload alerts associated with sales modules in the supply chain subsystem.
Table 2 sales module data offload alert check
If the data unloading verification is unsuccessful (the business rule is not passed), the starting of the forwarding operation is terminated. And correspondingly processing the data to be unloaded by the user according to the unloading failure entry, and restarting the data verification operation before the transfer after the processing until all the data to be transferred meet the transfer requirement.
On the other hand, if the data warning check fails, the user side prompts the data warning check, and waits for the user to select whether to continue unloading the data. It should be appreciated that the data alert check does not pass without affecting the progress of the tie-down.
It should be understood that the data offload checksum data alert check are performed independently and in parallel, respectively; when the data is displayed to the user terminal, the data unloading verification prompt and the data warning verification prompt are displayed simultaneously, so that the integrity and the correctness of the information acquired by the user are ensured.
2) Data processing
Some business subsystems in the ERP system have data associated with business modules that exist for the beginning of their life. For example, the inventory management module, the payable management module and the payable management module in the supply chain subsystem relate to the initial date, all the data to be deleted needs to be processed before the data is deleted, and the final date is extracted.
Specifically, rules of the early-future data of the receivability management module in the supply chain subsystem are as follows:
the checking of the document which is not completely verified before the date is transferred comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of transferring the remaining uncombusted amounts of an initial bill, other initial bill to be collected, initial sales bill, bill to be collected, sales bill, purchasing bill and purchasing bill into an initial bill corresponding to the next period, and updating an initial mark on the original bill; registering the bill data of the beginning of the period and the bill table of the receivable detail; and registering the remaining uncombusted amount in the statement, and updating the receivable general account table according to the statement of the initial receivable.
Specifically, the rules of the management module payable in the supply chain subsystem for the early date of the conversion are as follows:
the checking of the document which is not completely verified before the date is transferred comprises the following steps: the remaining uncombusted amounts of the initial payment bill, the initial other payable bill, the initial procurement bill, the payment bill, the sales bill, the procurement bill and the procurement bill are transferred into the initial bill corresponding to the next period, and the initial identification on the original bill is updated; registering the initial bill data of the period and the payable detail account table; the remaining uncombusted amount is registered in the statement, and the general account payable table is updated according to the statement payable at the beginning of the period.
3) Data offloading
And when the data is unloaded, according to the logic relation between the service modules or the service subsystems, the data associated with the service modules are unloaded one by one according to the service logic.
It should be understood that, at the time of deletion or offloading, the execution order of the data offloading operation for each service module and each service subsystem is decomposed and set according to the dependency relationship or precondition relationship that the service modules or the service subsystems have according to the service logic.
Specifically, the server fully pre-prepares the offload data operation statement in the database table. In the specific implementation, the identification of the service module is used as an index, and the unloading data operation sentences are grouped; and unloading data according to a pre-configured business rule aiming at the data unloading operation statement in each group. As shown in fig. 7, the statement is operated on for the offload data configured for the sales management module in the supply chain subsystem.
An offload progress presentation page presented at the user terminal is shown in fig. 8. It should be appreciated that the user terminal of the ERP system does not generate or receive new business documents while offloading data.
According to the configurable ERP system data unloading method, verification is conducted according to the time point selected by the user, and data in the period appointed by the user is unloaded after verification. Preferably, the time point is the last day of accounting period selected by the user, so that the requirement of the enterprise can be met more flexibly.
According to the configurable ERP system data unloading method, during the period of initial accounting which needs to be reserved by a user, data is transversely unloaded after necessary data verification is carried out, basic data are reserved, and the user can conveniently continue to use the ERP system.
The configurable ERP system data unloading method provided by the embodiment of the invention provides a general method for unloading business documents in an ERP system, and can be used for configuring various ERP systems currently in operation. The development process is simpler, and when the module to be operated is added, the module is only required to be configured in the database.
